Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:7-8.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

The most important thing you need to know to walk in the Spirit is that it is all based on fellowship. I call you by name, I knock at your door, I invite you to come to Me, but until you decide to draw close to Me, I really cannot draw close to you, not that I am not there with you, but I just cannot come in until you open your door to Me. I wait for you to seek Me as I seek you. I start the seeking but you determine the outcome.

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the LORD, ‘and I will restore your fortunes. Jeremiah 29:13-14.

You cannot walk in the Spirit if you do not know the one from whom the Spirit proceeds. You also cannot walk in the Holy Spirit if you are housing an unclean spirit. My Spirit reveals My thoughts, even My deepest thoughts, to you, just as your spirit reveals your thoughts to Me, deep calls unto deep. But it is in our fellowship that our walk begins and that walk is a walk in the Spirit and in truth.

And how does our fellowship begin? There are two things you must be mindful of for fellowship to be the most pure and fruitful. First, to walk in the Spirit in fellowship with Me you must have a purpose in your heart to draw close only to Me. You cannot walk with and serve two masters that are as different from one another as night is from day, as darkness from light.

Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with the devil, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, “I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate,” says the LORD, “And do not touch what is unclean; and I will welcome you. And I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to Me,” says the LORD Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18.

And this is explained to you by My servant James as well:

Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:7-8.

The first step before our fellowship can grow, flourish and bear fruit is that you determine whose Word you will follow, and there are only two choices, Mine or that of the devil. Adam, Eve and I had fellowship but when they rejected My Word as the truth and submitted to a lie instead, our fellowship was pretty much ended. They feared that I would punish them but they did not let go of the lie. True fellowship requires commitment and loyalty with mutual trust. I could no longer trust Adam with My secrets and he did not trust or honor Me.

Who is the man who fears the LORD? He will instruct him in the way he should choose. His soul will abide in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land. The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant. My eyes are continually toward the LORD, for He will pluck my feet out of the net. Psalm 25:12-15.

And here again we find “fear of the LORD,” that precious treasure of those who are saved. If you have knowledge of Me and love Me and want to please Me for who I am, then you do not want the devil to have any part in your life and you are ready to look for Me and My Word above all else. You have no fear of the devil, whom Jesus brought to naught, but you do all you can to keep from tarnishing your precious relationship with Me. And that is fear of the LORD. It is primarily a desire to please Me because who I am to you. And I am pleased by faith in My Word. When you have that, I can do great and mighty things in your life through that faith connection.

So first you must be committed to fellowship with Me with all your heart and have a desire to draw others into that relationship as well rather than letting them draw you away from Me.

Second, as Jesus instructed you, the only way you come to Me is in and through Him. He is the way you come with confidence to My throne. I was in Christ reconciling the world to Myself, not counting your sins against you but putting them all on Him. He is the one that removes your sins and broke down the dividing wall between us.

Behold, the LORD’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; nor is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. Isaiah 59:2.

And in this chapter 59 of Isaiah, I reveal how I looked around to find someone who would intercede for you but I found no one that had an eternal life to give to satisfy divine justice for your murder of that life within you by Adam’s drawing close to the devil for fellowship and far away from Me

And He saw that there was no man, and was astonished that there was no one to intercede; then His own arm brought salvation to Him, and His righteousness upheld Him. Isaiah 59:16.

Jesus is My arm that I reach down to save you, I redeem you with outstretched arm.

Say, therefore, to the sons of Israel, ‘I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from their bondage. I will also redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. Then I will take you for My people, and I will be your God; and you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. I will bring you to the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and I will give it to you for a possession; I am the LORD.’” Exodus 6:6-8.

The LORD has bared His holy arm In the sight of all the nations, that all the ends of the earth may see the Salvation (Yeshuah) of our God. Isaiah 52:10.

Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? . . .Surely our illnesses He Himself bore, and our pains He carried; yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. Isaiah 53:1-5.

And it is through and with Jesus your good Shepherd that I lead you on to My holy mountain, that place of prayer, where you learn fellowship with Me. And He leads you out to lead you in. Out of the slavery of Egypt, through the wilderness of the world, and right into your promised land.

And where does He take you as your great High Priest? Right into the Holy of Holies with Him by a new and living way, the way of His blood which speaks an eternal redemption. He is the Lamb in the center of My throne who shepherds you to life giving water where I wipe every tear away from your eyes. And that speaks of fellowship in the fragrant green pastures where you stretch out beside the waters of healing and peace and eat from the banquet of My Word set before you as you bask in the sunshine of My love. Abide in the fellowship of My love.

It all starts in fellowship but it does not stop there. It moves on to partnership. And that is when it gets exciting, for it is then I entrust to you the great and mighty works that I have equipped you to do and anointed you for in your good Shepherd, the greater works. For you who are His little flock are tod do the works He did and greater, but together with Me and Him, all in His Name and with the help of My grace that you find only in Him.

I love you. Clear My way by leveling the valleys and the hills in you life, that is the ups and downs of your emotions. and stay on course with an even keel on the Highway of Holiness where no fool can walk or serpent crawl.
