Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. 1 John 3:2-3.

You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. John 15:3.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Matthew 5:8.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Live pure. A pure life is a joyful one with no regrets and no shame. Why? It is lived in the light of the truth of My Word and is free from all that would hold you in oppression. It has nothing to hide and the devil cannot find anywhere to lodge therein.

My Son was, is, and will always be pure. Coming in the flesh did not in any way change that, He kept Himself pure. The devil tried but he found no place in My Son. And as My Son is, so are you in this world. You can live pure. And that is today’s life lesson: “A Pure Life.” You can live free for My Son has set you free. Galatians 5:1.

The Holy Spirit is pure. I am pure. Heaven is pure. The pure in heart will see Me. How can you keep your way pure? By keeping it according to My Word. Psalm 119:9. My Words are pure words as silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times. Psalm 12:6, Psalm 119:140. My Words are Spirit and life. John 6:63. My Son sanctifies you who are members of His Body the church by cleansing you by the washing of water with the Word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. Ephesians 5:26-27.

What is purity of heart? Jesus told His disciples that they were clean already because of the Word that He had spoken to them. My Word is truth and you are sanctified in truth. John 17:17. When Adam and Eve lived their lives under My Word and in daily communication with Me they lived pure and were clothed in glory. They lived in the light of My countenance, but when they turned from the light of the truth, the glory left and they stood in their nakedness, fear entered their hearts, and they hid from the Light, the true Light that enlightens every man and is the Light of life.

But what is it that creates an atmosphere and inward state of purity and joy? The answer is simple but few people know the secret of purity and hence do not do the one thing necessary to live a pure life. “The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever.” Psalm 19:9. But what is the “fear of the LORD?” My Son, when tempted by Satan, defined it for you. When Satan tried to tempt My Son to take a way other than the Cross to win the world for Me, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory; and he said to Him, “All these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me.” My Son answered the words of Satan with My Words, using a passage from the book of Deuteronomy which states “You shall fear only the LORD your God; and you shall serve Him alone,” Deuteronomy 6:13, but My Son stated it as He answered Satan as follows, “Go Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and serve Him only.’” Matthew 4:8-10. And what happened immediately? “Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him.” Matthew 4:11. The holy angels always come where worshipping is going on and the devil and his demons must depart.

When you worship in the midst of a storm (trial) he has stirred up, it confuses him and his demons and drives them away. True worship irritates Satan to a degree that makes him flee from it. He wants your attention all on what he is doing until he bows you down in grief and despair. In the Greek in which the New Testament is written, Satan actually tells Jesus to prostrate Himself before him. That is the low and desperate place in which you will sin against My Word and turn to evil sources to alleviate your pain and shame.

Do you remember that what Joshua and the elders of Israel did when they were in doubt and despair by losing the second battle when they entered the promised land, which was just a tiny town compared to Jericho, which they had taken down with trumpet blast and joyful shout (worship)? Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the testimony until the evening, both he and the elders of Israel; and they put dust on their heads. Joshua said, “Alas, O Lord (Adonai) LORD (Yahweh), why did You ever bring this people over the Jordan, only to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? If only we had been willing to dwell beyond the Jordan! O LORD, what can I say since Israel has turned their back before their enemies? For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land will hear of it, and they will surround us and cut off our name from the earth. And what will You do for Your great name?” Joshua 7:6-9. He had begun to doubt My Word and feared I would not perform it. Satan had taken him and the elders to their knees in despair and doubt. He had them prostrate in the dust where he crawls, and they even put the dust on their heads! Thoughts of doubt and despair. No trumpets or shouts of joy now. Satan had them right where he wanted.

But I was there. I had not left. I had told Joshua before he entered the promised land that I was with him and that wherever his foot tread I had given him. Joshua 1:3. But I had told him not to ever doubt My Words or turn to the right or left away from them, but to speak only My Words and meditate on them day and night so that he would succeed wherever he went. Joshua 1:7-8. And I finished off My instruction to him of how to make his way prosperous and successful with, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9. But now the first contrary circumstance and he was accusing Me of bringing them into the promised land to destroy them. Just as his colleagues had done when the spies returned and that had cost them their destiny.

But I knew Joshua’s heart, so I gave him the answer, “Rise up! Why is it that you have fallen on your face?” Joshua 7:10. And that is the first thing I say to you if you are going down under an attack of the devil. Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, loose yourself from the chains around your neck. Isaiah 52:2. But then I went on to explain to Joshua the hindrance to victory that was in the camp and how to resolve it. And if things seem contrary to My Word, you must seek the case and the solution from Me in worship, not in the manner Joshua was doing. So I told him, “Israel has sinned, and they have also transgressed My covenant which I commanded them. And they have even taken some of the things under the ban and have both stolen and deceived. Moreover, they have also put them among their own things. Therefore the sons of Israel cannot stand before their enemies; they turn their backs before their enemies, for they have become accursed. I will not be with you anymore unless you destroy the things under the ban from your midst. Rise up! Consecrate the people and say, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, for thus the LORD, the God of Israel, has said, “There are things under the ban in your midst, O Israel. You cannot stand before your enemies until you have removed the things under the ban from your midst.” Joshua 7:10-14. To live a life of victory you must remove from your life the things under the ban, that is, impurity, lust, greed, and the things you must hide from My eyes.

Purity flows from worship. Living a life of worship will lift you out of the dust and keep you in heavenly realms for worship is the atmosphere of Heaven. Worship makes the chains fall off that bind you to the profane and impure. “Awake, awake, clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; clothe yourself in your beautiful garments!” Isaiah 52:1. Worship clothes you in the purity of Jesus and beautifies you with salvation. “I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness.” Isaiah 61:10.

Worship with new songs of praise that come for your heart, continually make melody to Me in your heart, this will keep you pure, “let them praise His name with dancing; let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre. For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation (Yeshuah).” Psalm 149:4. And worship should be your way of living, even at night upon your bed, do not be worrying be worshipping, “Let the godly ones exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in the hand of their tongue.” Psalm 149:5-6. For the unclean and impure will no longer come into you. Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, and loose yourself from the chains around your neck! Isaiah 52:1-2. And how do I tell you to do that? “Break forth, shout joyfully together!” Isaiah 52:9. Stay away from impure and unclean talk, entertainment, and lifestyles, “Depart, depart, go out from there, touch nothing unclean; go out of the midst of her, purify yourselves, you who are the vessels of the LORD. But you will not go out in haste, nor will you go as fugitives; for the LORD will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.” Isaiah 52:11-12.

The Highway of Holiness is a place of worship. “A highway will be there, a roadway, and it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The impure and unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks that way, and fools will not wander on it. No lion (the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour, but he can never devour a worshipper, the fire could not consume as they sang praises and worshipped in the fiery furnace) will be there, nor will any vicious beast go up on it; these will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there, and the ransomed of the LORD will return and come with joyful shouting and singing to Zion, with everlasting joy upon their heads. They will find gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.” Isaiah 35:8-10.

Do you know how I lead you out of the impure places of slavery to sin and death? The same way I led the people out of the impurity and slavery of idolatrous nation of Egypt, “And He brought forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with a joyful shout and joyful songs.” Psalm 105:43.

I am your secret place; I preserve you from the flood of impurities and trouble of the world. Psalm 32:6-7. How? I surround you with songs of deliverance and the flood cannot reach you. Psalm 32:6-7. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who trusts in Me, My lovingkindness shall surround him. Psalm 32:10.

And how do you stay in that shield? “Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones; and shout and sing for joy, all you who are upright in heart.” Psalm 32:11. For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace; the mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Isaiah 55:12. If you do not sing with joy, the stones will cry out! Remember what Jesus answered the Pharisees when He was approaching the Temple, near the descent of the Mount of Olives, and the whole crowd of the disciples were laying palm branches down in His path in worship and praising Me joyfully with a loud voice for all the miracles which they had seen, shouting: “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord; peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” and some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, the stones will cry out!” Luke 19:37-40. All creation is purified from its corruption through worship. Worship brings the anointing down as I am enthroned on your praises and the anointing lifts the burden and destroys the yoke.

I am in your midst, a mighty savior, and I exult over you with joy, I purify you in My love as I rejoice over you with songs and shouts of joy. Zephaniah 3:17. And how am I in your midst today? By My Spirit dwelling in you. And My Spirit is the HOLY Spirit. Full of Him you will be holy, you will be pure, you will not sin. For if you are full of the Holy Spirit there is NO PLACE in you for the evil spirit, for there is no room where he can even get a toehold let alone a stronghold.

And the only way you get FULL of the Holy Spirit is in the spirit of worship. “Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to yourself and one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father.” Ephesians 5:15-20.

My grace has now appeared in Jesus bringing salvation to all men, instructing you to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of your Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for you to redeem you from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-14. My Son purifies you by His blood and by the washing with water by the Word. But both are dependent on your receiving them and applying them. And He is seeking a purified people of His own, like Him in this world, zealous for good deeds so that He can again do the wonderful works, and greater ones yet, that He let Me do through Him when He walked the earth as one like you.

I am seeking worshippers. Jesus told the Samaritan woman by the well that “an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24. What does it mean to worship in spirit and truth? It means in faith (walking in the Spirit and not in the flesh is the equivalent of walking by faith and not by sight) and with My Word, for My Word is truth. So I am seeking those who worship from their hearts (for one believes in his heart) in faith in My Word and sing songs full of nothing but My Words. Jesus spoke nothing of His own initiative but only My Words, because He knew My Words gave eternal life. No other words do that. My Words will clean your minds and hearts, purifying you, refining you, and making you vessels of honor that are ready for every good work—fruitful works of excellence.

If you want to live pure, and that is the only way to perfect joy, healing, peace, and all good things and perfect gifts from above, you must learn to live a lifestyle of worship as you go about your day lifting up your heart to Me and making Word melodies and songs of the Spirit in your heart. And you will find there will be times when you get so full you overflow and just have to shout them out. And that is when the chains are unfastened and the prison doors all swing wide open. Acts 16:25-26.

And what is worship? WORSHIP IS A CONTINUOUS FLOW OF LOVE AND HONOR BETWEEN YOU AND ME WHERE EACH VALUES THE OTHER AND EACH FINDS THE OTHER PRECIOUS. It is turning everywhere you stand into holy ground. Like Moses in front of the burning bush. It is living in awe and wonder of My pure goodness, it is living in the place of My gloy and grace. And living there it will flow into you to heal, strengthen, purify, and sanctify.

I love you. There is fullness of joy in My presence, the delights at My right hand forever, and My joy is pure and it will make your joy complete. Live pure. Live a life of worship. And that is LIFE IN CHRIST.

At that very time Jesus rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight. All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” Luke 10:21-22.
