He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.”  Genesis 3:10.

For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. Galatians 3:27.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

I make all things new. That is redeeming the time. Look at yourself and your life in a new way. In My Way, which is in Jesus, who is the Way. See yourself clothed in Jesus now and not just as “naked” you. Adam and Eve were afraid because they were naked. Their sin was not covered before My eyes—they stood before Me stripped of glory and exposed in their sin. But I covered their nakedness and clothed them with the skin of a slaughtered animal, and this was the first time blood was shed on earth. Genesis 3:21. But it only covered their sin, it did not cleanse it away. But I had a plan for a better Way, a new and living way, that would not only cover your sin but cleanse and remove it from My sight and yours forever. It was the precious blood of the Lamb foreknown as if slain before the foundation of the world. “Knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.” 1 Peter 1:18-21.

When you receive Jesus as your Lord, it is like the prodigal son coming home, who was dead and came to life again, who was lost and was found. I clothe you in the garments of Salvation (Yeshuah, which is the Name of Jesus), washed in the Blood of the Lamb, and in the robe of righteousness. “I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, My soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.” Isaiah 61:10.

Just as Boaz covered Ruth with his cloak as her kinsman redeemer signifying that he became her source of ransom, restoration, protection, freedom, and provision, so Jesus, come in the flesh as  your Kinsman Redeemer, covers you to signify the same. “Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.” Hebrews 2:14-15.

You are no longer naked and exposed before Me. You are clothed in Christ and sealed in Him by My Holy Spirit as a pledge of the redemption of possession. Although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:21-22.  You do not come before Me naked and exposed in sin and disobedience, you come as a royal priesthood, clothed in My Son. Just as I sacrificed an animal and clothed Adam and Eve in the skin, so Christ was sacrificed and now I have clothed you in His skin, so to speak. You are conformed to the image of My Son. Just as when Rebekah clothed Jacob in the skins of the lamb so that when his father felt him, he thought it was his firstborn Esau, so you too clothed in the skin of the Lamb are welcome before Me as a joint heir with Christ, as the first born.

For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. Galatians 3:27. And clothed in Christ, you will never be naked like Adam and Eve and their descendants are ever again. For I take pleasure in My people and I will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation. Psalm 149:4. I make your life beautiful in Jesus. So if you want to be beautiful and have a beautiful life you must be in Christ. He came and brought you beauty for your ashes. Isaiah 61:3.

I gave Moses laws that no one was to uncover the nakedness of their parents, their children, their siblings or others. What am I telling you today? Do not expose or talk about other people’s sins, especially those of your own family. Slander, gossip, malice, judging—I tell you not to do these things. “Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation, if you have tasted the lovingkindness of the Lord.” 1 Peter 2:1-3.

Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as I in Christ also have forgiven you. Ephesians 4:29-32. And how did I forgive you? By the blood. Jesus paid the ransom for all. 1 Timothy 2:6. Whether you receive that is up to you but Jesus has paid for all sins, and He paid you in full too for anything done against you.

Love covers a multitude of sins. It does not expose your nakedness but clothes you in Christ. Love says, “Neither do I condemn but go and in the future avoid this sin.” Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all transgressions. Proverbs 10:2. Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8. And I am love. And I covered your sins with Christ. You are beautiful in My eyes. “You are altogether beautiful, my darling, and there is no blemish in you.” Song of Songs 4:7. “Since you are precious in My sight, you are honored and I love you.” Isaiah 43:4.

Jesus came to undo the works of the devil in your life. The devil steals, kills, and destroys. He tries to strip you naked of the glory you have with Me in Christ by accusing you and exposing your sin, even when you were happy with your day, he will come and point out the things you did wrong and suddenly everything becomes shameful and exposed, filled with regret you shed tears over your nakedness before Me. But that is a lie. He is a murderer from the beginning and the father of all lies. He will try to steal My Word of forgiveness and love from you by shaming you by past sins of which you have repented. I want you to remember three things: the Spirit, the water, and the blood. These three testify to you of who you are in Christ.

When you confessed Jesus as Lord and believed I raised Him from the dead, you were cleansed by His blood and all you lost by sin was restored and cleansed in His blood. By His blood He bought you out of slavery to sin and gave you back all the devil stole. And then He washed you by the Word. My Word cleanses your mind and renews it so that you are transformed from glory to glory, from faith to faith. Fill  your heart, your mind, and your mouth with My Words, what I say about you. Just read the Song of Songs. Just read Ephesians chapters 1 -3, just read Colossians chapters 1, 2 and 3. I have redeemed you with the blood of My Son and clothed you in the pure linen of the garments of Salvation. I have made you a member of His Body, the Church, and He loves you and gave His life for you, and He sanctifies you, having cleansed you by the washing of water with the word, that He might present you to Himself in all your glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that you would be holy and blameless. You are now clothed in His purity, His merits, and His beauty. And the Spirit regenerated you a new creation in Christ and came to dwell in your spirit to guide you to all truth, to lead you on right paths, to teach you all things, to quicken your mortal body, and tell you of the things to come. And by the gift of My Spirit I pour My love into your heart to make you again into My image and likeness, for I am love and so are you.

I love you. It is time you start to see everything in a new way. My Way. The Way, the truth, and the life. Jesus. I gave Him to you so you could live your life through Him. Beautiful.
