Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation 12:10-11.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says,

When someone by misrepresentations, lies, or straight theft cheats you and takes what is rightfully yours, what do you do if he will not give it back when you confront him? You take him to court before the Judge to get restored what is yours plus damages for the time he made you lose, the increase he robbed you of, and emotional pain he caused you. And you can even get treble damages if the behavior is egregious enough.

I am the just Judge and I am the Chief and only Judge of the Supreme Court of the universe and all it contains. So the minute trouble strikes such as sickness, storms, accidents, blame, shame, regret, fear, depression, a pull to addictions, anger, unforgiveness, other damage to your life or that of your family, or any other trouble caused by Satan (the accuser of the brethren before Me day and night), and all evil in the world is from him and those who he has taken captive to do his will by sin, bring Me into the situation, do not try to handle it alone, and let Me judge and decide your case.

And, in Jesus, I am on your side. You can get back all he stole, keep your health that Jesus won for you, and have all My promises enforced in your life and the lives of those in your household.

You must take your petition to the Court of Heaven and put it under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom, and there you must plead your case.

And what do you plead as the law for your case? Nothing but the Blood of Jesus. And you will win every time. For the Blood is speaking for you. Hebrews 12:24.

Petition, Ex-Parte Petition, Answer (Response or Objection), prayer, complaint, motion, claim, argument, evidence, trial, examination and cross-examination, declaration, affidavit, order, judgment, verdict, restitution, restoration, damages, garnishment, and collection are all legal terms specifying that you are in a courtroom and that a judge is deciding your case and cause of action and is going to give an order and judgement to the matter you have brought before him.

The documents filed in a case at court are called “pleadings” and in a pleading, such as a Petition, you must plead the law that you are basing your Petition upon so that you will win your case over your adversary and be restored to what is rightfully yours.

The Blood of Jesus is a law of the Kingdom. I told Moses the law of propitiation for sin, “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood by reason of the life that makes atonement.” Leviticus 17:11.

And the apostle Peter confirmed, “knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.” 1 Peter 18-19.

And the apostle Paul gives a third witness to this truth, “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us.” 1 Ephesians 1:7-8. And adding one more, “Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath through Him.” Romans 5:9.

Your struggles with evil should not be fought by you alone. To have joy that no one and nothing can take from you despite what storm or trial comes against you, you must know that you have a tribunal to which you can take your case and you have a just Judge there who invites you to come with confidence to His throne (the bench or judgment seat) who will listen to your Petition and grant you justice. I will reverse the curse that has come upon you if you will plead the Blood and testify that Jesus has redeemed you from the curse.

And the devil will have to follow My Order. Remember the demons who possessed the man of Gadara? And they cried out, saying, “What business do we have with each other, Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the appointed time of judgment?” Matthew 8:29. They knew the term of Adam’s lease that he gave over to Satan had not run out yet. Notice they are keeping count of the time. They begged Jesus not to command them away into the abyss before the appointed time. But from this please note, Jesus could have done so and they feared His command knowing they would have to obey it.

Authorize Me to take care of the matter and I will give you swift justice. Cast your care on Me.

Do not hide in shame and fear at the accusations he devil will level against you. Do not do like Adam and Eve and hide from Me. Bring whatever thoughts you are having that are tormenting you that you think are your own perverted thoughts, but really are not into the light. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in Me. John 3:20-21.

I have made you a child of light. What the devil tries to shoot into your mind in secret to torment you, bring to My courtroom with confidence and expose them to the Light, My Light. For you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in Me so, walk as children of Light. The fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth, trying to learn what is pleasing to the Me. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. Ephesian 5:8-13.

The name often used for the devil in the Old and New Testament is “Satan,” which means a prosecutor or accuser. It is a legal term. And I warn you that he is “the accuser of believers who accuses them before Me day and night.” Revelation 12:10.

“Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation 12:10-11.

Most people only quote line 11 from Revelation 12 but line 10 says the accuser of the brethren accuses them before Me day and night. So actually this is a courtroom scene. And line 11 says how you prevail as the one who comes out the victor.

You see from this that the devil is not just putting thoughts and influences upon you, he is also bringing his case against you to the court of Heaven, before Me. He wants you to have the same sentence of condemnation he has. He wants to make a case to have you proclaimed guilty and condemned. He is trying to show Me your unfaithfulness and lack of loyalty and he is trying to make you agree with him as evidence against you. He knows that Kingdom law that by YOUR words you will be acquitted and by YOUR words you will be condemned. He is trying to get you to pass sentence on yourself so that I have nothing further to say in the matter.

This is true even in worldly courts. You have the right to plead the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution that you do not have to condemn yourself with your own mouth. You do not have to answer if your answer would make you guilty. In fact, if the police come to question you because someone has turned in a report that you committed a crime, the police are required to read you your rights telling that you do not have to answer them and can call for an attorney (advocate) to consult before you say anything.

And that is what I have given you, Jesus is your advocate and He is My Word, and He gave you another advocate to be with you and in you always, and that is the Holy Spirit. And what do I tell you? “When they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour; for it is not you who speak, but it is the Holy Spirit.” Mark 13:11. Your advocate. And He also testifies for you that your sins and offenses I remember no more. Hebrews 10:17. They are gone, all taken by Jesus. And the Holy Spirit will also witness for you that you are My child and a joint heir with Jesus of all I have.

And Jesus Himself is your faithful witness. And He is with you always.

You are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses cheering you on. Hebrews 12:1.

I have given you plenty of evidence, law, and witnesses to prove your case, plus I have put My Words in your mouth for testimony and covered you with the shadow of My hand. The shadow of the Almighty.

You must never get into discussions with evil thoughts that come in your head or you see coming upon you such as disasters or as influences on your body. Eve did and that was it. You must check them immediately by answering them only with the truth of My Word.

How do you respond? What evidence do you have that you are forgiven, healed, prosperous, and blessed? The answer is right there is the next line, that is Revelation 12:11, “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony.”

You stand before the just Judge, who is Me, God the Most High, your Almighty God, and first you submit to My Kingdom laws and rules. Next, you plead the law upon which you bring your case into My jurisdiction as your legal forum. It is the is the Blood of Jesus, and you testify that according to that law you have been made righteous, holy, blameless, and beyond reproach, you have been healed, you have been provided for according to My riches in Christ Jesus in glory (Jesus emptied Himself and became poor so you could receive His riches), and that you are beloved.

By your words you are acquitted and by your words you are condemned. Matthew 12:37

What is going on? Read this song of the redeemed and I believe you will understand.

By your words you are acquitted
By your words you are condemned
Say the right thing, O my brethren,
So that you may have a good end.
The accuser of the brethren accuses you night and day
In the court of Heaven but you know what to say!
“I plead the Blood, Your Honor,
that is the Law on which I plead my case,
for you know well, Your Honor, that my sins it did erase.
My testimony is just this, I am righteous in your sight
And You have rescued me from darkness into light.
I am healed, redeemed, and blessed,
And this I have confessed.”
The Just Judge, the Almighty God, then will say,
“As you have testified, so you are justified.
Washed clean in the Blood of the Lamb,
you can take your stand
with the redeemed.
And the verdict is ‘Not guilty,” just as you have spoken,
The case is closed, dismissed, and
The devil’s power is broken.”

You are redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. Say so. In righteousness you will be established; you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear; and from terror, for it will not come near you. If anyone fiercely assails you it will not be from Me. Whoever assails you will fall BECAUSE OF YOU. You have to answer with an objection and counterclaim to the devil’s attacks.

No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment YOU will condemn. This is your heritage when you are in Jesus, and your righteousness and vindication is from Me, the Just Judge.

I prepared you already for the victory, you just have to make your appearance to give the Word of your testimony so that the devil does not win by default judgment against you for not answering.

I love you. Do not ever battle Satan’s strategies alone. Bring them into the Light of My Kingdom and submit to Me as Judge. And I work with you. By the Blood of Jesus you plead your cause, and then you testify that according to that law you have been made righteous, holy, blameless, and beyond reproach, you have been healed, you have been provided for according to My riches in Christ Jesus in glory (Jesus emptied Himself and became poor so you could receive His riches), and that you are beloved. By your words you are acquitted and by your words you are condemned. Matthew 12:37.

Put Me in remembrance, let us judge your case together; you state your case, that you may declared righteous and acquitted. Isaiah 43:26.
