“As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts.” 1 Chronicles 28:9.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
An undisciplined mind can ruin your life. If you allow your thoughts just to wander onto anything and everything they will torment you, harass you, depress you, and oppress you. Mental torment is something you should never put up with from your mind.
Your mind should not control you and bully you, you should control it and monitor it continually. When your joy and peace level goes down, examine your thoughts. Bridle them and do not let them take you for a ride like a wild horse.
I have not given you a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a SOUND, controlled, disciplined mind. I have given you an anointed mind—the mind of Christ.
There is a lie of the devil that too many of you have not only adopted but spoken and believed in and it will destroy your life. It is that your thoughts and words do not matter, and it goes even further, that you cannot control your minds. But the good news is you can and it is not difficult to do once you learn how. Wake up and consider your thoughts and words. Renewing your mind and learning how to be skillful with this requires constant diligence in this area. But it has tremendous and far reaching results.
Your thoughts matter above all else for peace of mind and your thoughts determine whether you have control of your body, and, indeed of your life, or you do not. And whatever fills your minds, comes out in your words. And your words matter to direct your life, to bind evil things and loose good things, and to control your mind. If you can control your tongue you can control your entire body.
For we all stumble in many ways. If anyone does not stumble in the words he says, he is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body as well. James 3:2.
If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless. James 1:26.
The world would teach you that your conversation is primarily to communicate your feelings and release your emotions. Much of what people speak is idle conversation such as gossip, bragging, venting, complaining, and drama. It wastes your time and the time of others and makes people angry and offended at others or even at you. Godless chatter will turn you into a godless person and usually develops into malicious gossip, criticism of others, even public figures you actually know nothing about, complaining and grumbling. Where words are many sin is not wanting, be like the wise man, taciturn. A fool loves displaying what he thinks.
Death and life are in the power of your tongue. And you will eat the fruit of your lips. This is serious, a matter of life and death.
You do not live on bread alone (things of the flesh) but on every Word that comes from My mouth (My Words are Spirit and life and contain eternal life). So why to you spend your money on what is not bread (idle words that cause torment, regret, fear, and death) when you could have a beautiful banquet instead? The fruit of My Words is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
The fruit of idle flesh words that you eat are immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, depression, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
My Words have PUROSE and INTENT they do not return to Me void of accomplishing the purpose for which I send them. My Words are never idle words and you are in My image and according to My likeness. Words are the tools and they also are the substance of all I created and create anew. The same is true for you.
I am not troubled, tormented, in fear, or anxious about anything and yet I take care of you and every person and the entire universe and Heaven. You would do well to seek My Words and began thinking upon them until they fill you with sweet abundance that they flow to others as well. GREAT peace have those who keep their eyes on My Word.
Those who keep their minds stayed on Me, I keep in perfect peace (double shalom), because they trust in Me. Trust in My Word forever, for in Me, you have an everlasting Rock. Isaiah 26:3-4. My Word is your solid rock foundation that will keep you in a storm. The word of the devil is shifting sand, it conforms to the desires of your flesh but it gives you no support in a storm.
If you give in to the devil’s fiery darts that he shots as thoughts into your mind they will torment you and they will corrupt you by lusts and impure thoughts that lead to impure, gluttonous, addicted behaviors that will destroy your body and your mind by sin. And your will find yourself as you grow older trapped in the prison of your disabled and gross flesh, but if even then you will seek Me I will send My Word to heal you and deliver you from your destructions. But you must forsake your thoughts, which direct your ways by the words they produce, and take hold of My lifeline to pull you out of the pit you and others have dug in your life.
Fools, because of their rebellious way, and because of their iniquities, were afflicted. Their soul abhorred all kinds of food, and they drew near to the gates of death. Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble; He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His Word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Let them give thanks to the LORD for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! Let them also offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of His works with joyful singing. Psalm 107:17-22.
At the time of Noah, I looked upon the earth and behold! it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth. Genesis 6:12. How? Every intent of the thoughts of their hearts was only evil continually. Genesis 6:5. Your thoughts cause you to speak and lead to your actions (ways) and thus evil thoughts cause wicked ways.
You have been spending your life on what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy, for the wages of sin is death and a barren life with no hope. But grab hold of My Word, listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourself in abundance. Isaiah 2-3. My Word sets a table before you in the sight of your foes and overflows your cup with joy.
So, incline your ear to hear My Words, for they are life to those who find them and healing and health to all your flesh, and come to Me. There is life in My Word so LISTEN AND OBEY that you may live for I have made an everlasting covenant with you in Christ and when you receive Him you are in the Covenant with Me through and in Him. Isaiah 55:1-3.
Seek the Me while I may be found; call upon Me while I am near. Isaiah 55:6. This is still the age of grace where no one who comes to Jesus will He ever cast out. This is your jubilee year—all your sin debts are cancelled, nailed to the Cross, and you are washed clean in the Blood of the Lamb of all stain of sin and washed by the water of My Word to sanctification of your soul.
Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the Word implanted, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21.
Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Me by agreeing with My thoughts and ways, and I will have compassion on him, and I will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:7.
For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9.
Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all this I have prepared for those who love Me they are beyond all you can ask or think. Your own thoughts cannot attain to them but to YOU who have hearts towards Me and have received Jesus, 1 Corinthians 2:9. I give you My Holy Spirit to reveal them to you as you enlarge your capacity to receive them as you become more acquainted with My Words and ways.
For the Spirit searches all things, even My deepest depths. For whom among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so My thoughts are known by My Spirit and I share them with you in the written Word in the Bible and as the Spirit speaks My Words in revelation knowledge in your spirit. Deep calls unto deep. In Christ you have not received the spirit of the world but My Holy Spirit, so that you may know the things freely given to you by Me so that you may enjoy all My benefits and not forget one of them. 1 Corinthians 2:10-12. But unless you are born again you will not understand these things for a carnal man does not accept the things of the Spirit, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised as spoken in spiritual words and gifts of the Spirit. 1 Corinthians 2:13-14.
For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My Word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me void, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. I speak with purpose and intent and if you return My Words to Me through Jesus, the High Priest of your confession (homologia, that means speaking in agreement with My Words, no mixture of the world’s words therein) they will not return void as you think and speak them, they will deliver the promise in them, such as healing, provision, peace, deliverance, and victory. They will cause you to prosper. Isaiah 55:10-11.
This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. Joshua 1:8.
Here you see the words, the thoughts, and the ways (actions) all lined up in agreement with My Word and the end is prosperity and success. Fill your heart with My Word, it cleans you, John 15:3, and detoxes you. Psalm 119:9.
How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word. With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me wander from Your commandments. Your word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You. Psalm 119:9-11.
My Word lights your path and is a lamp to your feet and it is sweeter than honey dripping from the comb. Sweetness and light will give you a sweet life where darkness must flee. No torment, no regret, no bitterness, only peace.
And the result of a mind stayed on My Word? A joyful, peaceful, sound mind.
For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace. The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thorn bush the cypress will come up, and instead of the nettle the myrtle will come up, and it will be a memorial to the LORD, For an everlasting sign which will not be cut off.” Isaiah 55:10-13.
Where you set your mind is up to you. You can control your mind. If you set it on the flesh it is death but if you set it on the spirit it is life and peace.
For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God. Romans 8:5-7.
You speak from your heart’s abundance, in other words, you speak what you are thinking about the most. So, wash your hearts from evil that you may be saved. How long are you going to permit wicked thoughts to lodge within you? Jeremiah 4:14; Matthew 9:4. It is time to take up My full armor and take out the Sword of the Spirit and answer those thoughts with the truth of My Word and cast them down and out. Do not let your mind control and torment you. Answer those thoughts and get rid of them. Instead worship and sing praise and you will have a great deliverance.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations, imaginations, and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.
And the obedience of Christ was to die for your sins so that you are holy, blameless and beyond reproach. Remember that. It is no longer your fault or failing. He took them from you and took your just punishment for them in your place.
The beauty of a life well lived, the beauty of a happy heart is a controlled, sound mind. Seek Me with all your heart and a willing mind. I reward those who seek Me, who seek Me with all their hearts. And when you do, you will find Me right there with you. I will always take care of you.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
Worry, anxiety, fear of the future, remorse for the past, fear of today, will devastate you. Learn to cast your care on Me and know I will take care of all that concerns you. I am a good and loving Father. I am love and love blesses, heals, protects, directs, corrects, provides, prospers, and perfects. Monitor your thoughts.
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think on these things. the things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:8-9.
I love you and that is why I gave you My Word so you would have what to think on and what to answer to every thought that raises its ugly head in hostility and contradiction to My Word. Cut it down and cast it out if you want an uncluttered, clean, blessed, victorious mind and life.
