And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
It has pleased Me to give those who are IN CHRIST the Kingdom.
Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32.
If you are in Christ, you are a member of His “little flock.” Why do I call it a “little flock?” It is My heart’s desire that all people be saved and come to know the truth, My call is for all and My eye is on you, but there are more that don’t answer the call and thus cannot be chosen than those who do hear My voice and follow, thus compared to those I call and those who are chosen there is a vast discrepancy. The ones who choose to answer and come to Jesus, not only to be saved but also to renew their minds to know the truth and how to handle it to transform their lives, are few.
I chose you first and then it is up to you to choose Me in return. Who do I choose to draw to Jesus to be saved?
For thus the LORD has told me, “I will look from My dwelling place quietly like dazzling heat in the sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.” Isaiah 18:4.
I desire for all to turn to Me and come, so I look on and My eyes go across the earth and back looking constantly for the moment a heart turns to seek Me, to seek something higher, to answer the pull to eternity that I have put within each person’s heart and the moment I see that glimmer of light I go quickly, like when the father ran to the prodigal son whose heart had turned back to him to return home, I go to fill them with My light.
For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is completely His (complete, perfect, friendly to Him). 2 Chronicles 16:9.
And when you choose Me, I draw you into My Son where you are cleansed of all sin and made complete. Jesus, who knew no sin, became sin for you so that in Him you become righteous as He is. This is the divine exchange of which you become part when you receive Jesus as your Lord.
But I not only cleanse you and reconcile you with Myself in Jesus, I also give you everything I have given to Him, and that is everything. I give you the Kingdom and all the benefits, resources, goodness, and glory that it contains. And I give you access to the Kingdom even now within you.
It has pleased Me to give you who are IN CHRIST the kingdom so you can reign in life through Christ even now.
For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.
And this is not earned, it is a gift of grace from My heart to you, for whom I prepared the Kingdom since the creation of the world.
“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’” Matthew 25:34.
Let Me talk to you about the “little flock.” I tell you that you must become as little children to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. By that I mean that you must be as innocent as a little child and as open to My voice and to learning My ways as a child is open to hearing new things and believing and following. A child knows that he or she is not the source of the things they need to survive and thrive, the child knows it is the parent who supplies for them and they are not fearful or bashful, even as an infant, in demanding attention. They ask to receive whenever they have a need or a desire. And a good parent responds accordingly.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:7-11.
Children look forward to a bright future when they “grow up,” and are busy choosing what they shall be. They have hope. They have dreams. They imagine beautiful things in their future.
And children, as long as they are with their parents at their side, are fearless and will follow where the parent takes them with trust.
Children know how to play, sing, and have fun. They will find things to play with and even invent their own games. Children are interested in things and will gaze in awe at things older people take for granted.
Children are humble. They are willing to learn. They do not think they know everything already. Their humility is a genuine one that makes them bold to ask for things to be provided and to ask for help to do things too difficult for them, even to tying their own shoes or knowing what time clock says. When they need help they are not embarrassed, that is their way of life.
But even though that attitude of heart is what I seek, I seek it in a responsible, mature person, whom I can trust to be faithful even in little things each day in what they think, say, and do. And this maturity is not dependent on age. A child, such as Samuel, can have this at an early age.
Jesus had many followers while He was physically with you, but His confidents were just twelve disciples who became also His apostles. They were the core group that heard what was in His heart and were given teachings that were deeper than what the general crowd was ready to receive. They were all men who were willing to put their agenda aside and follow His agenda.
The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant. Psalm 25:14.
All of them walked away from the life they had been living before meeting Him to a life entirely different but that turned out to be glorious– much more exciting and rewarding. None of them ever regretted following Him, in fact, they rejoiced and are still rejoicing that they did. What they left behind seemed to them as nothing but rubbish compared to the value their life took on with Jesus. When I call you to Jesus, never hesitate to answer, it means your life will become one of glory.
And that is what the Kingdom is all about—Glory. Glory is My presence with you resulting in goodness such as healing, provision, deliverance, protection, and shalom peace. Glory is the exercise of power in love. It produces goodness. It brings the imperfect to the perfect and causes all evil to cease. Evil cannot exist in the presence of glory.
When questioned by Pilate, Jesus told him that His Kingdom was not here. Why? Sin and evil were present in those betraying Him and in Pilate himself. My Kingdom of Glory is not reigning in hearts where sin and evil are present. My Kingdom is not within those who belong to the devil and are doing his will. My Kingdom is at hand and is accessible but Jesus told you how to access it: “Repent and believe in the Gospel (the good news of your salvation in Jesus Christ).” You must have a change of mind, you must have a new heart, you must be born again from above and recreated in Christ, to have access to the Kingdom of Glory and to partake even now in its benefits and resources.
The “little flock” to whom I am so very pleased to give the Kingdom, is My core group. They are My “go-to” people when I want something said or done in the earth, like Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Deborah, Samuel, David, Elijah, Elisha, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Daniel, Mary, and so many others, but always one will stand out above the others. It is all a matter of the turning of the heart to Me, not just in fear of punishment but in genuine love, awe, honor, and fellowship. Above all they are interested in Me and find My Word delightful and their source of wisdom and encouragement. When they are with Me the earth delights them not nearly as much as being in My presence and receiving revelation of the treasures in My Word.
Your words were found and I ate them, and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; for I have been called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts. I did not sit in the circle of merrymakers, nor did I exult. Because of Your hand upon me I sat alone. Jeremiah 15:16-17.
And what do you have in the Kingdom? I tell you that My Kingdom is one of righteousness, peace (shalom), and joy in the Holy Spirit. Let us consider each one:
- Righteousness. Righteousness is being sinless, pure, honorable, just, kind, and totally in uprightness and good standing before Me. It means you have nothing in you that could not be brought out into the light.
This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” John 3:19-21.
I give you righteousness as a gift in Jesus. He takes your sins and you take His righteousness. It is foreshadowed in the golden boards standing on pedestals of silver around the ark of the covenant in the Holy of holies. They were made up of acacia wood, the wood with rainbow colors in it grain, covered in solid gold and standing on silver pedestals.
Acacia wood is a durable and versatile hardwood known for its striking natural beauty and unique grain patterns, including wavy, curved, or rainbow-like patterns. Acacia was one of the few types of trees growing in the wilderness regions traveled by the Israelites Acacia wood is dense, strong, and resistant to decay and insect damage, enriching the soil and promoting native forest regeneration. This made it suitable for creating structures that needed to endure for generations. Its rich color, unique grain patterns, and inherent luster give acacia wood a visual appeal that sets it apart from other types of wood.
Wood represents man (the righteous man is likened to a tree with its roots in an underground stream in Psalm 1), gold represents the righteousness of God, and silver represents redemption. So the redeemed (silver) man (wood) is clothed in Christ which is the gold of the righteousness of God and thus we stand in Christ upright and sinless before God.
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8.
The goal of the Law was to help man to attain righteousness, but without being a new creation, it is impossible for you to attain it yourself perfectly. But what the flesh, weak as it was, could not do, I have done for you in Christ Jesus your Lord.
- Shalom. Shalom is the whole pie of the abundant life that I have planned for you from eternity to eternity. It is peace, prosperity, health, fruitfulness, and wholeness in every area of your spirit, soul, and body. Jesus came to give you SHALOM. At the night of the Last Supper Jesus gave you the gift of His Shalom peace. Shalom includes all the benefits of the Kingdom promised to you in Psalm 103.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; who pardons all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from the pit, who surrounds and crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; who fills your days with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. Psalm 103:1-5.
- Joy. My joy is your strength and as priests under your high priest Jesus you are anointed with the same anointing with which I anointed Him which is the oil of JOY! Just attach to the vine and My joy will pour into your soul. Whatever is Mine ies yours.
Included in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit is everything you need or desire for life and godliness, spiritual, physical and emotional so that all your needs and desires are full met and satisfied. And it has pleased Me to give you the Kingdom.
I love you. In Christ, you are with Me always and all I have is yours.
