I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:18.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Your words matter more than you know. Three words change your life forever when said with faith in your heart. “Jesus is Lord.” These three words uphold all things. For He upholds all things by the Word of His power. My Son, whom I appointed heir of all things, through whom also I made the world. And He is the radiance of My glory and the exact representation of My nature and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at My right hand on high, having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they. Hebrews 1:1-4. And the name of Jesus is a strong tower; the righteous runs into it and is set on high. Provers 18:10. It is the only name given to men by which you must be saved. Acts 4:12.
Do you remember how Peter and John caused the man lame from birth who was begging at the beautiful gate of the Temple to be made whole and jump up and walk? Let My servant Peter witness to what took place, “And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.” Acts 3:16. And when you use that Name with faith and honor, He shows up, and wonderful things happen. But who is He? He is My Word made flesh. He is the Alef to the Tav, the Alpha and the Omega, He IS My Word. And who is He to you now? The High Priest of your confession The word there that is translated as “confession” in the language of Greek, which it was first written in, is “homologia,” which means saying the same word in complete agreement. And what word is that? My Words. Jesus only said My Words because they are the words of eternal life.
So what am I telling you today? I have given you the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. It has pleased Me to give you the Kingdom, you, the flock of the good Shepherd, My Son. But how do I give it to you? I give you the keys to the gate, to the door. And it is a voice activated door. The keys are your voice, that is, the words you are speaking with your mouth. I tell you this quite clearly: I give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven: whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven. Matthew 16:18-19. It is what you speak that brings down the good things that are already loosed by Me in Heaven such as good health, provision, prosperity, no pain, no mourning, joyful songs, eternal life, and beauty, and it is what you speak that binds any activity of evil that I have already bound in Heaven, such as eternal death, illness, poverty, fear, depression, confusion, and the like. And this is so important that Jesus repeats this again when speaking of all believers down to the present time. “Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.” And He adds more, “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.” Matthew 18:18-20.
These are the keys, binding and loosing, closing and opening, by the words of your mouth. Binding the curse and loosing the Blessing. Your job is not just to go to the Kingdom of Heaven when you pass from this present life, it is also to bring it into the earth in your life on this earth. “Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” The Kingdom is the domain where My Will is done. And My Will is to bless. You see that from the first words I spoke to you when I made man on the earth. And I made him to have dominion. Dominion authority to plant the Kingdom on earth. Why do you think I gave you seed and put you in a Garden?
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you.” Genesis 1:26-29. “Then the LORD God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it.” Genesis 2:15.
And I tell you how you plant this Kingdom on earth. As you recall from the parable of My Son, the seed the sower sows is My Word. “I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to PLANT the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:16. Do you see? I have put MY Words in YOUR mouth to plant the Kingdom on earth and establish the earth therein. And the result? Just look at the lines before, “The one in chains will soon be set free, and will not die in the dungeon, nor will his bread be lacking. Isaiah 51:15.
Your words are the keys, your tongue holds the keys, “death and life are in the hand of your tongue.” Proverbs 18:21.
Words are not primarily for sharing how you feel with other people or your thoughts on various topics. That is not how Jesus used words and in seeing Him you are seeing Me. He used His words as tools to bring about the result He wanted. He spoke to storms, trees, fevers, demons, and people and His words were always to achieve a desired result. And that is how I tell you I use words too. “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My word be which goes forth from My mouth. It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:10-11. When I speak, when I send forth a word from My mouth, it does not return idle and empty, it does not fall to the ground and do nothing, it succeeds in the matter for which I sent it, it accomplishes what I desire. If you do not desire what you are saying, do not say it. If you do not want the result to come to pass that you are speaking, do not speak it. By your words you are acquitted and by your words you are condemned. YOU WILL BE JUDGED FOR EVERY IDLE WORD YOU SPEAK. Idle words are inoperative, useless words, and even worse are evil words, fearful words, words that cancel My Words in your life that I send to heal and deliver you. “Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul.” Hebrews 10:35-39. How do you live by faith? “But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed; therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak.” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
I enable what I command. My Kingdom is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness, peace and joy IN the Holy Spirit. You access the Kingdom in the Spirit. My Words are Spirit and life. My Word became flesh in Jesus, Spirit to flesh, but when Jesus spoke His words became Spirit and Life and brought about spiritual results. And He told you that you who believe will do the works He did and greater. How? The same way He did, by My Word.
Watch your mouth. The gate of Heaven is voice activated and it opens to you at three words from your heart, “Jesus is LORD,” and then you loose and bind on earth by the same key, your words. Make sure you are speaking Mine, there is also another gate, but the gates of Hell cannot prevail against you if you will stand firm to your confession of faith. Jesus is the High Priest of your confession, make sure you are giving Him and thus Me something to work with. Stop employing the devil by the words of your mouth. I have redeemed you. Watch your mouth. Which of you desires long life filled with good things? Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. Seek peace and pursue it always.
You have an amazing freedom, an awesome privilege, that I give you, you can choose whatever you want to say. I have made you in My image and likeness and I choose what I want to say. Copy Me and walk in love and speak only that which edifies. Take to your heart all the words with which I am warning you today, which you shall command your children to observe carefully, even all the words of My law. For it is not an idle word for you; indeed it is your life. And by this word you will prolong your days. Deuteronomy 32:46-47. I will hold you accountable for every idle word you speak because you could have instead spoken a word that would have shut the devil down and brought My Kingdom benefits to the earth. Do not let Me come and find you standing idle all the day. You have been given much, from you much will be required.
The devil will pressure you to complain, to vent your feelings, to hurt people with harsh words so he can use your mouth to speak his will into the earth. Do not give him any place in you.
Never respond in like kind to those who accuse you or anger you. Don’t render evil for evil or railing for railing. This cost Moses the desire of his heart to go into the Promised Land. The people angered him as they unjustly accused him of keeping them out in the desert rather than entering the Promised Land and he got down at their level and insulted them back. That gave him the same judgment they had. Respond in like kind and you will get like kind. Watch your mouth. “Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil any place.” Ephesians 4:25-27. “Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” Ephesians 4:29-32. Submit to My Word, resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Faith always involves speaking. Mark 11:22-24. Watch every word that comes out of your mouth. Walk and talk like Jesus. You are called to this.
I love you. Watch your mouth. Remember your three most important words. They work on everything. Every knee must bow to that Name.
