Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.
“I and the Father are one.” John 10:30.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I am faithful to you. I have called you and I will also bring it to pass. If instead of shutting Me out by your guilt and shame that you “did it again” each time you fail in keeping My Word, you would truly listen in your heart to what I am telling you, then you would hear in your heart, “Be at peace, I am with you to help you to be the perfect person I made you to be, just take hold of My hand and keep walking with Me.” And then you would be praising Me instead of being depressed and feeling alone. This is the way David walked with Me, he sang, “The steps of a man are established by the LORD, and He delights in his way, when he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, because the LORD is the One who holds his hand.” Psalm 37:23-24. If you stay open to Me in love and thanksgiving, I can take you to heights you never thought possible. “For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, but the wicked stumble in calamity.” Proverbs 24:16. So what do you do when you fall? “Seven times a day I praise You, because of Your righteous ordinances.” Psalm 119:164. Even when things do not flow quite as I planned or desired with your behavior, nevertheless I am continually with you; I have taken hold of your right hand. With My counsel I will guide you, and afterward receive you in glory. Psalm 73:23-24. Do not fear, I am with you drawing you back into Myself from whence you came forth.
And if you know these things you will have peace in Me. Great peace have those who love My Law. And it is the perfect law of liberty. For if you continue in My Word until it remains in you and you remain in it, you will understand how things work in the Kingdom and you will truly be My disciple and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free to be the person I made you to be. Nothing missing—complete in Christ.
Jesus told you to be a peace. He gave you His, just as I gave you all He is and has. He told you, “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” John 14:27. And in the context of the gift He told you in the verse immediately before it: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” John 14:26. And that is how you will have peace. Knowing who I am by what I am saying to your heart. And My plans for you are shalom and not evil, to give you a future and a hope beyond all you can ask or imagine.
Why did Jesus have such great peace with all the temptations He had in His life in the flesh upon the earth to be angry, resentful, hurt, bitter, and anxious? Let Him tell you the secret of His peace, “Because I rested in My Father to be empowered and strengthened to do the works that He showed Me and to say the Words He gave Me because I knew in them was eternal life.” John 12:40-50; John 15:10; John 14:10. And it can all be summed up in six words that can be yours too if you want great peace to prevail in your heart, “The Father and I are one.” John 10:30. Jesus always did what was pleasing to Me for He walked in faith and obedience. He humbled Himself to be one of you and limited Himself to the powers of man though He is God.
Obedience to My Word is the sure way to happiness. My servant Peter, quoting David, sets forth the way to happiness for you, “The one who desires to love and see good days must keep your tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. He must turn from evil and do good. He must seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” 1 Peter 3:10-12.
I am present as your Helper and I have given you another Helper to be in you and on you forever, My Holy Spirit dwelling in your spirit. And I have given you your great good Shepherd to lead you and hold you in His hand, and your great High Priest to ever intercede for you and usher you right in to My throne of grace to find and receive mercy and grace just when you need it. I am faithful and will bring all to pass that is good if you will let Me.
Keep walking with Me in partnership with My Son as His body on earth and I will complete the good work I have begun in you and perfect it to the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6. I am at work in you by My powerful Word to will and to do what is needed to bring about your fulfillment and fruitfulness. Philippians 2:13. You have only to walk it out from within. So stop the grumbling, complaining, and backbiting and walk in love, shine in the world like the bright lights I have made you to be, holding out to a thirsty world the life-giving water of My Word. Philippians 2:12-16. Lean on Me and not your own understanding and let Me direct your path. Entrust your plans and dreams to Me and they will be established. All at just the appointed time.
I did not send Jesus to judge you but to save you. I did not send Him to condemn you but to give you a new life in Him freed from your sins and your shame. I sent Him to speak peace (shalom) to you from Me, for I was in Christ reconciling you to Myself. And He opened for you the way directly to Me so I can help you. I am your Father, Healer, Provider, Blesser, LORD, Savior, and lifter of your head. I am your peace. I sing over you as one at festivals and quiet you in My Love for in Me you have nothing to fear. I am on your side to make you like Me—holy, blessed, free! I am Love. And I am Light.
Seek first My Kingdom and My righteousness and all things will be added to you besides. Invade the earth with My Kingdom. My Son taught you to pray for this: “Your Kingdom come! Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Every time you reach out your hand to release My power to heal and sickness is taken out you have invaded the earth with My kingdom. Every time you lead a sinner in the prayer of Salvation the Kingdom has invaded the earth and transferred that person out of the realm of darkness into My marvelous light. Every time I bring provision to one in need the Kingdom has invaded the earth. When you bind the curse and release the blessing, the Kingdom has invaded the earth.
Jesus is your answer to every question. In Him are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. In Him all redemption lies. He is your kinsman redeemer. And I have given Him to you so you can live a perfect life through Him. He cancelled all your debt to Me and released you from your sins by His blood and made you a kingdom of priests unto Me.
Abide in His love as He abides in My love. And how did He tell you He did that? He kept My commands and He did this for you. Now you keep His commands and abide in His love and He makes us One. He is God and Man united and He pulls you in from your side and Me in from My side so that the two of us become one in Him. And His commandment? Love one another as He loved you. He came to serve, not to be served. And He came to give you the good news of eternal life. Go and do likewise.
Draw them all in and you come running to Me too. Never turn away from Me because you see evil in yourself or in others, bring it all into the Light of My Love and let Me draw it into Light.
I love you. Remember, I am a friend not a foe, and I never let go. I have hold of your hand.
But as for me, I will watch expectantly for the LORD;I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy. Though I fall I will rise. Though I dwell in darkness, the LORD is a light for me. I will bear the indignation of the LORD because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my case and executes justice for me. He will bring me out to the light, and I will see His righteousness. Micah 7:7-9.
