The earth is full of Your lovingkindness, O LORD; teach me Your statutes. Psalm 119:64.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אֱלֹהִים) says:
Love is a Helper, not a Judge. Love is a Redeemer, not a condemner, Love is a teacher not an observer of your performance, I did not send Jesus to judge and condemn you but to love and save you.
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged.” John 3:16-18.
He came to be your helper. To help you to be the person you have always wanted to be. And to die for you so that you could live in newness of life. Dead to sin and alive to Me. And He did not leave you orphans. When He returned to Me, He sent you another Helper to be in you and with you always.
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-14.
He is your light, He is your way, He is your truth, and He is your life. In and through Him, I make you great. In and through Him I make you complete. In and through Him I make you holy, blameless, and pure, beyond reproach. In Him I give you the grace to master sin and walk just like Me. In Him I strengthen you with My strong right hand to be faultless. In Him I give you the grace to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received—of who I have made you to be in Christ Jesus your Lord, My Son, and the King of kings and Lord of lords. Your very own Jesus. I gave Him to you to make you just like Me. Live your life through, with and in Him and live in the freedom of the children of God. A life of significance.
By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9.
In Him, I make it as if sin had never been. When He steps into the downward stream of your life towards death, He rolls sin all the way back past Adam. A new order, a new creation in Christ.
Do not give up hope because you slipped with your tongue and did not speak the conversations of Heaven today. Run to Me and get cleansed in the blood of My Son from all unrighteousness and step back onto the path of life, the Highway of Holiness. You have a journey to make, a race to run, an assignment to complete, and are on your way home. And you are traveling with Me in your midst.
For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, but the wicked stumble in calamity. Proverbs 24:16.
When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, because the LORD is the One who holds his hand. Psalm 37:24.
Jesus asked the man by the pool of Bethsaida, who had been sick and unable to care for himself for thirty-eight years of unfruitfulness, a question the answer to which seemed obvious, but it was not. He asked him if he wanted to be healed. He was there at a place for healing, but over the years, even though he kept the appearance of his once fervent hope of being healed, he no longer expected it to happen. He had given up true hope for a feigned hope that had no expectation of good and sought to blame others for his inability to get to the place of healing when the waters were stirred by the angel. And that made him draw back and sink into the rut of his life of sickness and sin. But Jesus showed him the better way of faith leading to a true hope that could believe and take all I had for him, for faith is the substance of (title deed to) things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, “Do you wish to get well?” The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus said to him, “Get up, pick up your pallet and walk.” Immediately the man became well, and picked up his pallet and began to walk. John 5:6-9.
Jesus spoke with faith, empowering faith. It is the authority of the believer to do the works He did and greater for as He is so are you in this world. 1 John 4:17. People of faith working by love. Jesus had compassion on this man to set him free from the captivity of the devil. And once those words spoken in faith by Jesus planted in the man’s heart, and once the man took hold of and sank that anchor of hope that reaches behind the veil, he walked all around carrying the mat that had once been used to carry his useless limbs.
Where did he go in his restored health and strength? In gratitude he went to the temple. It matters where you go once you are set free. And Jesus came to him and gave him advice of how to stay strong and not sink back into slavery a second time. “Afterward Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, “Behold, you have become well; do not sin anymore, so that nothing worse happens to you.” John 5:14.
The wages of sin is death. But Jesus also showed him how to stop sinning. Gratitude. Behold you have become well! And I say that to you now for behold! you are loved, forgiven, healed, saved, and blessed. All is well for you in Christ Jesus. All is settled in Him. All things work together for your good when you love Me and are called according to My purpose.
My purpose? My plan? Shalom for all and not evil, to give you a future with Me, your forever Father, and a hope that never disappoints. Wait for My Word, the promise shall come to pass if you only believe. Do not fear. I am with you as your helper and I gave you Jesus and the Holy Spirit to help you by empowering you to do good with My own divine nature poured into your heart.
Jesus is standing at your door, the door to your heart, knocking to come in and dine with you and you with Him, to teach you all things and give you a heart of loving obedience to My Word. A pure heart filled with My goodness and love. Why would you refuse so great a Salvation?
Most people when they sin shut Me out without wanting to, but they close the door by cowering under self-condemnation, shame, guilt, and blame. They sever fellowship with Me as they cry and beg and plead. But that is not what I sent Jesus for. He came to reconcile you with Me so we could live as one in heart and mind. Can you trust Me to make you holy? To make you a saint? I can and I will if you will come to Me and humble yourself under My mighty hand by confessing your sin (which is against what you really desire but is a weakness of your flesh and your uncontrolled mouth), repent in hope of walking in a better way, casting all your care on Me and following whatever I show you to do to obtain your goal.
Believe that I am there to help you to be the loving person of pure lips that you desire to be but cannot seem to obtain on your own efforts. Do not run away from Me but know that I am here for you, and I desire for you to gain all and be all you want to be even more than you do.
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6.
How do you become holy, pure, and free? By being aware of the indwelling Holy Spirit and getting full of Him. He is your holiness.
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
And He will teach you all things and guide you to all truth. He will give you gifts, grace endowments, that are for the profit of all.
But a good way, that will take you along way into peace of mind, is to avoid situations and conversations that you know lead you into sin. Jesus told you, “Pray that you not enter into temptation, for the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.”
And when He taught His disciples the pattern of prayer, how did he end it? “And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.”
Let Me help you to guard your heart from evil. Pray that you not enter into temptation every morning and every night to keep your hearts and minds pure in Christ Jesus. It has great reward. Inner and outer peace and joy come from being the one I made you to be. Holy.
I love you. Never give up your hope because Love is your Helper. There is nothing I cannot fix and I am Love, so there is nothing Love cannot fix in your life and in the world. Let the Love shine in.
