Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Let My Word dwell in you richly. My Words are not idle words, they are your very life. Idle words are dangerous to your health, salvation, and security. Too many people are saying idle words to one another that achieve nothing worthwhile and often are harmful, words that are violent, rude, angry, ugly, vulgar and the like. They are words that carry no weight and fall idle to the ground, producing no good fruit, and often causing havoc instead.

Gossip, complaining, and grumbling are idle words. Indeed, anything that is contrary to My Word is idle.

You will held accountable for every idle word you speak. Why? I have given you an assignment for your life and idle words will make you idle and unfruitful. They will make you lose your destiny. Grumbling, complaining, fear, and blaming kept the people I redeemed out of the slavery of Egypt from ever entering and taking possession of  the beautiful and abundant land I had promised them and given them for free.

I work by My Word, and if you want to have a good life, so must you.

All the days of your life are wrapped up in the Word. And the quality and newness of your life all depends on My Word. Your salvation depends on My Word. Your deliverance depends on My Word. Your faith depends on My Word. Your prosperity depends on My Word. Your direction depends on My Word. Your sanctification depends on My Word. Your healing depends on My Word. Long life depends on My Word. Renewal of youth depends on My Word. Your peace of mind depends on My Word. Eternal life depends on My Word. It is time that you paid attention to My Words.

Everything that was made was made by My Word. Only My Word matters, no other word in your life has the power to make you  a new creation and to renew your mind.

For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. 1 Peter 1:23.

Other things pass away but My Word is forever.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will not pass away. Matthew 24:35.

“All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls off, but the Word of the Lord endures forever.”1 Peter 1:24-25.

Why is that? I am My Word and I am forever.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. John 1:1-3.

Jesus, My Word, came and dwelt among you as one like you and He met with much opposition and had many trials and sufferings to go through from the very people He came to redeem and set free. He came to serve them and give them eternal life but many would not receive Him and finally betrayed and killed Him. But He never permitted Himself to speak idle Words even on really rough days.

You will be tempted to speak idle words when everything seems to be going contrary to My promises in your life. When trials come is when you really have to hold on to your tongue not to speak idle words because then you will set yourself off into a downward spiral that is hard to get out of once you set a negative momentum.

Jesus knew My Words gave eternal life so He refused to say anything but what gave life both to those who heard Him as well as to Himself. And when they rejected His Words its grieved Him because He knew it was only in continuing in My Word that you would be set free. But He came to save and not to judge, but He told you that though He came to save you and not to judge you there is a judgment and it is simply how you treated My Word:

If anyone hears My sayings and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day. For I did not speak on My own initiative, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me a commandment as to what to say and what to speak. I know that His commandment is eternal life; therefore the things I speak, I speak just as the Father has told Me.” John 12:47-50.

Let the Word about Jesus dwell in you richly. What is the Word of Christ? It is the good news that Jesus bore all your sins, diseases, and pains and tasted the dust of death for you so that you never have to taste it. Absent from the body, all who believe are present with Me.

I love you and I forgive you always in Jesus. His blood was enough there is nothing further needed to satisfy justice for all sin. Be sure you have received Him so this is yours.
