We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. 1 John 4:14.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Our last Life Lesson was about the Promise, the Gift, the Great Commission, the Mission, the Assignment, and your Part, so that you will NEVER lose heart. And ultimately the command was to be My witnesses and to testify to all the world. Today I want to continue this because many of you are at a loss to what you should be testifying about and just are not testifying at all. Which has serious ramifications on earth and in the Kingdom.

Now if a person sins after he hears a public adjuration to testify when he is a witness, whether he has seen or otherwise known, if he does not tell it, then he will bear his guilt. Leviticus 5:1.

I speak of the gospel of Kingdom, the gospel of grace, the gospel of your salvation, the gospel of Christ, and the gospel. But they are all he same, for there is only one way to Me and to be saved. And that way is Jesus, in Him is eternal life. And you must testify to Jesus. And of first and foremost importance is that in Him you have forgiveness of your sins by His blood. The good news is that He makes sin as if it had never been.

But the Holy Spirit also testifies to us; for after He had said before, “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,” then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.  Hebrews 10:15-18.

And when I called Paul, then Saul, to be My witness in the world, he explains to what I called him to testify:

And the Lord said, ‘I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. But get up and stand on your feet; for this purpose I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness not only to the things which you have seen, but also to the things in which I will appear to you; rescuing you from the Jewish people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you, to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’ Acts 26:15-18.

Testimony is a lighthouse to the human race lost in the darkness of sin. You have in you the Light of the world, let the Light shine into the hearts of all you meet.

Do you know what the “testimony” is under the New Covenant?  If not, let Me show you today and you will be blessed and refreshed if you have been in fear each time you sin that you have lost Heaven you do not understand what I have given you in Christ and what He has done to redeem you.  This is  what you should have learned in Christ.  In Christ I did a perfect work, once for all.  Hebrews 10:10.

For by My Will you have been sanctified through the offering of the body of My Son once for all.  He, after having offered one sacrifice for sins for ALL time, sat down at My right hand, for by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified by faith in His Name.  Hebrews 10:10-14.  For just as through Adam’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so though the obedience, obedience unto death, death on the cross, of My Son the many are made righteous.  Romans 5:19.

What should your testimony be about yourself? For before you testify to others you need to believe what you are saying. So waht should you say to Me about yourself? My testimony is just this: I am righteous in your sight and you have rescued me from darkness into light. I am healed, redeemed, and blessed and this I have confessed. And I have done all this for you in Jesus.

Through one transgression by the one man in the beginning condemnation came to all men, so too through the one act of righteousness of My Son there resulted justification of life to all men.  Romans 5:18.

When you were dead in your trespasses I made you alive together with Jesus, having forgiven you all trespasses (yes, ALL), having blotted out the handwriting (cheirographon in Greek, meaning something handwritten in My own writing) in the decrees (you know what the only handwritten decrees by Me were and that they were written by Me on two stone tablets) that were adverse to you. And I took it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.  Colossians 2:13-14.

Yes, Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for all that believe.  Romans 10:4.  You are made righteous with My righteousness in Him when He took all your sins in exchange. Through Him forgiveness of sin is proclaimed to you and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things from which you could not be forgiven and set free through the Law of Moses.  Acts 13:38-39.

But let me show you the testimony you need never to neglect for human tradition—and here I am speaking of earning your own righteousness by your good works and losing it if you do something wrong.  For it is of first importance to know that Jesus died for your sins. 1 Corinthians 15:3.  And that in Him you have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of all your sins, according to the riches of My grace which I have lavished on you in Christ.  Ephesians 1:7-8.

But let Me take you on a journey to see the testimony to which you must pay attention.

Do you recall when Jesus disciples ate without first ceremonially cleansing their hands according to the traditions of the Pharisees and they asked Jesus why he allowed his disciples to not walk according to the tradition of the elders.

Jesus responded, “Well did Isaiah prophesy about you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me; in vain do they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men. Neglecting the commandment of God you hold to the tradition of men.’ He went on to say, ‘How well you have set aside the commandment of God in order to uphold your tradition!’”  Mark 7:6-9.

My Son then went on to tell them that one of the Ten Commandments was to honor their fathers and mothers and they had laid that aside saying that if a man dedicated what he would have needed to give to support his parents to Me, then he did not have to do anything further for his parents when they were elderly in need. This invalidated My Word for the sake of their traditions.  And He told them they did this with a lot of other things too.

Please note that My Son said they were setting aside My commandment in order to uphold a tradition of men.  Jesus is referring to one of the Ten Commandments, which is honor your father and mother.  Under the Old Covenant I did not refer to the Ten Commandments as “commandments” but as the “testimony.” For example, read Exodus 25:16 in the original Hebrew.  There I tell Moses to place the testimony (“eduth” in Hebrew) which I will give him in the Ark. And I use the word “eduth” (testimony) which is not “mitzvoth” (“commandments”) in this verse Many of you call the Ark that went in the Holy of Holies, “the Ark of the Covenant” but in Hebrew is called the Ark of the Testimony.  The word “testimony” refers to just the Ten Commandments written by My Spirit on stone.  I breathe My Word by the Holy Spirit.  2 Timothy 3:16.  So it is the testimony of the Holy Spirit.

Well, do you recall to what the Holy Spirit testifies under the New Covenant?  It is not the Ten Commandments. Because when you have love, My love, poured into your hearts and walk accordingly there is no law agaist love, when you love you do not steal, murder, lie against one another, or try to take what the other has away from them for yourself.

In the New Covenant the Holy Spirit testifies that your sins and their lawless deeds I remember no more. Hebrews 10:17.  Why is that? Because I would be unjust if I did.  I put all your sins, past, present and future, on Jesus, once for all, and on Him, in His flesh, I judged, condemned and punished them fully and justly and I can never punish them again on those who are in Him by faith. Once you have believed in your heart that I put your sins on Jesus and raised Him from the dead free of them and confess Him as your Lord your sins are totally gone forever.  Double jeopardy applies.

Do you see then My testimony under the New Covenant?  The testimony is this: THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE.

Now I want to show you that the word for testimony here in the Greek and the word for it in Hebrew are the same so you can match up the Old and the New.  The word “testifies” in Greek (the language the New Testament is written in) is the verb “martureo” (the tense used in Hebrews 10:15 is the present active indicative for the third person singular “marturei”).  Now the noun from which the verb “to testify” is taken is “testimony”, which in Greek is “marturia” (that is, the verb is “martureo” (I testify) and the noun is “marturia”).  Now the verse in Exodus 25 in the Septuagint (the translation I inspired to be done in Greek of the Hebrew text a couple of hundred years before My Son took flesh so the new gentile believers would have My Word) you will find that “eduth” (testimony in Hebrew) is translated in Greek as “marturia” in this verse, that is, I tell Moses to place the “marturia” (Ten Commandments on the stone tablets that I write and give Moses) in the Ark. So the Ten Commandments to which Jesus is referring in Mark 7 could read in Hebrew as the eduth and in Greek as marturia from how I refer to them in the Old Covenant to Moses.

I am telling you that under the New Covenant it is setting aside the testimony of the Holy Spirit that “your sins and lawless deeds God remembers no more” for the sake of human tradition if you believe that even after you have received My Son as your Lord that if you should sin that you have lost your righteousness before Me and that you are in danger of losing your salvation to Heaven by sin if you do not do some works to get right again. The secret is that under grace you are master of sin and can walk according to righteousness for I have given it to you as a gift.  Do you not recall the story of the prodigal son?  He was a child not a servant signifying he was born again.  The father did not punish him or turn him into a servant when he returned home after sinning.  The father celebrated at his repentance and return.

When you believe in Christ, I seal you in Him forever, clothe you in Him, impute your sins to Him and His righteousness to you forever so you are holy and blameless before Me, and then I command Him to lose nothing of what I have given Him but to raise you up on the last day.  Ephesians 1:13, John 6:38-40.

You who believe you can lose your salvation once you have truly believed in and taken My Son as Lord are neglecting what Peter spoke by the Spirit:  “Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.”  Acts 10:43.  And as he spoke those words the Holy Spirit fell upon all those (Cornelius the Roman centurion and his pagan household) who were listening to the message.  My stamp of approval.  And what did they do to qualify for forgiveness? They believed in the Name of the One who justifies the ungodly.  Paul called that of first importance to know that Christ died for your sins.  1 Corinthians 15:3.  He bore them once for all.  The wages of sin is death, but the wages were paid by the death of the One for all. What a priceless gift.  The gift of righteousness by faith.  Holy and blameless by the blood of the spotless lamb.

And the Holy Spirit testifies that your sins and offenses I remember no more.  Do not go back into the slavery of fear and neglect this testimony to cling to the traditions of men.  You are forgiven in Christ.  Forever. He took the punishment for ALL your sins.  They are put away.  How can you neglect so great a salvation?  Hebrews 2:3.

So what is your testimony? That you are loved, forgiven, and blessed forever in Jesus, which is being in Me. We are One.

I love you.  Forever. Le’orech yamim. Go tell the good news and set the captives free.

And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the scroll and found the place where it was written, “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the favorable year of the LORD.”  And He closed the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.” Luke 4:16-21.
