“So let us know, let us press on to know the LORD. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth.” Hosea 6:3.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

New beginnings. New life. New adventures never cease. It is not over. “Out of the stump of David’s family will grow a shoot, yes, a new Branch bearing fruit from the old root.” Isaiah 11:1. And from what looked dead and gone, an era over through the sins and abuse of so many of the kings of that line, that shoot came forth, and that shoot became the vine, the corner stone, of a whole new edifice of which you are a part—His Body, the Church. And this edifice is eternal. A glorious Body, a glorious Church without spot or wrinkle.

As the head so also the body. Your body does not initiate action though it carries it through to achieve the direction sent out by the head. An unresponsive part of the body is considered dysfunctional or as a disability that other members have to compensate for because it is not pulling its own load. “But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another. For each one will bear his own load.” Galatians 6:4-5. You should be maturing in your relationship with Me and one another. “And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:11-16.

The body should be lined up with the head. You are a part of Him who gave His life for you. If you have truly made Jesus your Lord then your lips are not your own. He is the High Priest of your confession, which means only one thing: you should be speaking the same words He does in agreement with His Words, which are My Words. You should not be saying with the ungodly, “With our tongue we will prevail; our lips are our own; who is lord over us?” Psalm 12:4.

What if everything you said came to pass? Everything I speak is for a purpose, and what I command happens. Everything you see in the night sky above I spoke into being. Every mountain, hill, river, plain, valley, sea—I spoke it into being. “The words of the LORD are pure words; as silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times.” Psalm 12:6.

I am the God of all comfort, but when are you going to get comfortable with Me? When are you going to truly believe that I am the LORD your healer? That I am your deliverer? That I am your rock of refuge? That I am ever present as your helper? That I am your provider? I mean, that I truly do all that and more for you and that you can rest in and rely on that? That I come behind you as your rear guard and go before you as your guide and am with you as your good Shepherd to lead and protect you and that you shall have no lack of the good things you want.

When will it be that you really know Me and who I am to you? Then if you are alarmed at what has happened and fear begins to enter you, and you start to beg and plead with Me that the dreaded outcome will not manifest, you will catch yourself and remind yourself just who I am and suddenly all will change in your heart. The fear will leave as you stand up tall and smile reminding yourself that I am all powerful and am there to help you, heal you, deliver you, and protect you and keep you from shame, from guilt, from harm. You will give a big sigh of relief and cast it all on Me and believe that I have taken care of it. I am the Most High and nothing and no one can go above Me. Not a hacker, a thief, a storm, a disease, financial lack, or even a whole army encamped against you can get above Me. There is no snatching out of My hand.

When will you really believe that nothing is too wonderful, too hard, or impossible to Me and that I am willing to use that power for you and your needs and interests?
Now, you may be wanting to say you know all that, but consider your words and your behavior when things come against you and you will know for sure where you stand as far as trusting in My goodness and care for you.

If you are stressed and not at rest you are far from trusting My care for you. If you really believe that I am your shield and your refuge, you will fear nothing that comes against you. Not because it is not threatening but because I am bigger and stronger than anything.

So what is the answer of how you have perfect peace at all times? Get to know Me. “So let us know, let us press on to know the LORD. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth.” Hosea 6:3. My servant Peter also advised you of this by revelation of the Holy Spirit: “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.” 2 Peter 1:2-4.

And there is only one way you get to know Me for who I AM, and that is by My Word. Indeed, that is the way you know anyone is by their words. “And the LORD appeared again at Shiloh, because the LORD revealed Himself to Samuel at Shiloh by the word of the LORD.” 1 Samuel 3:21.
And what do you learn in My Word about Me? Well, look at Jesus and you will see what I am like for He is My Word dwelling among you to explain Me. And in seeing Him you see Me. And you see one who heals and provides for you. Someone who died to take away your sins and offenses so that I remember them no more.

In My Word you learn and see that when you know Me you will not fear. Isaiah 41:10, 1 John 4:18. I am with you. Joshua 1:9. From everlasting to everlasting, I am God. Psalm 90:2. The creator, Genesis 1:1, the Almighty, Genesis 17:1, the Most High. Genesis 14:19-20. Yes, I AM who AM. Exodus 3:14. I AM there for you. Jeremiah 33:3. I AM your Healer, Exodus 15:26, I AM your Provider, Genesis 22:14, I AM your fortress, 2 Samuel 22:2, I AM your shield, Genesis 15:1; Psalm 144:2, I AM your Refuge, Deuteronomy 33:27, I AM your Shepherd, Psalm 23:1;Ezekiel 34:16; John 10:11, I AM your Righteousness, Jeremiah 23:6, 2 Corinthians 5:21, I AM your Victory, Exodus 17:15, 1 Corinthians 15:57, I AM your peace! Judges 6:24. Whatever you need, I have it and I am there for you. Psalm 50:10; Philippians 4:19. I AM with you now. Ezekiel 48:35, Matthew 28:20.

When trouble comes, and it will in this world (but take courage for in Jesus I have overcome the world), simply look up at Me and smile and begin to tell yourself who I am, and announce it to the world, your flesh, and the devil as well and he will have to back off and flee from you for you have submitted to My Word and let Me put it in your mouth so that your lips are no longer your own for you to give over to the devil to use for accomplishing the dreaded outcome. Instead you are now coming with the High Priest of your confession with confidence to My throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace to help right when you need it.

I love you and you can count on that always. I never leave you or forsake you and all the power is Mine. I am your light and your salvation (in every situation no matter who caused it, even if you did), so whom or what do you have to fear? The correct answer is: “No one and nothing.”

Go out of the midst of her, purify yourselves, you who are the vessels of the LORD. But you will not go out in haste, nor will you go as fugitives; for the LORD will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard. Isaiah 52:11-12.
