God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. Genesis 1:31.
Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your glory!” And He said, “I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the LORD before you.” Exodus 33:18-19.
Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:6.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Taste and see My goodness. I give you good things. I started that way at the beginning. If you recall on each day of creation that day was not complete until I saw what I had made was good. And when the sixth day finished, My certificate of completion was that all I had made was very good. Genesis 1:31. And what was the triumphant song of the Israelites that brought the glory down? “Give thanks to the LORD for He is good, His love endures forever!”
And David loved to sing, “Forever I will sing the goodness of the LORD!” And he knew that only goodness and lovingkindness pursued him all the days of his life. Psalm 23:6. Why? I am good and I helped him wherever he went. 2 Samuel 8:6.
I fill your days with good things. I give My children good things. Every good thing and perfect gift comes down from Me. The earth is filled with My goodness. I will fill the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people will be satisfied with My goodness. Jeremiah 31:14. the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Galatians 5:22-23. And David sang, “How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, before the sons of men!” Psalm 31:19.
Those who seek Me lack for no good thing. Psalm 34:10.
This is a very critical time of your life. You will either fall out or stay in. Satan is trying to take you out and you have been giving in. Stop letting him bully you. Stand up in the full armor that I give you and win. He comes to steal, kill, and destroy the goodness I have for you. Do not give him your goods and your territory.
How do you survive all his attacks? By the Blood of Jesus and by My Word in your mouth. The Word of YOUR testimony. Testify with Me for My Word is truth. I hate false witnesses who pour out lies. Proverbs 6:19.
My Word should be your testimony and your witness that you join with. I witness good things to you.
How do you get your tongue trained? You start with your heart, for the mouth speaks from the heart’s abundance. So what is your work? Believe in the One I sent. He is the High Priest of your confession (in Greek, homologia, it means to be in agreement with Him). And how do you believe? Faith comes by hearing and hearing My Word.
Here is the process: first, plant My Word in your heart and eat it every day. For example, if you are in fear and in lack, take Psalm 23 and begin with the first two lines. “The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” Then look up all I have to say about how I shepherd you. Look at John 10, Ezekiel 34, and Isaiah 40:11. Listen to Psalm 23 and all these Scriptures on an audio Bible on the internet while you are doing things in the house. Speak them. Ponder them. Then look at “I shall not want.” What are you lacking? What are you wanting? If it is joy, love, peace, goodness, then go read about the fruit of the Spirit and how to get filled with the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23; Ephesians 5, Colossians 3. And listen to, read, write, and speak these. And each day just look at a few more words or lines in the Psalm and then apply them to your situation.
Next, rejoice in prayer. Make prayer time not a time of whining and crying and begging Me. Enter with a shout of joy and rejoice in all I have promised you and am doing and have done in your life. Speak to your mountains with Me and ask with thanksgiving. Cast your cares on Me, pour out your heart and all you desire. Dream with Me and let Me speak to your heart. I am the God of all comfort. And I will show you what you are doing wrong that has led you into darkness and depression.
Finally, whenever the fear or condemnation enters you again, declare the result you found in My Word and laugh at the doubt. Give thanks for things I have done and will do. Thank in advance. If you trust, you will.
Start now. Make it your goal to be clear from clutter in a 30-day period of cleaning your mind and heart with the Word. Permit no wandering. Be sure to do your daily hygiene as I have described. I desire that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. And your soul prospers when you walk in the truth.
I reward those who seek Me. Those who seek Me want for no good thing. But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another. Galatians 5:15. I say to you the same thing Jesus said to Peter when he cut off the ear of the slave of the High Priest, “Stop! No more of this.” Luke 22:51. Do not be bitter, unforgiving, and speaking against others and yourself. You are dismembering My Son’s Body. And you are a member of it too.
Love one another as I love you. Jesus served, loved, preached, taught, exhorted, encouraged, and healed. You would do well to attach unto Him and follow your good Shepherd. He will lead you in paths of righteousness.
