And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. Hebrews 11:6.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Without faith it is impossible to please Me. Why? Because without having faith in Me and the One I sent, Jesus Christ, it is impossible for you to live a prosperous, healthy life. Unless your faith is strong you will not be strong, since without faith you have nowhere to turn in an impossible situation. It becomes a dead end with no way out and your valley of trouble will never turn into a door of hope.
Without faith in Me, that is, that I exist and that I reward with good things and perfect gifts those who seek Me, there are no wings to shelter you until harm passes by. There is no secret place where evil cannot reach you, there is no place where the floods of trouble cannot reach you and there are no songs of deliverance from on High surrounding you.
Simply put, without faith in Me you have nowhere to turn. But if you have faith in Me there is a God who is LOVE and who is willing to give you mercy and grace. You have a place called grace in which you now stand. You have a refuge in every storm. You always have a place in My house, even now.
And both mercy and grace come to you through My one solution to every problem, need, or impossible situation you face: Salvation.
Without faith in the One who has reconciled you to Me, in whom I have given you eternal life, who is preparing a place for you forever in My great and glorious Kingdom, and will come to take you there when you pass over from this world, you have no beautiful inheritance after the grave.
I have shown you many glimpses of My heavenly Kingdom in My Word, both in the Old and New Testaments, and it is worth any trial you may face in this life to enter there, but there is only one way you will get through the storms and tests of this world and remain standing with joy as you run your race to the finish line, and that is FAITH in My Word. And faith works by love—by knowing and believing in the love I have for you and that there is nothing which is impossible for Me. And beyond that, that I have made all things possible to those who believe in Me, which is believing in My Word.
What I say, I perform. I am not a man that I should lie. In fact, it is impossible for Me to lie because I am absolute truth, no lie has any place in Me. All I say comes to pass. Do you believe that? If so, why do you worry when you have My magnificent promises that are all “yes” to you in Jesus? But you can only connect to and receive them by faith.
Faith is your only access to the supernatural realm in the natural realm. It is the only way you can connect with Me. Jesus was always looking for faith so that the miracle could happen in the life of the one who needed it. If you do not connect with My promise by faith it cannot flow into you.
Faith is the currency of Heaven. No one has to earn what I give them in Heaven. I can lavish all I have and more to you when you believe. But you only enter covenant with Me, and therefore only receive the gift of My Kingdom, by faith. Faith alone takes you to the throne. There is no other way to get there.
And I do not mean like the ungodly doctrines of you working everything you want in your life by believing in manifesting that by your will and words, the devil tried that and it did not work. He declared he would mount up and take the throne above the angels and be just like Me, but that did not work for him, and then Adam and Eve tried it and it did not work for them, and it will not work for you who are still believing his lies. Without the power from on High there is no power to back up your words. Faith is in Me and I work wonders for those who believe. Like Moses, like Jairus, like Jesus.
Faith comes by what you are hearing and faith is of the heart, not of the mental arena. The mental arena of the flesh works only by the five senses of what is going on around you, but the arena of the spirit, often called the inner man of your heart, works by the spiritual senses. Paul prayed that I would give you the spirit of wisdom and of revelation so that the eyes of your heart would be enlightened to know the hope of My calling, the riches of the glory of your inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of My power working in you who believe that is beyond all you can think or imagine in the flesh. My power in you by My Spirit that is in accordance with the working of the strength of My might by which I raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him at My right hand. And I seated you who believe there with Him already in the Spirit. And I sealed you in Christ by the Spirit.
To go beyond the mental arena of the flesh you must be born again by My incorruptible Word. And you do this by believing in and receiving Jesus as your Lord, it is of the heart and then speaking it by your mouth.
“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Romans 10:8-10.
For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. 1 Peter 1:23.
Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3.
Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:5-6.
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the authority to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:12-14.
Now as you received Christ, so are you to walk in Him. You received Him by faith so now you walk by faith in the One who loves you and gave His life so you can have life, the God-kind of life which is eternal and is established in righteousness.
The spirit of faith is that you believe in your heart and speak with your mouth the Word that is in your heart.
But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed, therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak. 2 Corinthians 4:13.
My Son looked at people’s faith and when He returns He will be looking for faith, and even now, I am looking for faith. My eyes are roaming to and fro across the earth looking for those whose hearts are towards Me to do miracles on their behalf. And that is faith. A heart turned and tuned to Me. A heart that agrees with what I say and does it. And that is casting your care on Me and refusing to back down once you do.
My Son talked about those of little faith, those of no faith, those who lost faith, and those of GREAT faith. He only ever commented that two people were of great faith and neither one as of the Hebrew faith. They were strangers to the Covenant but they entered the Abrahamic Covenant as he did, by faith. Their faith saved them and brought Salvation into their homes.
And what was it that those two people had that Jesus called great faith. Jairus looked like he should be a good candidate from how he responded to the report of death on his daughter when he had declared that Jesus would come to his home, lay His hands on his sick daughter, and she would be well. And that was good and connected him to the miracle power to raise her up but he was not at the place of the Centurion and the Syrophoenician woman. They did not ask Jesus to come to their homes and lay His hand on their sick ones, they merely asked for Him to grant their request and say the Word and that was enough to raise up the sick and possessed as far as they were concerned. And when Jesus agreed they departed with joy and found their sick ones healed and whole.
I sent My WORD to heal you and deliver you from all your destructions. Psalm 107:20. My Word is enough for you to have the miracle contained in the Word of promise.
And that should encourage you today, because Jesus is not physically with you so you can tangibly touch Him, like the woman with the hemorrhage of blood, or so He can touch you, like the blind men and Jairus’ daughter. But you have the Word, Jesus in you, your hope of glory. You have the Word in your heart and when you have faith in My Word and speak out the result contained therein, you have the great faith of the Centurion who said, “Just say the Word and my boy will be healed.” And Jesus simply answered that it would be done as the Centurion had said.
And Jesus, My Word made flesh by whom I speak to you in full revelation, taught you how faith works so you can have the result that is in My Word every time:
And Jesus answered saying to them, “Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.” Mark 11:22-26.
This teaching also parallels the pattern of prayer Jesus taught that you call the “Our Father.”
Let Me show you.
“Have faith in God.” That is where everything you are seeking starts. You must know My promises to take them by faith. You must know My Word to answer the doubts that Satan shoots in your mind. You must know My Word to take up the shield of faith and the Sword of the Spirit which is My Word.
And when you pray the “Our Father,” you start with a relationship of faith that just as I am Jesus’ Father, by taking Him as your Lord, I am now also yours, that you have become My child and all I have is yours for you are a joint heir with Christ. And to call Me “OUR Father” you have faith and are coming to Me with the One who is the author and finisher of your faith, for the “Our” is as Jesus told Mary Magdalene when I raised Him from the dead,
Jesus said to her, “Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’” John 20:17.
And then you say, “Hallowed (revered and honored) be your Name,” and that is faith in all My Covenant Names—the LORD your Healer, Provider, Helper, Refuge, Fortress, Shepherd, Peace, Righteousness, and above all your Salvation, which is the Name of Jesus that everything must bow to. And He also is your great High Priest, ever living to make intercession for you.
So after “have faith in God,” that is, the faith that comes by hearing and hearing My Word until it is your own thought and mindset. A renewed mind is a must to walk in faith and to walk in peace, comes “Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.” This is answering the mountain in your way, it is treading down the devil’s thoughts and imaginations that make problems you face loom as high as mountains stopping you from your destiny. And when you speak My Word in answer to the mountain, it will dissolve into a liquid (molecules and miracles) like when the Red Sea stopped standing in mountains and went back to the liquid form and took out all the enemies pursuing My people.
This is what Jesus’ called binding and loosing—that is, you speak to things on earth or in your own body that are contrary to what is in Heaven, such as illness, pain, lack, fear, depression, etc. and you bind them as they are already bound in Heaven. And then you loose the good things that are in Heaven in the earth by your words of faith for healing, no pain, prosperity, peace, and joy. But that is the prayer part, which is the next line.
But back to the “Our Father,” next comes “Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” And here you see binding on earth what is bound in Heaven, and loosing on earth what is loosed in Heaven. For My Will is what you see bound and loosed in Heaven to be bound and loosed on earth. All the works of Satan bound and all My Works and great promises loosed.
Then comes the loosing in prayer, “Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.” Loosing the good things once you have cleared out the mountain. And asking for them in faith. Believing the truth that they are already yours in Jesus and just receive them with faith. No fear, no worry, knowing they are all there for you. And this is shown in THANKSGIVING. Keep alert in prayer with thanksgiving. Anything you ask according to My Word is My Will for your life and I hear you. And once I have heard you, you know that whatever you asked for is already yours. Just gather it up, like daily manna, and that is the next line in the “Our Father” as well.
“Give us this day our daily bread,” is the same, confident request, for I would never hand a stone to My child who asks for bread. This is actually receiving everything you need for that day, from basic sustenance to an abundance for every good work. From solutions to small problems to clever inventions and solutions to major impasses in all arenas of life. Help in your work, your relationships, your provision, and your protection as well as instruction and guidance in all things.
“Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.” This parallels “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” And indeed when Jesus introduced the “Our Father,” He cautioned.
For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions. Matthew 6:14-15.
And yet I tell you that all your sins have been forgiven in Christ.
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. 1 Corinthians 15:3.
But I tell you how to forgive others as well.
Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32.
How did I forgive you? By His Blood.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. Ephesians 1:7-8.
He paid the ransom for ALL. 1 Timothy 2:6. Whether you receive that forgiveness or not is up to you but it is there for everyone. And just as He paid Me, He paid you for other’s sins against you. Jesus has paid you in full as well. Kind of like homeowner’s insurance, that pays the insured if his house is burned down but then is subrogated in the insured’s shoes to go after the arsonist to collect payment. Vengeance is Mine but you are well paid. Just as I did for Joseph when his brothers sinned against him. He forgave them and left judgment to Me so I could work a good work in his life without him blocking My blessings by unforgiveness
Unforgiveness for another closes the door of your heart to My flow of blessings and stops your miracle. I have sent your miracle but if the bitter roots of unforgiveness have shut your door to Me, I cannot get the blessings in and they are all piled up at your door. If you will pull out the bitter roots of resentment and unforgiveness with Me, all those blessings you have been praying for over the years will pour in like an avalanche.
But then why would I say that if you do not forgive others I will not forgive you? Because I cannot. Let Me show you why. Faith works by spiritual laws, and indeed all things do, just as the world you live in now works by physical laws such as gravity that I have set in place, but there is a spiritual law that states:
“Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.” Matthew 7:1-2.
You are setting the standard of judgement that I must use on you. If you cannot forgive someone you are telling Me that the Blood of Jesus is not enough for you. And if it is not enough for you, then it is not enough for Me in your case, even though it actually is more than enough for everyone, but I cannot apply it in your case due to the standard you have set.
Think about that next time you say you just cannot forgive someone. You are setting a standard that will destroy you, because if the blood is not enough, there is nothing else that can take away your sins. And that has to do with refusing to forgive yourself as well, even there you are telling Me that the blood is not enough for you to free your conscience from dead works.
But it is.
And I want also to share with you a great truth you must learn for peace of mind and a beautiful, joyful life. Learn how to forgive yourself. If you slip into anger and feel it hot in your heart and say harsh words. Do not beat yourself for the next few days, you are supposed to let anger go before the sun sets, and that is even against yourself.
But this is what I want you to practice. If you sin through weakness but have a true desire to please Me in all you do, then repent and confess the sin to Me and ask Me to help you with this in the future and then jump up and down in joy shouting “Thank you Lord for forgiving Me and setting Me free as if I had never sinned! Thank you for the blood of Jesus!” Apply the blood to your sin and then confess the sin is gone and I remember it no more. And that is the overcoming Satan with the blood of the Lamb and the word of you testimony. And you will silence the accuser of the brethren, at least in your case. Then go forward with Me dancing and singing for joy that I so loved you I gave you My Son so that you would not perish and have eternal life. And ask Me to keep you away from temptations, for the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.
And that is the way the “Our Father” closes as well, “And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.”
So what is the way you exercise your faith? First have faith in Me and find the Word that fits your problem to save and deliver you. Then confident of My will face that mountain and answer it with My Word and cast in out in Jesus Name. Bind the activity of Satan whatever it is by your words declaring what is My Will in Heaven and on earth. And then turn to Me in prayer for all you need to restore, replenish, bless, and make you whole based on My many promises and thank Me that I have already sent you the provision you are asking for and look eagerly to what I tell you to do to have it show up. And then check your heart for bitter roots and unforgiveness and let Me help you pull it down and tear down strongholds. And seek My aid to avoid future pitfalls and snares of the devil so you are never caught off guard again. And how do conclude?
Worship in praise and thanksgiving for all you have in Christ Jesus, My gift to you that you can live your life through Him, with Him, and in Him, which simply means through, with, and in Me, your loving Father who cares for you. So cast your cares on Me because I care for you. I even have every one of the hairs on your head counted.
“For the Kingdom, the power, and the glory are Yours, forever and ever.” Amen. Matthew 6:13.
I love you. Learn from Jesus for in Him you will find rest for your weary souls—that is, your tormented minds. He will teach you how to control your mind for He is My Word by which your mind is renewed and you are transformed.
