And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin no more.” John 8:11.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:
In the last Life Lesson, Jesus told you to pray that I keep you from evil by drawing you to Myself. But you have a part to do as well. Do not sin.
Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity (topos (τόπος): a place, region, seat; an opportunity). Ephesians 4:25-27.
Do not give the devil any entrance into your life. Give him no place in you. If you sin, you open the door to him. And that is what I want you to avoid, for his intentions towards you are not for good but for evil, to destroy you, but not by his own actions but by yours. When he tempts you to overeat, commit adultery, watch pornography, take drugs, tell lies, steal, cheat, murder, condemn yourself, be depressed, be afraid and anxious, drink alcohol, hate others, and generally torment yourself, if you do these things, he watches and drives you on in them until you destroy yourself by your own actions. He is adverse to you. He pulls you into wrongdoing by his lies and then turns and condemns you for doing what he enticed you to do.
The good news is that Jesus has changed all this for you and restores what He did not steal. Jesus came to give you back abundant life by undoing the works of the devil and it cost Him everything that was in Him according to the flesh. The death of Jesus would not have been necessary if Adam had just said “No” to sin and “Yes” to Me.
“If you do well, will not your countenance be lifted up? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door; and its desire is for you, but you must master it.” Genesis 4:7.
How do you master sin? By answering it with the truth of My Word rather than allowing it in. Do not carry temptation into your heart, instead trample it underfoot. Walk right over it.
You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down. Psalm 91:13.
If you want to walk in perfect protection so that no plague or harm comes near you, you have to trample the devil and the unclean demons underfoot. And this you can do, for I have seated you with Christ with all things in subjection under His feet, and thus under yours as well.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Ephesians 1:18-23.
Never forget that in Jesus, you are above and not beneath, the head and not the tail, and that Satan is beneath your feet. He is an angelic spirit, created to serve you who are heirs of Salvation (Yeshuah). If you put your foot down in the Name of Jesus, he must obey, he has no choice though he will his best to make you believe he has authority over you, but he is a liar and the father of lies, so you should never listen to what he puts in your mind. And how do you know it is him? It will give you fear, make you feel hopeless and lost, will take you into darkness, will cause pain or illness, and will torment you and keep you from rest. Never give in to him, for you are the one he was made to serve. Do not let the servant run the one meant to be his master.
Do you see now why I told Cain that sin was crouching at his door like a stray dog looking for a crack in the door to come in but that he could be its master? Satan is your servant. Remind him of that and cast him out, but first make him give back everything he stole.
But when the thief is found, he must repay sevenfold; he must give all the substance of his house. Proverbs 6:31.
The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give you abundant life until it overflows. John 10:10.
So what do you do when Satan attacks with sickness, accusations, shame, guilt, condemnation, depression, addictions, offense, anger, fear, hatred, lust, and I could name many more. You A.C.T. You Answer his lies with the truth of My Word. Such as by the stripes of Jesus you are healed and I am the LORD your healer and that no plague can come near your tent for Jesus bore all your sins, sickness, and pains. Then you Cast him out in Jesus’ Name, and then you cast all your cares on Me in prayer for your restoration and for good things to replace the evil, and then you Thank Me with joyful praises and songs before you see the result manifest knowing that it is already yours in the spirit, you just have to work it out from the spirit realm to the physical realm by speaking the end from the beginning so My Spirit in you and upon you can bring it to pass. Just as He did as He hovered over the waters in the beginning. I spoke what was in My heart by My Word and My Spirit brought it into manifestation.
If the devil is stealing your joy today by accusing you of your past sins, answer that I have forgiven all your sins and remember them no more. Then say loudly, “I have joy. I am beloved, forgiven, blessed and favored. There will be no evil in me because of the sin for it is gone. I am healed and made whole. I am washed clean in the blood of Jesus.” And each time you feel the joy leaving, say even louder, “I have joy!” Because you do. In Jesus, I have anointed you with the oil of joy above your companions.
In Jesus, all My promises, such as forgiveness, eternal life, healing, provision, peace, protection, deliverance, refuge, sanctification, and redemption, are “yes” to you, will you not now say “yes” to Me and “no” to sin? Jesus told the woman who had committed adultery that she could go free for He did not condemn her, He did not come to condemn the world but to give His life to save you, but He did tell her to avoid sin from then on.
If you have sinned, do not let the sun go down until you have come to Me and repented. Confess your sins to Me and I am faithful and just to forgive you by the blood of Jesus and cleanse you of all unrighteousness. And if you will walk in the light with Me constantly, the blood of Jesus will continually cleanse you, for His blood is an eternal redemption that saves you to the uttermost forever.
Please understand this, because not understanding this is why many people disobey My commands and My Words to them: When I tell you to do something or not do something there is a reason I do so. It is to benefit you and protect you from something evil. If you ignore what I tell you, you will bear the consequences—sometimes for the rest of your life.
I have a commandment to not commit adultery. Many have broken this commandment, but no family and no person has ever benefitted from doing this sin. It has destroyed marriages, the lives of the children, led to murder, jealousy, and strife, and usually destroys the lives of the two that committed this horrible sin of disloyalty.
The one who commits adultery is lacking sense (heart); he who would destroy himself (his soul) does it. Proverbs 6:32.
But it is not just breaking the ten commandments that brings tragedy but also just disobeying My word to you. The rich young ruler that Jesus told to sell his unjust wealth and give to the poor, remember My Son told the Pharisees if they would give what they had as alms all would be wiped clean for them, went away sad because he did not do as Jesus asked and missed his opportunity to be among the disciples of Jesus. It was a mistake he later regretted deeply, but it was too late. He could never enjoy his wealth again for each time he looked at it he remembered his lost opportunity to have been with Jesus while He was on earth.
There are some things that if you do not do them when I ask you, you later cannot recapture. But you can know that My gifts and call are irrevocable, so I will find other avenues for you to follow but they will not be exactly as the one you missed. But when I restore you it is better than before. I can turn things around for you if you will come to Me in true repentance.
In Jesus, there is always a new beginning and another chance to live the life of good deeds I prepared for you in advance. It just is a matter of recalculating how to reach the goal of your high calling in Christ. So do not despair if you missed an opportunity, I can open another way. But do not ignore it a second time.
I love you. Never forget that. Love always finds a way to benefit the beloved. Never give up. I am there to hold you up. Alone the burden is too heavy, but with Jesus beside you it becomes easy and light.
You who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you. Isaiah 46:3-4.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
