For it was fitting for us to have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens. Hebrews 7:26.
By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. 1 John 4:17
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” Revelation 5:12.
The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. Romans 8:16-17.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Awake, renew, rejuvenate, and resuscitate. It is time to generate a new way of life, free from envy, anger, worry, and strife—dedicated not medicated—protected, directed, and perfected by Me.
It is time to return to youthful vigor and first love. Job 33:24-25, Revelation 2:4. Enough of this nonsense, you are not to become worldly minded but Kingdom minded. Receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. I make it, you take it, but the sluggard loses his hand in the dish.
Who do you want to be? Be that and not what you don’t want to be. Imitate Me s My dear children and walk in love. That is the narrow road and it is not an easy one. Stop complaining and blaming and start taming your tongue with the help of My Holy Spirit in you. If you let Him, He will pull the helm with you (your tongue) and head your ship in the right direction so that you do not shipwreck your life. “This command I entrust to you, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you fight the good fight, keeping faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and suffered shipwreck in regard to their faith.” 1 Timothy 1:18-19.
Give your tongue to Me for My glory. David prayed I would put a curb on his mouth. Avoid godless, idle chatter, it leads nowhere but into darkness and it is not fruitful. Make the most of your time, redeem it for the time you have wasted standing idle. Dedicate your body to righteousness. Awake to righteousness. You have it. I make it for you with My own and you take it. You receive the gift of righteousness, Romans 5:17, but you have to take it and accept it for it to be working in your life. It is offered to all in Christ Jesus but many do not come to the feast I set out. I set an abundant table before you filled with righteousness, wisdom, sanctification, redemption, justification and glorification. And healing is the children’s bread. Why do you not come and partake instead of spending your time and efforts for what is not bread and can never satisfy? “Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.” John 6:27. Jesus told the Samaritan woman if she would take the water He was offering her she would never thirst again for it would open up a fountain within her leaping up to eternal life.
“In righteousness you will be established and you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear, and from terror, for it will not come near you.” Isaiah 54:14. I have given you Jesus and I put all your sins on Him and made Him to be sin on your behalf so that in Him you can become righteous with My own righteousness. This is a gift, not earned by your works but by His. He has removed the sins and unrighteousness that are yours and taken it on Himself and borne the punishment of divine justice in your place as your scapegoat, and now you are free. The freedom of the glory of the children of God. Romans 8:23. The Sun of Righteousness has arisen with healing in His rays and set you all free who receive His light to gambol like young calves let out of the stall. I am the LORD your righteousness. And I reconciled you to Me and made you righteous with My righteousness in Christ Jesus.
So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men. For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. Romans 5:17-19. You should be reigning in life, now and forever.
If anyone fiercely assails you it will not be from Me. Whoever assails you will fall because of you. Isaiah 54:15. No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness and vindication is from Me. Isaiah 54:17. This prophecy of Isaiah comes immediately after the chapter containing his prophetic vision of Jesus as My and your servant bearing all your sins, diseases and pains and being pierced, crushed, and led to sacrificial slaughter as punishment for your sin. It speaks of you being established in righteousness and far from oppression and fear, it speaks of you condemning the accuser of the brethren and putting down his oppressive attacks and lies. And it describes the beauty of the born-again believer as a new creation in Christ, “For this is like the days of Noah to Me, when I swore that the waters of Noah would not flood the earth again; so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you nor will I rebuke you. For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shaken,” says the LORD who has compassion on you. “O afflicted one, storm-tossed, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in colorful gems, and your foundations I will lay in sapphires. Moreover, I will make your battlements (shemesh: sun) of rubies, and your gates of sparkling crystal, and your entire wall (gebul: border, boundary, territory) of delightful stones.” Isaiah 54:9-12.
You do not even begin to fathom what I have made you in Christ—a new creation, the old things have passed away, behold, new things have come. Stop walking in the old and put on the new. All things are from Me, who reconciled you to Myself through Christ and gave you the ministry of reconciliation.
What does it mean to be a new creation in Christ? It means that in your inner man you look just like Christ Jesus your Lord. And what do I tell you? As He is so are you in this world. And how is He? I tell you quite clearly, for now He is present at My right hand as your great High Priest and “For it is fitting for you to have such a High Priest, HOLY, INNOCENT, UNDEFILED, SEPARATED FROM SINNERS, AND EXALTED ABOVE THE HEAVENS.” Hebrews 7:26. When He died, you died to sin with Him, when I raised Him, I raised you with Him, and I seated you in Him and with Him at My right hand in Heaven, far above and not beneath the evil and lusts of this world.
And this is beautiful beyond beauty. It is the jewels and treasure of a bride bedecked for her wedding. And I put all that loveliness in you when you take Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
And He gives you the authority to become My children, His brothers and sisters, and in the same position He is as My heir. You are My heirs in Him and joint heirs with Christ, for as He is so are you so that you have no fear of judgment or being disinherited. “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.” Romans 8:14-17.
And what is that imperishable inheritance that is yours as a joint heir with Christ? 1 Peter 1:4, Galatians 4:7. First, He inherited the Name above every other Name with full authority in Heaven and on earth and I have given you that Name. Hebrews 1:4, Acts 4:12. And I describe your inheritance to you! Just read as it is written: “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive POWER and RICHES and WISDOM and MIGHT and HONOR and GLORY and BLESSING.” Revelation 5:12. Yes, fair indeed is your inheritance. And Christ has died, so you are now inheriting what He inherited from Me. Through Him I have passed every good thing given and every perfect gift coming down from Me through Him as His inheritance to you as your inheritance in Him.
And when you believed in the good news of your salvation, I sealed you with the Holy Spirit of promise in Christ and He must raise you up on the last day for the redemption of your possession. And of what am I speaking? THE REDEMPTION OF YOUR BODIES. “And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.” Romans 8:23.
You have already received the redemption by His blood of your spirit and soul, the inner man is being renewed day by day, but the outward man, your corruptible flesh, is decaying, but that is not the end. Now you are waiting for your outward man to match your inward man in glory. You are awaiting the redemption of your body at His second coming. Then, caught up with Him in the clouds in a twinkling of an eye you shall be changed. You shall become just like Him in your outer man as you already are in your inner man—beautiful, radiant, immortal, youthful, strong, immovable, and perfect in every way. “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.” Philippians 3:20-21.
The earth, the ground, is cursed because of adam’s sin, and “the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.” Romans 8:19-22. I make new heavens and a new earth and there will be no more death, crying, pain, sorrow, evil, or curse—all will share the glorious freedom of My children. My Son redeemed you from the curse of the law.
I love you and have blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven in Jesus since the foundation of the world, and soon I will redeem your bodies too. “See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason, the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.” 1 John 3:1-3.
