For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

You become what you behold. I taught this to Jacob when Laban was cheating him out of his wages. Finally, after Laban had cheated him ten times, when Jacob told Laban that he was going to leave his employ, Laban asked Jacob what he wanted for wages so that he would continue working for him. Jacob asked only that Laban let Jacob remove from Laban’s flock every speckled and spotted sheep and every black one among the lambs and the spotted and speckled among the goats; and such would be his wages. And Laban agreed, but then he removed on that day the striped and spotted male goats and all the speckled and spotted female goats, every one with white in it, and all the black ones among the sheep, and gave them into the care of his sons. And he put a distance of three days’ journey between himself and Jacob, and Jacob fed the rest of Laban’s flocks. So Laban was out to cheat Jacob again. But I gave Jacob a dream of what to do to outsmart Laban. I showed Jacob to take fresh rods of poplar and almond and plane trees, and peel white stripes in them, exposing the white which was in the rods. He then set the rods which he had peeled in front of the flocks in the gutters, even in the watering troughs, where the flocks came to drink; and they mated when they came to drink. The flocks mated looking at the rods, brought forth striped, speckled, and spotted offspring. Whenever the stronger of the flock were mating, Jacob would place the rods in the sight of the flock in the gutters, so that they might mate as they gazed upon the rods; but when the flock was feeble, he did not put the rods before them; so the feebler were Laban’s and the stronger Jacob’s. And thus Jacob became exceedingly prosperous and had large flocks and female and male servants and camels and donkeys. Genesis 30:25-43; Genesis 31:10-12.
You can learn much from this episode in the life of Jacob, both of which will help you. First that you produce in your life what you are beholding, and second, if you need help to prosper in any given situation, inquire of Me how to have the victory and I will show you. Jacob’s son Joseph learned this from his father and practiced these principles all through his life to a much greater degree than Jacob had.

It is I that teach you how to profit and the way you should go.

But let us return to becoming what you behold. That is why I tell you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, I want you to become just like My Son. And for equipping you in this, I give you some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers to build you up as the body of Christ until you all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of Jesus, and are of a mature stature, which belongs to the fullness of Christ, so that you will no longer be immature children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but solidly set on the foundation of My Word, speaking the truth in love, growing up in all aspects into Him who is the head, Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, is growing and being built up in love. Ephesians 4:13-16. And the more you abide in My Word, the more you think, say, and do My Word, the more you become like My Son. For He never spoke anything but My Words and never did anything except the works I showed Him by My Word.

And Jesus told you, “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:40. Consider Jesus, the apostle and High Priest of your confession (homologia: speaking the same Words he does in agreement with Him). How are you transformed to be just like Jesus in the authority and excellence you live on earth? Renewing your mind in My Word. The more Word minded you become the more you are like Christ. You have the mind of Christ. The anointing of the anointed One.

Just as in the beginning I said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” I have shone in your hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of My glory in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6. For those who rejected Jesus, even to this day, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart; but whenever a person turns to Jesus, the veil is taken away. Wherever My Spirit is, there is liberty. When you continue in My Word, you are truly My disciples, and then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. And beholding Jesus in My Word you behold the reflection of My glory as in a mirror, and as you behold more and more of Him you are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:15-18; 4:6. Look long and look constantly at Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, for in seeing Him you are seeing Me—you are seeing My glory in action.

Be careful what you are looking at each day. You will become what you choose to behold and take into your heart. There are many television shows, movies, and video games that neither you nor your children, or anyone in your household, should be looking at, for beholding them will cause satanic attack in your lives and in your home. Protect your children or they may become like what they are beholding, which will unleash fear, violence, immorality, rebellion, and evil.

Now I want to share something with you that will simplify your life. My work is to make things happen, your work is to believe and receive. Many of you are making healing, provision, and transformation complicated. You trying to work these things up and make them happen by your own might and power. You are not the source of healing and provision. I am. I make it work but you must receive it by faith. It is by grace through faith.

You must keep your heart clean of things that are contrary to My Word or you will not have the confidence in My Word that you would if you set your mind on My promises and not on the anxiety that is in the world or in trying to work up the results you want on your own power. Jesus kept His heart totally focused on Me and He did nothing on His own initiative, and, consequently, He received everything that was needed at the moment in every situation and was powerful, but with My power. My Son told you that it is like the vine and the branches. The branches can do nothing without the vine, but attached totally to the vine, they bear much fruit.

But you must take hold of Me as I have taken hold of you. When Peter came walking toward Jesus on the water, he took his eyes off Jesus and looked at the wind and rain, and he began to sink down into the waters. But Jesus reached out to take hold of his hand to pull him up. Peter had to take hold of the hand of Jesus in order to be saved. I stretch out My hands all day to an unbelieving people who refuse to take hold. But you are who My children should always have hold of and, in fact, always be in, My hand. And when My hand is upon you, your life will be filled with favor, signs and wonders. My hands heal. You are the clay and I am the potter, you are all the work of My hands. I can make you new.
Never forget, I AM your provider, I look ahead and see all you need before you even know you need it, and it is already supplied. You just have to believe and receive. Your connection to My power in you, which can do far more abundantly and exceedingly beyond all you can ask or imagine, is your faith. And that is the victory that overcome the world, even your faith.

Start setting your mind on the great things I have done for you and am doing right this very minute. The Israelites I redeemed out of Egypt with miracles, signs, and wonders, and to whom I promised magnificent cities, houses, vineyards, and wells that they did not build, pay for, raise, or dig and a beautiful land filled with milk and honey, were never grateful because they did not think on those wonderful gifts that were ready for them to go into the land and take by faith, but instead on the barrenness of the desert and the inconvenience they were experiencing in getting there. My promises never became a reality to them in their hearts and consequently, they never pondered upon them in amazed awe and joyful anticipation of so great a salvation. They were not overflowing with gratitude because they were looking at lack and not at abundance. It goes back to what you are looking at, that is, what are you beholding, not just with your physical eyes but with the eyes of your heart. And that is why My apostle Paul prayed for you that “the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the believers, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.” Ephesians 1:17-19.

Isn’t it time you started being amazed that I have chosen you to be included in so great a salvation? Think on the great plans I have for your life! Think about how I gave My Son to take all your sins and the punishment due them so you are reconciled with Me. Think about the beauties and magnificence of the Kingdom that I have been pleased to give you and your heart will take flight in joy and wonder. And I have given this all to you freely—I paid the price for you with My Son. So as you have freely received, freely give. The generous soul is the prosperous soul.

I love you. Behold, believe and receive. And that will give you a beautiful life of joy unspeakable filled with glory. Come share your Father’s joy!
