It is impossible for God to lie, so we who have taken refuge have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek. Hebrews 6:18-20.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Ultimately, and actually most beneficially to you, it is not what you feel, what you think, or what you say, but what My Word says that matters. And, if you are looking to your own best interest, you should build and fashion your life upon My Word.
Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and does them, is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27.
For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 3:11.
It is wonderful to have My Word as the solid foundation on which you can rely and to have a guide that is always revealing the truth to you and leading you to your land of promise in the most efficient, fruitful, and expedient way.
Your life does not have to be up and down, tossed about by every wind and wave of what you hear and see and feel from without and from within, you can be grounded on the rock that is higher than you, you can build on solid rock so that no storm can take you down. You can rely on My Word.
Receive, claim, and take all the benefits I promise you in My Word. If you are getting older and thinking you are ready to give in to its effects, never speak about your failing mind, your forgetfulness, your aches and pains, and even calling things in like arthritis by speaking of them in a possessive manor, i.e., “my arthritis.” Instead, get out My promise of renewal of youth, which I repeat a number of times, and take and receive it as you speak it over your life.
Be confident that what I have spoken, you can have. But make sure, that you are following the laws that obtain it, for you cannot defy and break a law and expect it to work for you. Even as in court, there is protocol that must be followed to obtain the victory.
My thoughts and Words are higher than yours but I give them to you, coming down like seed to the sower and bread to the eater, use them, rely on them, build your life on them.
In My Word you have the perfect law of liberty, when you use that law you can rest assured of the right result. My Word works so put it to work. No matter what comes up, My Word is an anchor for your soul. You can rest upon My Word and it will hold you anchored so you are not tossed about by doubt, unbelief, and every wind of doctrine.
When you are rooted and grounded in My Word, you know the truth and it holds you on solid ground so that you are not moved in a storm.
O how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever mine. Psalm 119:97-98.
See My Words as belonging to you and working for you. In every situation look to the Word that delivers you and holds you through the storm. My Word is light in the darkness.
Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble; He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:19-20.
You will note, it is My Word I send to heal you and deliver you. And it was by My Word that Jesus told His disciples He had cleansed and purged them so they were ready to bear good fruit in their lives to their maximum potential.
Look for My Word that speaks to your heart and gives revelation and hope in your need. Look for the Word that gives light to your path and a lamp to your feet. For My Words are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh.
I tell you that My Word is life to those who find it, which means you are actively seeking the right Word for your challenge. And you it at My throne of grace. Yes, you know it from the Bible but the revelation of the Word for you at the moment you need it is found in prayer and fellowship in the Holy of Holies. Draw near to hear.
Make this your rule of thumb, in every situation look for My Word that governs it. For the government rests on the shoulders of Jesus, who is My Word.
For a child is born to us, a Son is given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, God Hero, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace. Isaiah 9:6-7.
The Holy Spirit is your advocate, He is your lawyer when you are called before kings and those in authority to testify to give you words and a wisdom no one can take exception to or contradict, and He is also your lawyer to defend your case when Satan accuses you before Me. He testifies of Jesus, that is, that in Him all your sins, diseases, ills and pains are gone, borne by Jesus who knew no sin but became sin for you all, so that your sins and offenses I remember no more. And He witnesses with your Spirit that you are My child.
And what does an advocate, that is, a lawyer do? He finds the law on which you must base your case to win. For My Words are the perfect law of liberty, that is, they set you free from all that would harm you.
Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. Psalm 91:3-4.
It is the truth, and My Word is truth, that is your shield and buckler from all that would take you captive or harm you.
My Words, including My magnificent promises in My Covenant Names and in the New Covenant Names of Jesus, My proverbs, My prophets, My instructions, and My songs (psalms), are all law for they are truth and you can rely on them to perform what they promise. I back My Word and guarantee it, for I AM My Word and it is impossible for Me to lie. I am truth. The faithful and true. And Jesus is My great “Amen” to you that all My promises are true and are there for you.
And not being weak in faith, Abraham did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully persuaded that what God had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Romans 4:19-22.
And there is the key, do not even consider as viable those things that are contrary to My promises. For if the law is on your side, you have to win, there is no other scenario if you are before a just judge.
And seek Me early—not late in your problem, but best is to seek My face, to seek My Word, before the problem comes. Be prepared ahead of time by knowing My Words so that when the problem comes you have the answer ready and thus drive out fear. To overcome you must know the governing Word already. And that is what I mean by girding yourself with truth. It is being ready before the storm, trial, battle, symptom, or fear begins so that as soon as it approaches, at its very beginning stages, you are ready to speak to it and answer it with My Word. So you are fully equipped and ready to shake off that snake and tread on him with My Word.
For example, say an illness attacks your body or you receive a bad report from the doctor about your health or a growth, you must refuse the fear and enforce the governing law of My Word which is yours who are in covenant with Me in Jesus. Stand on that rock which is higher than you on which you are building your life. Put down the fear by responding, “Oh, no you don’t! I have a healer so I am not afraid at all. By His stripes I am healed, He is the LORD My Healer, He forgives all My sins and heals all My ills, and Jesus healed all who came to Him to be healed and He is in Me. The power to heal is present in me by His Spirit dwelling Me. Resurrection power. And on that Word I win. So be gone, Satan, and all the unclean spirits of sickness in the Name of Jesus.” And that ends the matter, so make yourself smile and laugh and give thanks and praise to Me for so great a Salvation. And keep it up until the anointing flows and every trace of fear is gone. And as you laugh, smile and sing about the LORD your healer, provider, shepherd, Father and king suddenly the breakthrough and the answer will be there for you to strengthen and comfort you. For My joy is your strength and when you dance, sing, and shout with Me, My joy fills you. How? The anointing the Spirit brings is the same anointing with which I anointed Jesus and that is the oil of joy. And He got through every trial right up to the resurrection for the joy that lay before Him. And so can you.
Get full of My Word, read it, speak it, hear it, write it down in your prayer journal, write it on the tablet of your heart, and meditate on it day and night so that you are so girded in truth that no lie of the devil can find a place in you. That way, when trouble starts you are never taken off guard. There is no need to frantically search for the right Scripture that governs the situation, the Word that will silence all opposition, because you will know it already.
Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies; for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, because I keep Your precepts. I have restrained my feet from every evil way, that I may keep Your Word. I have not departed from Your judgments, for You Yourself have taught me. How sweet are Your Words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Through Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Psalm 119:97-104.
My Words, which are My laws and commandments, make you wiser than your enemies for My Words are always there with you to protect you from all evil as you tread the devil underfoot by them. And My Words are sweet—healing, prosperity, provision, revelation, peace, and victory are sweet. And My Words give you understanding of all things and awareness of the devil’s tactics so that you will always escape his snares for My Word teaches you to restrain your feet from every evil way.
My son, keep your Father’s command, and do not forsake the law of your mother. Bind them continually upon your heart; tie them around your neck. When you roam, they will lead you; when you sleep, they will keep you; and when you awake, they will speak with you. For the commandment is a lamp, and the law a light. Proverbs 6:20-23.
You can live a life of peace and joy no matter what the circumstances if you are standing on the solid rock of My Word and giving it full faith and credit. Relax and cease striving, you already have won the case for the law is on your side. I have put My Words in your mouth, covered you with the shadow of My hand, and given you My Holy Spirit to be with you and in you forever. And He is your advocate.
I love you. Know My Word is true and you can build your life on that with confidence in every situation no matter how contrary to My Word it appears. My Word made everything perfect in the beginning, Adam corrupted it by bringing the curse in, but My Word can rearrange and change it, for My Word, if you will enforce it, is the final Word no matter what comes against you. Why surrender to the world, the flesh, and the devil when the law is on your side? Speak nothing but My Word and you will win. Get full of the Word and you will be able to control your tongue for there will be nothing else you have to say.
