For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Everything is summed up in Jesus. Everything in the Old Testament is fulfilled in the New. And everything in the New Testament is explained by the Old. They are integral parts of a whole. And together they weave the beautiful tapestry of the salvation story that I have walked out with you.

In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. Ephesians 1:8-10.

It started in the creation of the heavens and the earth, “In the beginning, God created (את) the heavens and (את) the earth.” Genesis 1:1. And it ends with the creation of new heavens and a new earth with which My heavenly city, the New Jerusalem, joins upon its descent to earth from Heaven, that is, from the third Heaven. And I then make My dwelling place with you as I desired to do from the beginning. My delight is to be with the children of men and have you all with Me in oneness of heart, purpose, plan, and fellowship. I am your God and you are My people. And only those in covenant with Me through covenant with Jesus will inherit the Kingdom.

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.” And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Revelation 21:1-5.

I will tabernacle among you as the tabernacle of Moses foreshadowed as My dwelling among the Israelites as I traveled with them on the journey to the Promised Land. The plan and furnishings of the tabernacle and the sacrifices of the Mosaic Covenant were the shadows of the good things to come and not the very substance of things. The substance is Christ. Colossians 2:17; Hebrews 10:1.

When My people broke the covenant I had made with them and Moses, I told them that there would be a day when I would cleanse them from all their idols and remove their stony dead hearts and give them living hearts and then put My Spirit in them and write My law in their hearts and their sins and offenses I would remember no more. And they would all know Me from the least the greatest. A redeemer would come to Zion and My Spirit would be upon them and I would put My Words in their mouths. Isaiah 59:20-21.

My desire is not to punish you, I have no joy in the death of the wicked, I call death the last enemy that I put under Christ’s feet, but even now when you are in the New Covenant you will never taste death because Jesus tasted death for everyone. Presently, you still go through physical death but absent from the body you are present with Me. But when My Son returns for His body the church to catch you up in the clouds, then you will be changed in the twinkling of an eye from the mortal and perishable flesh to the glorious and imperishable body of the resurrection. I have this planned for you as My gift to those who are in covenant with Me by being in covenant with My Son.

The New Covenant has two tiers. First, it was made between Me and Jesus with Jesus as your representative as Son of Man and as your great High Priest. He sealed the Covenant in His own blood at the Cross. He kept the Law given to Moses perfectly and never sinned. He is the only man that ever could do that. He gave His life to Me for you and thus My Will prospered in His hand. He was the seed given to Abraham’s line that took the gate of the enemy, as I promised Abraham by oath, and He was the Lamb for the burnt offering that I Myself provided as foretold by Abraham on Mt. Moriah.

Brethren, I speak in terms of human relations: even though it is only a man’s covenant, yet when it has been ratified, no one sets it aside or adds conditions to it. Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as referring to many, but rather to one, “And to your seed,” that is, Christ. What I am saying is this: the Law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise. For if the inheritance is based on law, it is no longer based on a promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by means of a promise. Galatians 3:16-18.

He fulfilled and consummated both the Abrahamic and the Mosaic Covenants, put you at the finish line of both, and from there went on to take you to a whole new level. The level of living eternal life starting now in this world and continuing with no interruption of unity between us as you step from this life to the next.

Of His fullness you have all received, grace upon grace.

My Covenant with Jesus began when I named Him as “My Beloved Son” at the Jordan River and it was sealed when He shed His blood and died upon the Cross, reconciling Me and mankind in Him, the true God and true Man united in one seamless life with no strife between Us, in One perfect man who was also perfect God.

And Jesus not only made Covenant with Me but also with you as His disciples, those present at its inauguration at the Passover supper the night He has betrayed, and those who would believe down the ages by their words and partake of the bread and the wine of the Covenant meal.

And all the elements required for a valid Covenant He fulfilled for you. He made promises to you, walked the bloody path to Calvary for you by Himself in My presence (as We had walked the bloody path of Abraham’s sacrifices of old). And He opened a new and living way by His blood for you to the very Holy of Holies.

And He swore these to you in Himself. And He gave you His Name and all His Covenant Names (the Light of the World, the Bread of Life, the door, the good Shepherd, the Resurrection and the Life, the Way, the truth and the life, the vine). And He gave you gifts: His authority, His robe of righteousness (His identity and His authority), His weapons (the armor of God), His blood, the Holy Spirit, eternal life, healing, health, and every one of My magnificent promises and Covenant Names as “yes” to you in Him. And it was established in the Covenant meal now referred to as “Holy Communion” and this also became the memorial by which others also enter the Covenant with Him.

And He emptied Himself of His riches and gave all He had to you. 2 Corinthians 8:9. This is Covenant.

This is the  wondrous relationship of Covenant that puts you back in My family and makes you an heir of all that is Mine. And it is Jesus I sent to give you this.

Remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Ephesians 2:12-13.

I so loved the world I gave you My only begotten Son that all of you who believe in Him will never perish but have eternal life. He took everything down that had divided us from Adam on to the end of time when the eternal day dawns, and reconciled us as One in Himself where Man and God unite as One in His person. He has redeemed you by His pure eternal blood. He became sin for you by receiving all your sins into His own flesh though He never sinned and took the wages of death for you and paid it in full.

And how do you receive all these awesome and wonderful benefits that Christ died to give you? By faith.

But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, being shut up to the faith which was later to be revealed. Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise. Galatians 3:23-29.

It is the Covenant of Abraham again, You believe My Word and it is credited to you as righteousness. And that is the Blessing, righteousness by faith. Because all the blessings of Heaven are poured out on the head of the righteous. The New Covenant starts at the finish line of the Law, for the goal of the Law was righteousness before Me qualifying you for every good thing and every perfect gift. But now, by faith the moment you receive Jesus as Lord you become righteous with My own righteousness.

if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10.

This gift of righteousness that you receive by faith when you are born again by believing in Jesus makes you surpass all the prophets and holy men and women of the Old Testament during their sojourn on earth. Jesus told you that there was no man born of woman greater than the prophet John the Baptist but the least one born again into the Kingdom was greater than John! Know the gift of righteousness you have received and walk in it with joy.

And the New Covenant likewise starts at the finish line of the Abrahamic covenant, which was the coming of the promised seed, which is Christ, who would take down the gate of the enemy and bless every family and nation on earth. And Jesus has done that.

Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives. Hebrews 2:14-15.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”— in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13-14.

Jesus was eager to release you from your sins to bring you into oneness with Me and My Son. At the night of the Last Supper He knew He would have the joy of entering into Covenant with His disciples and by giving the sacred trust to them to preserve and bring others into the same everlasting Covenant the same way they would enter—the same precious faith that they were to teach to all peoples and all nations.

When the hour had come, He reclined at the table, and the apostles with Him. And He said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you, I shall never again eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” Luke 22:14-16.

He desires earnestly to give you His Body and His Blood for they are your very life, My life, coming into you. And they put you in covenant with Him and He is in covenant with Me so that puts you in Him in Me for a perfect unity of God and man with every spiritual blessing in Heaven as yours in your account.

“Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the LORD. “But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the LORD, “I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the LORD, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no   more.” Jeremiah 31:31-34.

But now He [Jesus as our great High Priest] has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises. Hebrews 8:6.

When He said, “A new covenant,” He has made the first [Mosaic covenant] obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear. Hebrews 8:13.

As I stated above, the New Covenant in Jesus is starting you at the finish line of the Law, that is, of the Mosaic Covenant. The goal of that Covenant was to become righteous by keeping all the Law perfectly. Only Jesus did that, thus fulfilling the Law and the Prophets.

“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5: 17-20.

What is Jesus saying here? In the New Covenant you have righteousness already by faith in Him. You cannot be more righteous than having My own righteousness as a gift. But this is not an invitation of lawlessness. Read the rest of the Sermon on the Mount.

You now have a higher standard of living out your walk as righteous in the you are to live from your spirit and not from your flesh. It now looks at all your thoughts, even to the most hidden of your heart.

And that is brought about by your spirit being born again by My Word and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, which puts My nature and love in your heart to teach you all things and lead you in the way to go. You have a wonderful counselor and enabler to pull the helm of your life with you and in you. That is receiving the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness.

For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-14.

Grace is My own life flowing into you like the sap of a vine into the branch and producing fruit. The fruit of the Spirit in your spirit.

The New Covenant includes all the promises of the Abrahamic and Mosaic covenants and is built on even better promises—the promise of the Spirit by faith. The gift of My own deepest self living in you to fill you with all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

Now as you read all the blessings and rewards in the Old Testament that belong to the righteous you can receive and take every one of them as your own by faith since you are now righteous beyond any righteousness you could obtain yourself under the law and you will not lose that righteousness once it is yours in Christ Jesus. My gifts and call are irrevocable.

And Jesus said to them, “Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things new and old.” Matthew13:52.

So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:17-19.

You have blessed assurance in Jesus for the New Covenant is guaranteed to you. It has double security. When you make covenant with Jesus you are in His hand and He, having made covenant with Me, is in My hand, so you are also in My hand by being in His hand.

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:27-30.

“I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me. John 17:20-21.

His sheep are His flock that He leads in and out to find green pasture and refreshing waters of healing and peace. And it has pleased the Me to give Jesus’ little flock the Kingdom. So do not live in fear little flock. You are joint heirs with your good Shepherd and He has died and been raised up as the great good Shepherd to equip you with every good thing.

Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20-21.

Now look back at the elements of Covenant: two or more joining together with mutual promises expressed in the permanence of an oath to be faithful and loyal to the relationship, blessings when kept and curses when broken, the shedding and sharing of blood, the reception of a new name, the exchange of gifts, a covenant meal with bread and wine, and a memorial or witness to remind the parties of the Covenant so it will be always before them.

Jesus offers a Covenant relationship to each of you. If you agree to that relationship by coming to Him and receiving Him as Lord, believing that He took all your sins upon Himself and that I raised Him with all those sins gone so you are justified, then He promises you Covenant protection, relationship, revelation, intimacy, fellowship, healing, deliverance, blessings, and eternal life. He gives you everything He has. But this is even bigger.

In the Covenant Jesus made with Me, I gave Him everything I have. Thus, when Jesus gives you all He has, He gives you all I have so that you are joint heirs of all.

The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. John 3:34-35.

After making Covenant with the disciples and all who would believe in Him and receive His body and blood by their word, Jesus told them, “I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.” John 16:12-15.

In your Covenant with Jesus, He gives you His Name and the authority in that Name to cast out demons, heal the sick, and do the works He did and greater. In Covenant with you, He will come to do them with and through you. And in Him you are in Covenant with Me so I do whatever you ask based on Jesus’ authority and Name because Jesus always does the My Will.

Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in My name, He will give it to you. Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full . . . In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I will request of the Father on your behalf; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came forth from the Father. John 16:23-24, 26-27.

In this Covenant, I can give you all that pertains to life and godliness, which is every need you can have physical or spiritual.  You receive all the exceedingly great and magnificent promises in My Covenant Names and it is My Covenant Names that make you partakers of the Divine Nature.

Jesus has given you His body, which is all of Him and everything He has, and He has given you His blood, not only to take away your sins but to give you His life and nature and make you His brother and God’s child. Understand this that God told you of old, the life is in the blood. Leviticus 17:11.

When you give your blood to someone and it mixes with that person’s blood, you are giving your life to someone else that is also in you. And if you receive blood from someone else you are acquiring that person’s life. You are becoming partakers of each other’s natures. You become one in flesh and blood and acquire kinship.

So when in the Communion meal, which is the Covenant meal, you eat the bread of His flesh and the cup of wine of His blood you acquire His life in you and He gives you His body which is for you, meaning everything that He has. His wealth, His wisdom, His strength, His purity, His health. As He is so are you in this world when you enter the Covenant with Him. 1 John 4:17. I gave Him to you that you might live your life through Him by Covenant.

By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9.

The Covenant Meal of Communion is so important to Me that I told you to keep doing this until Jesus returns and then you will do it in Heaven at His table. And it is so important that even though Paul was not at the Last Supper, Jesus taught it to Paul personally so he would teach it and do it with others. And one night when he was preaching he did it three times.

Jesus gave His body for you. All that He is and has He has given to you who are in Covenant with Him. And your part is to keep His commandments, which are to believe in His Name and love one another as He commanded, that is, to love one another as He loves you—to serve, to heal, to preach, to teach, and go about doing good and healing all those oppressed of the devil in partnership and fellowship with Him.

God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9.

Your part is to fight the good fight of faith, My part is to give you through Jesus all My magnificent promises for life and godliness and to bless you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven in Him.

And in Covenant with Jesus you receive the gift of the Holy Spirit as your own and become My house of abode and a temple of the Holy Spirit. So glorify Me in your body, for you are the body of Christ, and offer Me your body just as Jesus offers His body to you.

All that belongs to Jesus belongs to you according to His riches in glory. His promises and your faith and that gives you an inheritance and it gives it to you now for the death of the testator has taken place.

All flows in from Heaven in a relationship of Covenant love.

I love you and that is why I introduced Covenant. The world is getting darker and darker for those still under the jurisdiction of the devil, but light (the glory) shines on you. Isaiah 60:1. There was light in Goshen at the time of the plague of deep darkness over Egypt. Covenant. The Light of the World and no follower of His will ever walk in darkness but will have the Light of Life.
