I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you. John 14:16-17.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
My apostle Paul knew Me from the revelation of My Son, but when you know My Son you will also know the Holy Spirit because from the beginning of the creation of the world and all it contains, He was testifying to Jesus.
“When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify about Me, and you will testify also, because you have been with Me from the beginning. John 15:26-27.
As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look. 1 Peter 1:10-12.
He is the Spirit of truth and My Word is truth and Jesus is My Word incarnate and all this is from Me, your God, your LORD, and your Father, but I am even more to you than that, I am your everything.
The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’ Acts 17:24-28.
And who I am and what I do with you, in you and for you is all summed up in the manifestation of My Word in humanity in My Son but the testimony and witness with your spirit of the truth of all this and the depth, height, and breadth of My love for you is made known to you by the inner witness of My Spirit. He makes known to you all I have given you.
For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 1 Corinthians 2:11-13.
If you know Me, the one true God, the only God, you will know My Son and My Spirit as well. For both are expressions of My oneness and care for you individually and corporately. Both proceed from the depths of Me and are the ways I express Myself to you and dwell with and in you. And they draw all into Me because both set you apart in the truth that sets you free to reign in life with Me now and forever.
In seeing and hearing My Son you know Me in your humanity. In joining with Me in My Son you become one spirit with Me and that oneness of connection and communication is the person of the Holy Spirit, revealing Me through My Word dwelling in your spirit. He speaks My Word to the churches.
Jesus is My gift to the world, but My Holy Spirit is the gift I give through My Son to the church, which is the body of Christ continuing His work of reconciliation with Me to the transformation of the infilling of the Spirit upon the earth. My family, My friends, My beloved, and those with whom I am intimate. It is by the Spirit that I share My secrets and My covenant with you.
Even before Jesus came in the flesh, Jesus was My messenger to My people and the Holy Spirit would rush upon the prophet and those anointed by the prophets as priests and kings. He is the way My Word of truth is transmitted and the power by which it is manifested when spoken combined with the substance of faith.
But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God. 2 Peter 1:20-21.
The Holy Spirit, like Jesus, is one with Me as one God, but He is a person that has a position of the same authority because we are one in purpose and plan. He does nothing until My Word is sent forth. We act as One just as does My Son. There is no separation in impartation but our triune nature covers every area of your life in perfect connection with the Kingdom and the flow of life and being. Our work, if received by you, makes you whole in every area of your life and being forever. The one in three is for you but it is a bond of love by love that can never be broken.
The Holy Spirit is your access to Me at all times and Jesus is the way that you enter that privileged status of being constantly with Me in the throne room of Heaven, the command center of the universe and all life.
And He [Jesus] came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near; for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit. Ephesians 2:17-22.
When Jesus was with you as one with you upon the earth in His humanity in the window of time, but what He did was eternal and went from the beginning to the end of time in the scope of redemption, you had to go to Him where He was to experience the fullness of the power of the Holy Spirit. But now, and that is why Jesus told the apostles that it was better for them if He gave His life as a sacrifice for sin to pay the judgment upon you to release and set you free of condemnation and returned to Me, you would be able to receive the Holy Spirit and hear from Me and experience My power in you wherever you are in the world.
Jesus, when He had emptied Himself of His powers as God and humbled Himself to share in your humanity to be like you in all things but sin, He told you something you must understand and know:
For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will marvel. John 5:20.
In His humanity He showed you how one in whom there was no hindrance of sin could be one with Me in love and know all that I was doing. How did I communicate this with Him? Look back:
John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him. I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’ I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1:32-34.
Yes, by My indwelling Holy Spirit I show you all things I am doing and reveal to you ever greater works. Jesus explained this to you.
“I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.” John 16:12-15.
In the following Life Lessons I am going to make known to you the Holy Spirit by going over every reference to Him in My Word so that you can know and appreciate so great a mystery of My life in you and your life in Me. It is time for you to know the way of divine communication so that you will understand the times, with knowledge of what you should do, and the blessed assurance of always knowing My Will in all things so that your path of life is secure and always in the light.
I love you and that is what love does: blesses, saves, directs, and connects as one with the beloved one. And you are My beloved and I have rescued you out of darkness and translated you into the Kingdom of My Beloved Son, who in whom you have redemption, the forgiveness of your sins by His blood, and poured My love into your heart by My gift of the Holy Spirit.
