The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen. 2 Timothy 4:18.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Stop living in regret over past mistakes, sins, omissions, and foolish, unwise choices. By doing that you are continuing to be disobedient if you have received Jesus as your Lord. If you keep asking Me to forgive you for the same things, I forgave you the first time you asked, and, in fact, I forgave all your sins when Jesus took them on Himself and died in your place, and then I raised Him from the dead with your sins gone. You are already forgiven. You only have to receive it. Confess your sins, receive My forgiveness which is already purchased for you by Christ, and thank Me for already forgiving you in Christ and go forward to your high calling of partnership with Christ without looking back. I have told you that in Him I remember your sins and offenses NO MORE! And in the original Greek language in which the New Testament was written that is a double negative that cannot be altered by anything you have done or do. In Jesus I have not only covered your sins but wiped them out as if they had NEVER been. In Him you have redemption, the forgiveness of your sins. Do you believe My Word is true or not? If you believe in Me you must believe in My Word, for I am My Word and I change NOT. If you do not receive Jesus as Lord you will die in your own sins, but if you have received Him, I have sealed you in Him, and He took away your sins by bearing them for you.
Now, think about this, if you regret being disobedient, why don’t you start being obedient now so you do not have to regret your current life in the days and years to come? And My Will for you now that you are in Christ Jesus is very clear. I set it out in terms even a child could understand. Do you know what it is? If not, you can read it today and start to be obedient right now. Here it is: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give constant thanks.” This is My Will for you in Christ Jesus your Lord. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
I have given you another chance to live the great romance. It is the joy of the bride and the bridegroom in the first days of their adventure together—before love has grown cold due to offenses and disagreements. These should not be, but they do happen, but with Me our relationship is always fresh and new. For Me, it is always first love. There are no divisions between us, Christ took them all down and made peace by the Blood of the Cross.
If you are groveling in shame, you will not be powerful in Me, for you have no faith that I will exercise My power on your behalf. But, Beloved, who indeed is the victor over the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? You see, if you believe that Jesus is My Son then you must believe the reason for which I sent Him, which was to take away sin and undo the works of the devil, and that He accomplished it. It is finished. Your sins are forgiven and gone, as far as I am concerned. But this does not mean they did not happen and get you in the situation you are in now, but if you don’t know that truth of My forgiveness you will stay trapped in the prison of your sins. Jesus is the one who came through water and Blood, not by water alone, but by water and Blood. The Blood took away your sins and cleansed you of all unrighteousness. It is the Blood that atones for life is in the Blood. So when you believe in My Son, immediately you are cleansed and redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. Then you are washed of a guilty conscience and hardness of heart by the Holy Spirit. For as My servant Paul wrote to Titus, “when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:4-7. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, and the Spirit is truth. And what does He testify? “Your sins and offenses I remember no more.” Hebrews 10:17. So there are three who testify, the Spirit, the water, and the Blood, and the three are of one accord that you are forgiven and born again unto eternal life. If you accept human testimony, My testimony is surely greater. Now My testimony is this, that I have testified on behalf of My Son. Whoever believes in My Son has this testimony within himself for the Holy Spirit witnesses with your spirit that you are My child and a joint heir with Christ of all that is Mine. If you keep beating yourself for past sins (even yesterday’s) when you have confessed them to Me and repented, you are calling Me a liar. For this is My testimony: I GAVE you eternal life, and this life is in My Son. Whoever possesses the Son has life; whoever does not possess My Son does not have life. Know that you have eternal life, you who believe in the name of Jesus, My Son. 1 John 5:5-13. If you have received Jesus as Lord and believed I raised Him from the dead you are forgiven, saved, redeemed, blessed and more than a conqueror.
Now if this is not enough to make you rejoice in Me, then you do not have faith in My Word. Faith comes by hearing so you need to immerse yourself in My Word. People do not take My Word seriously enough. I send My Word to heal you and to deliver you from your destructions and yet very few people really stick to saying My Word and focusing primarily on My Word for guidance and direction. The majority of people, even believers, tend to speak from what they feel emotionally and physically at the moment, even if it is contrary to My saving Word. They don’t feel loved, or they don’t feel forgiven, or they feel depressed, or they feel angry, or they feel afraid and anxious, stressed out, and they share this. But I tell you to speak to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to Me, always giving thanks for all things in the name of your Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:19-20; Colossians 3:16-17. I tell you to edify one another with your conversation and to speak things that give grace to those who hear you. So if you really want to be obedient instead of sitting around “doing penance” over your past sins and bemoaning your failures, why don’t you get filled with the Holy Spirit speaking to yourself and each other in psalms, hymns and songs of the Spirit?
And that all goes back again to the basic three I tell you to do if you want to do My Will for you in Christ Jesus. Rejoice always. That may sound strange when you do not feel like doing anything but being pitiful, stressed out, unhappy, depressed, and showing everyone else how unhappy you are. But you really would be rejoicing if you knew the truth. You would know that you have joy, peace, healing, health, forgiveness, love, and every good thing and perfect gift from Me your Father through Christ already given you in your heavenly account and you have only to draw it out of your spirit into the physical realm by your words. So target your words to bring in what you want. You own it already so you can just call it in. And when you know when a problem comes that I have already prepared the solution for you, that you need only draw it out, you rejoice.
And then I tell you to pray without ceasing. That is connection. Stay connected to Me at all times so you can be receiving My input and always know the wise thing to do. If you knew that you could access My divine wisdom and tap into all the things that are to come by staying connected with Me, you would connect. It is to your great advantage and reward. And of course, as with any relationship, the more you communicate, the more connected you become.
And finally, give thanks at all times. Constantly. Thanksgiving makes things multiply. Thanksgiving will stop fear and stress in their tracks. Thanksgiving undergirds your faith. It will take you to new levels and stop stress. The devil and his demons do not know what to do with praise and thanksgiving in the face of the storms they are raising. It causes confusion in their ranks, just as it did in the three armies coming against Jerusalem when Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah marched out singing praise and thanksgiving facing an enemy that in the natural they could not have overcome. But they did not fight in the natural, the fought in the spirit realm. And that is where you will win because I can fight for you.
By the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote “The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:18. That is confident thanksgiving. But it also has many levels. I rescue you in Jesus from every evil deed, not only those done against you—vindication comes from Me—but it also means I will rescue you from every evil deed you have done by putting all your sins, diseases, pains, shame, guilt, and captivity on Jesus and setting you free. I will bring you safely to My heavenly kingdom if you receive Jesus for in Him you become the YOU that I designed you to be—holy, blameless, fruitful, strong, healthy, prosperous, blessed and blessings others, and beyond reproach. Do you want that? Then follow Jesus by following the lead of the Holy Spirit in you by rejoicing always, praying without ceasing, and giving constant thanks.
I love you. In obeying My Words there is great reward. It will benefit you personally and all others around you too, and it is far reaching, going beyond your generation—from generation to generation.
