I will hear what God the LORD will speak, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to foolishness. Psalm 85:8.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

When you harbor hatred, ill will, or strife in your heart, you cannot praise, you cannot worship.

Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering. Matthew 5:23-24.

And if your thoughts are filled with these bitter roots, you cannot hear from Me.

Why? No peace of heart.

“I am not at ease, nor am I quiet, and I am not at rest, but turmoil comes.” Job 3:26.

You may not think of such thoughts as wicked but they are. You may even feel justified in having them because the other is conducting themselves in an evil manner. But their conduct as well as your hatred, ill will, resentment, or lack of peace are from Satan and that makes them wicked for you to play with by turning them over and over in your mind. They become your meditation instead of My Word and block your peace. There is no peace for the wicked. The wicked cut their lives short.

The more revelation you are receiving from Me the more the devil will use others to persecute, needle, and throw his fiery darts at you. And if you see them from the person and fight in the mental arena, that is right where the devil wants you for in that arena you will lose your peace, your joy, and your ability to worship Me. You are bowing down and worshipping the devil by submitting to his realm of darkness and torment. And it will get you into angry words with the one who is persecuting you or resisting you. And this makes you a prophet of the devil and not My prophet.

The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will. 2 Timothy 2:23-25.

Be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; for your anger does not achieve My righteousness. I know just what to do and what to say, so listen to Me before  you respond too quickly in the heat of the moment and you will have peace. Just remember that Satan is trying to steal your peace, yes, you do have peace because Jesus gave you His peace as a gift, John 14:27, and My grace is sufficient for you to hold that peace, and laugh at Satan that you have escaped his snare.

Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Messiah, saying, “Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!”  He who sits in the heavens laughs, the Lord (Adonai) scoffs at them. Psalm 2:1-5.

Sometimes you just need to step aside and laugh with Me over the devil’s tactics to stop your mission as My prophet. He cannot stop you if you do not let him slow you down for in weakness My power reaches perfection. If you stay in peace and hold your ground I can fight for you.

But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Stand firm and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.” Exodus 14:13-14.

Just keep moving forward and delivering My Word. Prophesy!

I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. 2 Timothy 4:1-2.

Jesus would even pause and write upon the ground until He knew the way to answer exactly the Word that would end all argument, strife, and wrangling. And when He knew it came, He stood up and delivered it and all strife ceased and a sinner was saved.

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and strife and disputes about the Law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. Reject a factious man after a first and second warning. Titus 3:9-10.

A prophet does not back down in the face of opposition to placate and keep peace with the other—a prophet speaks the truth and stands on it, but he remains at peace in the storm.

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, for in Yah, the LORD we have an everlasting Rock. Isaiah 26:3-4.

To be My prophet you must keep your mind stayed on Me. And there you will find perfect peace, the double shalom. In Jesus and in Me. In Jesus, you have entered My rest, the secret place of the Most High. I have all the answers, you need only hear them and carry them out. It is the rock foundation of hearing and doing My Word that makes a prophet the calm one in the storm.

Therefore whoever hears these Words of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these Words of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27.

Like Paul on the boat headed for Rome that got caught in the violent storm that looked like death for all. But Paul had the prophetic Word delivered in peace that was the light in that dark place and brought them all safe and saved through that storm. And then My prophet Paul saved the people of the island where they landed. Prophets change everything. It is good to be a prophet. It has great reward. And I desire that you all prophesy. And you can if you keep your mind above by staying close to Me.

Jeremiah had much opposition and violence against him for telling My people the truth of their sins and the consequences both good and bad that would come—good if they repented and changed in heeding his words (which were My Words), bad if they did not repent and change because then they had given place to the devil and he only comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jeremiah never responded in anger or violence. He just kept setting his face like flint and speaking the truth no matter how much they imprisoned or punished him to make him prophesy what they wanted to hear. His heart was in union with Mine to save them from their path of peril.

Now behold, I have made you today as a fortified city and as a pillar of iron and as walls of bronze against the whole land, to the kings of Judah, to its princes, to its priests and to the people of the land. They will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares the LORD. Jeremiah 1:18-19.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. 2 Timothy 4:3-4.

False prophets rose up against Jeremiah to tell the leaders what they wanted to hear—talk of victory over Babylon without changing their sinful ways, and the leaders went with them and rejected Jeremiah’s words of wisdom and they lost it all, all their beauty turned to ashes when Nebuchadnezzar and his army burned down the city and destroyed My temple. My glory had already lifted and left for they had broken Covenant and rejected Me by rejecting My prophets. They put Isaiah and Jeremiah to death, but their words proved true and are still speaking to you in another level today.

And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation 12:11.

Covenant. When two make a Covenant, each gives all for the other, even to their very life. My Son gave His life for you sealing in His blood the new and everlasting Covenant. Isaiah saw His glory and foretold His death for sinners and Jeremiah prophesied of the New Covenant. They both knew.

Why do My prophets often meet with violent opposition, persecution, and sometimes are put to death for their prophetic witness? Same reason people rejected Jesus, because those whose deeds are wicked love darkness rather than light.

This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God. John 3:19-21.

Prophecy brings words of Light.

But both Jeremiah and Isaiah remained peaceful in the wisdom in which they walked.

Prophecy is founded on wisdom, heavenly wisdom, and that is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 3:13-18.

Wisdom is the principal thing. The words of the wise heard in quietness are better than the shouting of a ruler among fools. But that is for the next Life Lesson, for prophecy is founded on My wisdom.

I love you. Stay in peace. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27. Since I am with you, what can anyone– man, devil, or demon– do against you?
