The law of the LORD is perfect (blameless), restoring the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them Your servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward. Psalm 19:7-11.

“If you are willing and obey, you will eat the best of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” Truly, the mouth of the LORD has spoken. Isaiah 1:19-20.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

In keeping My Word there is great reward. And the word for “reward” used there in the original Hebrew is “eqeb,” which means that the consequence is certain if you carry it through to the end. Keeping My Word and not drawing back leads to the reward of the promise in the Word. It goes to a desired end if you just keep with it.

If you are willing and obey you will eat the best of the land. If you want the results you see in My Word, you have to be willing to obey how I tell you to get it. If you read a promise in My Word, read the context and see what you do that will enable Me to perform My Word in your life.

Stop hindering My Word in your life.

When the disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith, and many people still make that same request of Me, but they do not look at Jesus’ answer and do it. Do you recall what He answered? He did not give them more faith, I have already given everyone who receives My Son the measure of faith, which is Jesus’ own faith. He steps in and gives you His faith to fight with when you are weak. Remember? He prayed for Peter that his faith would never fail. And My Son as your great High Priest interceding for you before Me is still praying that for each of you. My righteous one shall live by faith, but if he draws back, I take no pleasure in him. Why? He did not persevere to the reward, i.e., to the desired end. Jesus is the author and finisher of your faith and I give Him to you so that you can live your life through Him.

But do you recall what Jesus told His disciples about increasing their faith? The apostles said to the Lord Jesus, “Increase our faith!” And the Lord Jesus said, “If you had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea’; and it would obey you. Luke 17:5-6. The spirit of faith—you believe in your heart and speak with your mouth. If you have been praying to increase your faith, this is your answer. Speak to your mountains. Do you? Or do you whine at Me and everyone else and cower before the mountain?

I gave you My faith, so take hold of it and do what Jesus told you. “Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be unto him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.” Mark 11:23-25. Have you taken this seriously? Do you speak My Word to things? To your body? To your job, your projects, your finances, your life? And before you pray, do you forgive? Or even during your prayer time or at services are you thinking about what someone said or did to you that made you get offended or angry and you are getting ready to retaliate by rehearsing just what you are going to tell them they did?

This will cause you to suffer pain in your body. I am serious. Very serious about this. A root of bitterness unchecked can poison your entire being and all others around you. Watch yourself and guard your heart with all diligence so you do not take the devil’s bait and get caught in the snare. Anxiety and depression can do the same. A spirit of heaviness not resisted will result in an unfruitful and defeated life, and it will also dry up your bones. You will not be full of sap and very green bearing fruit even in old age.

Gossip, fault finding, offense, jealousy—I tell you that all of these affect your bones and rot them! I tell you cursing and malicious offensive speech goes down into your bones. And in Ecclesiastes, Solomon gives you a word of wisdom, “So, remove grief and anger from your heart and put away pain from your body.” Ecclesiastes 11:10. If you have pain in your body, check your heart and get rid of grief and anger. They are sure to injure you. Why would you want to cling to them and harbor them when they are causing you to live in pain? Get free of the chains that are holding you captive in a body racked with pain and ailments. And those chains are forged by disobedience to My Word.

Grace does not give you license to sin. No, grace gives you mastery over sin. When you are under grace, sin no longer has power over you for grace enables you to live a godly life. It puts you right within. Grace teaches you to live godly. That means living like Me because grace is My life in you. You have My very life so you can live like I do. And in My presence there is fullness of JOY!

Do you think I ever break My Word? No, never. I cannot. My Word and My Name are forever. And that is why My Kingdom is one of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Now, I will tell you the secret of a happy life filled with peace that surpasses understanding and all good things. Make a quality decision to obey My Word. It is very simple to start. You simply decide you are willing to obey. And My grace will do the work in you to will and to do. But you must work it out. My apostle Paul wrote about this very thing: “So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Do all things without grumbling or disputing; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding fast the Word of life.” Philippians 2:12-14.

Many of you are very loose with your speaking, in other words, you do not discipline your mouth. You give it free reign to speak evil of others (complain, judge, and say derogatory things) and to discredit them, especially your co-workers, supervisors, and families, even political figures which you do not know and really are not well informed of what they are doing. Be obedient and pray for them, lift them up to Me, as I told you to do so that your can live peaceful and tranquil lives in your country. I very explicitly told you to pray for them, not to malign them. Are you obeying? If you are willing and obey you will have the best of the land.

Many of you are sick and dying. This ought not to be. I desire above all things that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. And your soul prospers by walking in the truth. Which is nothing other than My Word, for My Word is truth. I cannot lie. It is impossible for Me to do so.

David sang, “Who is the man who desires life and loves length of days that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” Psalm 34:12-14. Here is a key to a long happy good life. Keep your tongue from evil and deceit (lies), depart from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.

Do these things and you shall live and eat the best of the land.

Once you have made the decision to keep My Word, you will see an amazing change take place inside you and in your life. And when you begin holding back your tongue from speaking negatively about things and others and instead decide to encourage and edify, to do all in love, you will find that your health springs forth, your energy abounds and you are soaring with Me on eagles’ wings.

Love makes all the difference. And faith works by love. Faith, hope and love, these three are eternal, but the greatest of these is love. For faith and hope hang on love. And your whole life is depending on your love. Love your life into a beautiful oasis where all can come to be refreshed and blessed along with you. Just love and everything will turn out for your good.

It is more blessed to give than to receive. But when you walk in love, all good things come to you.

Obedience is not a highly favored word today by the general public and media but it is a wonderful and powerful way to live when you are walking in obedience to My Word. No evil can take you down and no plague can come near your tent for obedience puts you in My dwelling place. Obedience to My Word is walking in the truth. Do not deceive yourself. A loose life of immorality and evil will NEVER give you righteousness, peace and joy. It is much better to walk in joy, in strength, and in My power to overcome every evil work of the enemy. You cannot overcome the enemy if you are obeying him. He is then your master and he is a cruel taskmaster. The wages of sin is death.

You choose. Death and life are in the power of your tongue. When will your realize how serious this is you will put away from you a deceitful mouth and put devious speech far from you. Let your eyes look directly ahead and let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. Watch the path of your feet and all your ways will be established. Do not turn to the right nor to the left; turn your foot from evil. Proverbs 4:24-27. Be attentive to My Words for they are life to those who find them and health to all your flesh and bones. Proverbs 4:20-22.

It is really very simple. If you want a life filled with good things, you will have to fill your heart and mouth with good things. Then I can renew your youth like the eagle. Psalm 103:1-5.

Walk in love and you will never walk alone—I will be there with you. For when two agree they walk together.
