For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 2 Corinthians 1:22.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

I say “YES” and you say “AMEN.”  No doubt, no wavering, like Abraham you say, “Amen” to My promises and I credited it to him as righteousness.

What does “amen” mean? It is a Hebrew word. And when you read that Abraham believed My promise to him of a son and descendants more numerous than the stars in the sky, which I credited to him as righteousness, the word translated “believe” there is actually the verb “aman (אָמַן),” which means “confirmed, established, sure, true, and verified.” The adverb form of aman is “amen (אָמֵן),” which is spelled in Hebrew exactly the same and means “truly, verily.” “Aman” is the root of the word “Emet (אֶמֶת),” which means both truth and faithfulness.

The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth (faithfulness) (emet). Exodus 34:6.

My Word is faithful and true. My Word is truth. John 17:17. Remember always that the word translated “truth” in Hebrew you also see translated as “faithfulness” for it contains both meanings in the one word. Truth and faithfulness go together.

And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these Words are faithful and true.” Revelation 21:5.

In the book of Revelation you see Jesus described as “the faithful and the true,” Revelation 19:11, and also as “The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God.” Revelation 3:14. And as we just discussed, “amen” is the root of the noun “emet” which means both “faithful and true.” He is the true witness of My Word, which is truth and which is faithful, My Word will not fail you if you say “amen” to My Word as well.

And Jesus is the “Beginning of the Creation of God.” I made everything by My Word and My Word is truth. So I made everything in “emet,” that is, in truth and faithfulness. All creation is My Amen, My verification and confirmation to you that I AM, that I exist and I am faithful and true.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made. Romans 1:20.

Jesus is My “Amen,” that is, the confirmation, the establishment, the surety, and verification of all My promises to you. He is your guaranty. He is the seal I have put to My Word.

Jesus came down to earth as My “amen,” i.e., confirmation, to all that was promised in the Old Covenant and all that is promised in Him in the New Covenant. He came to give you the truth. He is the way, the truth and the life.

“Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.” John 6:27.

Jesus is My “amen” to all I have said and on Him I set My seal as true and as My decree to you of who I am for in seeing Him you see Me. And when you believe the testimony of Jesus that is your “amen” to Me that you have set your seal to that I am true and that My Word is your truth. My Word becomes your confession of faith, your testimony. The word of your testimony, for you have said “amen” to My promises.

He who comes from above is above all, he who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. What He has seen and heard, of that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. He who has received His testimony has set his seal to this, that God is true.  John 3:31-33.

When you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, you have said “amen” to that and have set your seal upon Him as true.

And when you, after listening to the message of truth and faithfulness, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed in Him, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge (down payment, guarantee) of your inheritance, with a view to the redemption of the acquired possession, to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:13-14.

In the Old Testament, when you see the translation that someone was faithful or believed Me it is the word “aman.” They considered and set their seal on My Word in their lives. They agreed that My Word was true and that I was faithful to perform it. They said “amen” and then incorporated it into their lives. The scripture that Moses was faithful in all My household was that he “amened” Me in all he did.

Your life should be one of “amen” to all My promises and in that way you set your seal to the truth of every one of My Covenant promise names, that is, that I am your healer, your provider, your shepherd, your shalom, your sanctifier, your refuge, your deliverer, your strength, your redeemer, your maker, your helper, your gladness and exceeding joy, your fortress, your rock, your savior, and your Father. All these Covenant promise names are fulfilled in Jesus and made available to you all the time as you come with confidence to My throne of grace with your great High Priest Jesus to receive mercy and find grace in time of need.

Jesus is My Amen to you, that is, My confirmation to the truth and faithfulness of My Word, and you believe and receive all He has obtained as evidenced by your “amen” back to Me.

And as you give your amen back to Me, I establish you in Christ and anoint you  and seal you in Him and pour My Spirit into your hearts as a pledge. We affirm and confirm that you are in Christ, He is in you, you are in Him, and I am in you and you are in Me, a covenant family deriving your name from My Covenant Name for when you have received Jesus, said “amen” to Him, I am your Father forever.

And now let us consider the Hebrew letters that form the word “aman,” which are the same for the word “amen.” The first letter is the “aleph (א),” which is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Its number is one and it represents Me as the one true God and the strong one, for its pictograph is the head of an ox. The ox shows strength but also it is a clean animal for sacrificial offering as a peace offering.

The aleph is actually formed by three other letters, it has two yods connected by a vav. The pictograph for the yod is a man’s hand, and the word “yod” means hand and for the vav the pictogram is a large nail. Two nailed hands. And adding the two yods, yod is the number 10, and the vav, which is the number 6, gives you the number 26 which is the number that the letters in My Covenant Name of  יהוה also add up to (yod is 10, hei is 5, vav is 6, and hei is 5, which adds up to 26).

So the first letter of “amen” represents Me, God the Father.

The next letter of “amen” is a mem. The pictograph for the letter mem if living water and its meaning is the Holy Spirit. It’s number is 40.

The last letter is nun. Nun represents the suffering servant, the Messiah, and is a crowned letter. Its pictograph is a seed or a fish. The number of the nun is 50, which is the number of jubilee. Jesus is your jubilee. In Him all your debts to Me are paid and released and you are redeemed from the slavery to sin and death.

So when you amen what I say, you are actually saying amen to Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. You are putting your seal on us and I put My seal on  you in truth and faithfulness. I set you apart and consecrate you in My Word, which is truth, that is, faithful and true.

And the number of the word “amen” or “aman,” is 1 + 40 + 50 + 91 and 9 + 1 is 10 and 1 + 0 = 1. And that is the number of Aleph, meaning the One God in three persons. And the number 10 means the whole, that is why the tithe is 1/10th, it one part of the whole.

And “aman” is the root of “emet,” which means truth and faithfulness. Emet has different vowel markings but it begins with the “aleph (א),” then has the “mem (מ),” and ends in the letter tav (ת), which is the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet, it is the number 400, and its pictograph is a cross. So here you see My Word from the aleph to tav with the mem representing the Holy Spirit in the middle. And the aleph-tav (את) is the untranslatable mark that is throughout Old Testament but not translated ever to English because it would simply be AZ. But it is the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the faithful and the true. It is the Word from the first letter to the last and the Holy Spirit breathing everything that it forms, for all words are formed in any language by the letters of their alphabet from the first letter to the last.

And when you add up the letters in “emet,” you have 1 + 40 + 400 = 441 and 4 + 4 + 1=9, which is the number of the gifts of the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit. And it is the Holy Spirit that leads you to all truth. My Word is Spirit-breathed.

I love you. There is so much more, there are so many layers to My Word. I have given you My Holy Spirit to guide you to all truth, keep going deeper with Him for He knows My deepest thoughts and when you are ready, He will show you. Just keep saying “Amen” to My yes!
