Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test? 2 Corinthians 13:5.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

You are saved by grace through faith. You are not saved by faith through grace. Faith is only a pipeline, the conduit, the connector, by which grace (My divine life flowing into you) and all the blessings of Heaven come to you, but without faith you cannot receive for there is no connection. You must make sure your pipeline is intact, and not only intact but open to the maximum and no clog or deposits blocking the line.

And faith comes by hearing and hearing My Word, especially My Word about Christ.

And that is why the devil tries to steal My Word out of your heart, he is trying to damage and cut off your pipeline of faith so that no grace or blessings, such as healing and prosperity, can get in. He is trying to damage and undermine your faith because there is no way you can receive My grace without faith. So what do you do? Just like a car mechanic does, you check the pipelines and if they are corroded or need cleaning out, you perform the maintenance.

And that is today’s life lesson in what to do when Satan attacks: “Examine your faith.” Earnestly contend for the faith, true faith and not feigned faith.

How do you maintain your pipeline of faith? My Word is what keeps your connection strong. In every one of My Words is present My power to fulfill it. I watch over My Word to perform it.

Jesus would often ask people if they believed He could heal them, and when they answered in the affirmative, He healed them. And He would tell various ones that their faith had made them whole. Jesus was looking for faith, is still looking for faith, and one day will return and He will still be looking for faith. “When the Son of Man comes will he find faith on the earth?”

In the beginning, the Holy Spirit hovered over the waters waiting to hear My Word to bring it to pass. The Holy Spirit does not perform men’s words but Mine. But He does perform men’s words when they match with and line up with My Words. He is hovering to hear My Words. And the power is inherent in that Word to perform it.

If you need healing, the faith and the power for it start in your heart and in your mouth. Speak My Word as the solution and not the details of your illness or problem. There is power in My Words, for instance if you need healing and instead of elaborating upon your sickness or pain, you speak saying that by the stripes of Jesus you were healed, are healed and are staying healed, the Holy Spirit will perform it, as He did when I spoke “Light be” and light was.

The closer what you say is to what I say, the more the Holy Spirit can do in your lives. When you keep your words in line with My Words, the Holy Spirit performs them. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit by speaking stout against My Words, especially the good things I have promised you. He wants to bestow gifts upon you making you like Me more and more.

The Holy Spirit can only perform what agrees with what I say, the devil performs the rest of them. Speak in line with My Words and you will succeed. The Holy Spirit comes to participate with words, He hovers waiting for My Word, as He did in the beginning. I watch over My Word to perform it by My Holy Spirit for My Word is Spirit breathed.

If your words are in line with My Words, the Holy Spirit performs them. Just a He does Mine. But if your words are not like mine but like the devil’s, i.e., fear, resentment, gossip, anger, unforgiveness, obscenity, etc., he will perform them. Words of anxiety the Holy Spirit cannot perform, the devil watches over those. And what words you choose to say depends upon the faith in your heart. But faith comes by hearing, so to do maintenance and get a good result you must be hearing My Word, and a good way to do this is by walking with Me and speaking My Word.

This is the formula I gave Joshua for a strong pipeline of faith to receive all I had to give him constantly and thus make his way successful and prosperous without hindrance by the devil: “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” Joshua 1:8.

There are three things you must do to have faith that is in good working order and you are able to receive far beyond all you can ask or imagine. So let us begin and take the opportunity to examine your faith pipeline and get it in good order:

1. Keep My Words in your mouth. When you do the Holy Spirit can perform them and your faith will grow to new levels. Your joy level will increase also, for the more of My magnificent promises you speak out over your life the more your faith to receive them grows.

“As for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the LORD. “My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you, and My Words that I have put in your mouth will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants—from this time on and forever,” says the LORD.” Isaiah 59:21.

Death and life are in the power (hand) of your tongue. Proverbs 18:21. The more life you speak, the more life you will have. Open WIDE your mouth and I will fill it. Speak large results and faith projects that bless people.

And now look at what you are saying during the day and night, especially to yourself. Do your words match with Mine or are they more like the devil’s. Pay attention to what you are saying and thinking for in this are the very issues of life.

Do not let the devil take My Words out of your mouth and replace them with his. He is trying to give you a taste of hell on earth by setting your tongue ablaze with hell fire. Do not agree with him.

Without My Word you go under attack, so cling to My Words, they are your lifeline.Take My Words to hear for “They are not just idle Words for you—they are your life. By them you will live long.” Deuteronomy 32:47.

I send My Word to heal you and deliver you from all your destructions. And I put it in your mouth and cover you with the shadow of My hand. Give it utterance if you would have life and have it abundantly.

But do not stop here, just speaking My Word is not a substitute for doing My Word, they work together, but there is a middle step you must do in order to advance from speaking My Word and experiencing the miracles and wonders that follow My Word.

2. Meditate on My Word. This is the only way you will change your thinking and renew your mind. This is the only way you will get doubt out and clear our pipeline. You must not only speak My Word but you must get it down into your heart, for with the heart you believe and with our mouth your confess. To have a strong faith connection you must discipline your thoughts and put your attention on My Words more than your own or those of others.

“My son, give attention to My Words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your sight; keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them and health to all their body.” Proverbs 4:20-22.

Keep focused. Mediation is taking a line or passage of Scripture and rehearsing it, considering it, pondering it, and speaking it until revelation comes. It could just be the line, “The LORD is my shepherd there is nothing I shall want.” And as you say it, you think about all the things it covers in your life and be thankful that you are prospering in line with the Word, even before you see it. And then begin branching out to larger and larger things you want or desire that are in keeping with My Words and good for the Kingdom. Meditation on the great works I have done will break small thinking, you will be thinking in terms of what happened in Joseph’s life after the long years of slavery and prison and in Daniel’s life that was meant to be terrible but turned out promoting him, as happened with Joseph. And they were men of meditation and prayer. Their attention was on Me and not so much their circumstances.

Meditation grows you and matures you in the development of your faith. It takes you from an infant that can only take milk to a mature son in Christ that chews on the solid meat of the Word. A toddler’s little hand reached into a bowl of candy, even if told to take hold of as much as he can, only has the capacity to take a few pieces in his little hand, but a well-developed adult can reach in his hand and take a large amount of pieces. And so it is with your hand of faith, and life and death is in the hand of your tongue, the more mature you are in your faith development the more you can receive from Me. Great works of excellence that I prepared for you in advance that you might live in them.

Now examine yourself to see if you are in the faith—where is your attention focused during the day and night? What are your saying and repeating in your heart? What you meditate upon is what you will become. Worry is meditation on the devil’s word. If you are worried you are meditating on the wrong words. It is time to discipline your mind, for I did not give you a spirit of fear and anxiety but one of power, love, and a sound mind.

Mediation on My Word enlarges your hand of faith to receive more. “I shall run the way of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.” Psalm 119:32. And how do I do that? Look at the context of that passage, “I cling to Your testimonies,” Psalm 119:31, and “Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, and I shall observe it to the end.” Psalm 119:32. And that brings us to the next check point.

3. Doing My Word—not just a hearer and confessor but a doer. You must make your actions in line with My Words. Speak My Words and meditate upon them and then you will have the faith to do them. Speaking and meditating directs what you do in everyday life.

“But the Word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it.” Deuteronomy 30:14.

And there are all three steps again: in your mouth (speaking My Word), in your heart (meditating on My Word) that you may observe it (doing My Word). Your tongue is the pen of a ready writer, Psalm 45:1, engraving My Words on the tablet of your heart. You are the programmer of your own life. Program for success. “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” Joshua 1:8.

The stronger you grow your faith, the better your connection to receive all My magnificent promises and to do the works Jesus did and greater by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit can only lead you as far as your faith will allow. Let Him help you to enlarge the capacity of your pipeline of faith.

I love you. Protect your pipeline from damage by the devil. Do not let in his little foxes to eat away at it slowly without you catching them until the whole pipeline is eaten away. A house or city with its pipelines cut cannot stand long against the enemy, it will be forced to surrender. Selah. Be speaking, meditating and doing My Word at all times. But it all starts with your Words. Never let the devil steal My Word out of your mouth, hang onto it like a dog with a bone. You have a treasure beyond measure.

“You shall therefore impress these words of mine on your heart and on your soul; and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. You shall teach them to your sons, talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your sons may be multiplied on the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give them, as long as the heavens remain above the earth. For if you are careful to keep all this commandment which I am commanding you to do, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and hold fast to Him, then the LORD will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will dispossess nations greater and mightier than you. Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours.” Deuteronomy 11:18-24.
