You did awesome things which we did not expect. Isaiah 64:3.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I told you. I announced it through the prophets. I gave you signs, shadows, and amazing promises, that I MYSELF would rend the heavens and come down to give My life for yours in the Messiah, the anointed one, Shiloh, Yeshuah, Immanuel. That I would put you back on the potter’s wheel and remove every impurity, blemish, wrinkle, and sin and make you a new creation in the Anointed One, the Messiah, the Christ, Immanuel, Yeshuah. The One who was to come, came into the world as its Light, but many hung onto their darkness and refused to come into My marvelous Light.
There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and those who were His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of bloods nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of My Will, and there is none higher, I am your God. John 1:9-13.
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among you, and you saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from Me, the Father, full of grace and truth. John testified about Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’” For of His fullness you have all received, and grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one had ever seen Me at any time; the only begotten God who is in My bosom, Jesus, He has explained Me. John 1:14-18.
For a child was born to you, a Son is given you, and on His shoulders dominion rests and His Name is called Wonderful, Counselor, God Hero, Father Forever, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace. On the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore. My zeal, the LORD of hosts, will accomplish this. Isaiah 9:6-7.
For it please Me that all the fullness of the Godhead should reside in Him bodily. I was in Christ reconciling the world to Myself in Him. When was anything so wonderful ever done? It is beyond all you can ask or imagine. I am infinite but I became finite in Christ to save you from the finite to the infinite.
I act on behalf of those who wait for Me. But do you call on My Name? Do you arouse yourself to take hold of Me so I can take hold of you? I want to raise you up with Me to sit with Me on My throne just as My Son overcame and sits with Me on My throne. Revelation 3: 21.
I rescue. And you all needed rescuing. So I rent the heavens and came down Myself. Who would believe that the creator of all became as one created to raise up again the created one to be like unto Himself. I know of no other god that has done this, in fact, I know of no other god, there is no just and saving God but Me.
Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? Isaiah 53:1. Jesus is My arm by which I reach down to save you.
Listen to the words of Isaiah. He saw the glory of Christ and wrote of him frequently in his book. He expressed the longing of My people to be saved from where they had gone astray. I would answer many years later. He begins his prayer for Me to come and make all the wrong they have done right and take them back again, cleansed by Me and made anew: “Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your presence—As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil— To make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! When You did awesome things which we did not expect, You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence. For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him. You meet him who rejoices in doing righteousness, who remembers You in Your ways. Behold, You were angry, for we sinned, we continued in them a long time; and shall we be saved? For all of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment; and all of us wither like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away. There is no one who calls on Your name, who arouses himself to take hold of You; for You have hidden Your face from us and have delivered us into the power of our iniquities. But now, O LORD, You are our Father, we are the clay, and You our potter; and all of us are the work of Your hand. Do not be angry beyond measure, O LORD, nor remember iniquity forever; behold, look now, all of us are Your people. Your holy cities have become a wilderness, Zion has become a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation. Our holy and beautiful house, where our fathers praised You, has been burned by fire; and all our precious things have become a ruin. Will You restrain Yourself at these things, O LORD? Will You keep silent and afflict us beyond measure? Isaiah 64:1-12.
I answered that prayer. My heart within Me was stirred for you, My children, the work of My hands, created in My image and likeness, filled with My breath and fashioned out of Me and by Me in Christ, My Word, and yet you had tarnished that image and run away to another ruler into a realm of darkness where all was destroyed that had been your treasure. But you despised your birthright and were born into darkness and all your deeds became selfish filthy rags of what had once been a beautiful seamless robe of glory that enveloped you in Me as One, the canopy of Zion had been replaced by a sky as hard as iron inhabited by the prince of the air. The open heaven over Adam had closed, the ancient doors were shut and no one could enter. But then came the King of glory, your Salvation, the anointed one and I rent the heavens and came down and no prince of the air could stop that channel. The ladder Jacob had seen had descended and down came the only one who could descend and then again ascend so that in Him you could all again ascend and live under an open heaven that no one can shut. You could walk in the heavenly realms while on earth as a new creation, born again from above in Christ Jesus your Lord. The portal was open and out rushed angels into the night sky of Bethlehem, the seraphim and cherubim that never left My throne were clearly seen by the shepherds that night in the fields of Bethlehem. The glory had come. The glory of an only Son coming from the Father of lights, filled with grace and truth. And of His fullness you have all received, grace upon grace. In Him, I paid the ransom for all for all sin for all time. You owe no debt except to love one another as I have loved you. Nothing is dividing us. I broke down that dividing wall of sin in My Son and nailed it to the cross. You sins and offenses I remember NO MORE.
My zeal, the zeal of the LORD of hosts, did this. Why? I am love and love seeks the beloved. You are all the work of My hands but you are more than that, you are of My own kind, of My image and likeness. You are My family, you are Mine, I call each of you by Name. When will you stop running away and answer My call?
Return, return, I’ve forgiven you! Return, return I make all things new! Return and I’ll restore thins better than before. To Adam, the first man, I gave the dominion of the earth. To the last Adam, Jesus, I gave full authority in Heaven and on earth. And in Him I gave it to you also. It is better than before. I have restored you not only to the throne of the dominion of the son of man over the earth but now you sit on the throne with the Son of God and Son of Man, the combined throne of authority, as one of His own. As He is so are you in this world. This may be more than you can understand now, but later you will understand. You see now as in a mirror dimly, but one day soon you will see face to face in the perfect light of eternity. And you who have drawn water at the springs of Yeshuah will be glad indeed.
I love you. It is all worth it. Keeping My Word brings great reward, now in this life and forever in the life to come.
This I know, that God is for me. In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me? Your vows are upon me, O God; I will render thank offerings to You. For You have delivered my soul from death, indeed my feet from stumbling, so that I may walk before God in the light of life. Psalm 56:9-13.
