“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling.” Matthew 23:37.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:
I take care of you. Most people act as if this is not the case and get anxious, worried, and upset and make life much more complicated than it needs to be. They think there is no one looking after them except themselves or another person. But My Son put it this way: “You can do nothing without Me.” And the good news is you do not have to. I am with you.
To take hold of eternal life and prepare for your entrance into eternity with Me you must be comfortable with Me and with yourself in Me. What do I mean by that? You must know that I am for you.
This I know, that God is for me. In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me? Your vows are binding upon me, O God; I will render thank offerings to You. For You have delivered my soul from death, indeed my feet from stumbling, so that I may walk before God in the light of the living. Psalm 56:9-13.
The disciples once asked Jesus a question, “Who the can be saved?” And what was His answer? Looking at them, He said, “With people it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27.
No man can by any means redeem his brother or give to God a ransom for him; for the redemption of his soul is costly, and he should cease trying forever that he should live on eternally, that he should not see the pit. Psalm 49:7-9.
Adam was created from above by the imperishable seed of My Word, which is truth, and had eternal life in the flesh. But when he sinned and chose death instead of life, he was born again from below from the perishable seed of the devil’s lies which corrupted the seed of all the generations to follow. Death entered the world through the one man and descended to all through his seed.
But it did not end there. He had the sentence of eternal death, for the wages of sin is death, for all sin is of lies and lies are perishable, they are not eternal. But I had a wonderful plan. I came down in Christ Jesus and reconciled all of you to Myself, not counting your sins against you. Jesus came, born of the imperishable seed of My Word with no seed of Adam in Him, and He had an eternal life in the flesh to give for the eternal life Adam lost. A life for a life is the law. And He also took your sentence of death, “dust you are and to dust you shall return.” He went down to the pit of hell, but once divine justice was satisfied and all sins paid for and gone, I sent My Spirit, whom He had put in My hands when He died the death of the sinner on the Cross, and raised Him up free from sin, regenerated as a new creation by the Holy Spirit. And once at My right hand in glory, He received the promised Holy Spirit, the promise of eternal life in you, and poured Him into the hearts of all who believe in My Son. Eternal life has been paid for and won. And you have nothing to do with it but receive it. Jesus took it all so you could have a perfect life.
Nothing is too wonderful for Me, nothing is too hard for Me, and nothing is impossible for Me. And the good news is I have saved you, not by your merits or deeds of righteousness, but by accounting all your sins to Jesus from the beginning to the end of time and accounting His righteousness, the very righteousness of God, to you who receive Him as Lord.
In Jesus, I have given you everything you need for life and godliness. When He died to sin, by substitution and identification you died to sin, and when I raised Him glorious with all sin gone, I raised you with Him, a new creation in Christ, for as He is so are you in this world. Your salvation is a work that took bringing Me down to save you by My strong arm though you had all rebelled against Me. So what does this tell you? You can trust Me to bring you safely through life, complete and joyful as you enter the great and glorious Kingdom of Heaven.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Romans 8:31-32.
I saw that Adam had sinned and turned against Me, but I did not create you to lose you, but to be with Me. I am for you. So I provided the way back to eternal life, and that way is My Son, who loved you and gave Himself for you. His body is for you. His blood is for you. He is My gift to you that you may live your life through, with, and in Him. Because He lives, you live.
In Adam, you were all condemned to eternal death, but I took away all your sins and put them on the sinless One, Jesus, and He died in your place. And when justice was fully satisfied, I raised Him from the dead and sat Him at My right hand and I raised you who believe in Him with Him. I took care of it for you.
Cast your cares on Me so I can take care of them for you. It is too heavy a burden for you to bear alone. Come to Me and let Me carry it for you.
You who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you. Isaiah 46:3-4.
I planned you long before you were formed in your mother’s womb. I called you by name. You are Mine. You are wonderfully made, connected but running independently in decision and purpose. I made you to reign with Me forever. I cherish you and honor you as precious, a masterpiece of love.
Do everything in life with Me, never live as if you are apart from Me trying to perform for Me. I want to be there with you to do things with you, to give you the skill and the will to do and to carry you through so that you can be the successful and blessed YOU I made YOU to be.
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6.
So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Do all things without grumbling or disputing. Philippians 2:12-14.
Casting your care on Me, knowing I am able and willing to solve anything concerning you in the best manner, shows reverence and humility, but above all it shows that you trust Me and know and believe in the love I have for you.
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7.
David had many trials in his life, but he never doubted My love, forgiveness, and both My willingness and My ability to deliver him out of any trouble.
If the LORD had not been my help, my soul would soon have dwelt in the abode of silence. If I should say, “My foot has slipped,” Your lovingkindness, O LORD, will hold me up. When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul. Psalm 94:17-19.
I am the God of all comfort and of tender mercies.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:2-3.
Many people see Me as critical of them and watching them in a harsh way, looking for failures and faults, but I did not send My Son to condemn the world but to save it and in seeing Him you see Me, in Him you see My heart in action among you—healing, blessing, providing, forgiving, loving, and seeking out and saving the lost.
“I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies and of the son of man who is made like grass, that you have forgotten the Lord your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. Isaiah51:12-13.
And there is something many overlook, I want to comfort you. One term used for My Spirit is the “Comforter.”
Shout for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted His people and will have compassion on His afflicted. Isaiah 49:13.
“Comfort, O comfort My people,” says your God. Isaiah 40:1.
When you feel hopeless, let Me be your hope, and hope does not disappoint. When you feel sad, let Me be your joy, there is fullness of joy in My presence. Just look up at Me and smile for My face is shining on you. When you feel trapped and like there is no way out, let Me be your way where there looks like no way. No one saw the path under the Red Sea, but I had put that path there since the foundation of the world for just the right time. And I have made paths for you, and I have sent a great good Shepherd to lead you in paths of righteousness and equip you with everything you need to do the life of good deeds I prepared for you in advance that you should walk in it. When it looks like life has come to an end and you lost your destiny, let Me be your new beginning and open to you your promised land. I am always doing something new, do you not perceive it? If you have lost your property and finances, let Me be your redeemer and restore all you lost and more. If you have been attacked with sickness or pain, let Me be your healer and renew your youth. If you are walking in darkness, let Me be your Light, let Me give you the light of life. I have found a ransom, and His Name is Jesus. And I have given you His Name by which you are saved.
I desire that all people be saved and come to know the truth. I desire that you walk out the life of good deeds I prepared for you in advance so that you might have and enjoy a successful and fruitful life. I desire that in all areas of your life you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers by walking in the truth. Let My Will be done in you. Let Me work with you and in you and in those around you to make your life beautiful, the most beautiful life ever lived.
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. Jude 1:24-25.
Behind you and before you I encompass you. I am with you and within you by My Spirit. I am faithful and true, each morning My mercies are new. It is never too early and it is never too late, with Me it is always just the right time to begin to live the life divine on the vine. Never think you have to perform for Me, I would rather you did everything with Me, for you can do nothing without Me, so why would you want to do nothing by living without Me when you could live a life of excellence with Me? Just come to Me and I will do great things for, in and with you.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is [aa]easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
My job is that I am your healer, your provider, your Shepherd, your peace, your sanctifier, your deliverer, your helper, your strength, your victory, your righteousness, your refuge, your wisdom, your fortress, your stronghold, your savior, your redeemer, your Father, and your God who gives you good things. Your job is to be willing and obey, to follow your good Shepherd, to follow the lead and guidance of the Holy Spirit, to keep My Word, and to walk in love, which includes forgiving, giving, and blessing.
I love you. Let Me do the impossible in and with you! Let Me prepare you for eternity. Begin walking in the eternal now.
Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18.
