So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:17-19.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
In My presence you will find all that you seek, but there is more treasure, much more, beyond earthly measure, you will find in Me.
All the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:2-3.
Do you want to go to heights you never thought possible in your life as you know it now?
The Lord LORD is my strength, and He has made my feet like hinds’ feet, and makes me walk on my high places. Habakkuk 3:19; Psalm 18:33.
If you want to be filled to all My very fullness and know the power of the Spirit in you that passes all you can ask or imagine, then listen to the three things you must do as the basic core to take you there. And they can be found in Psalm 34. For it all has to do with good days.
Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Who is the man who desires life and loves length of days that he may see good? Psalm 34:11-12.
And now I will give you the answer:
- Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.
2. Depart from evil and do good.
3. Seek peace and pursue it.
Psalm 34:13-14; 1 Peter 3:8-12.
Let us look into these more carefully.
First, I tell you to keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. Living a life of good days, that is, ordering your day aright, starts with what you are saying, the fruit of your lips you will eat and so will others. Death and life are in the power (hand) of your tongue.
The mouth speaks from the abundance of your heart, people know you by the fruit of your lips. Your thoughts direct your words and your words direct your actions.
You are to keep your tongue from evil. What is evil? Evil words are words which steal, kill and destroy another’s life, destiny, dream, family, good health, faith, and purity. They cause fear, anguish, lust, greed, envy, shame, bitterness, offense, and anxiety. They tear down rather than build up and they lead others into wrong and immoral behavior.
Deceitful words are lies that are dressed up to appear true. They are most often used to beguile or mislead another into evil or to steal from them what they have.
If you want a life above and not beneath and filled with blessing and increase in goodness, filled with glory and new life, you must control your mouth and keep it free from evil. Instead you should be prophesying—that is edifying, exhorting, and encouraging yourself and others to live a fruitful and gracious life.
Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:29-32.
And I do not stop there. It goes on:
But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Ephesians 5:4-5.
Words lead to actions and that is the second step to good days, “turn from evil and do good.” You overcome evil with good. Evil is whatever steals, kills and destroys your life and the lives of others. Good is wholeness and abundant blessing in every arena and area of your life. Woe to those calling evil good and good evil. This is not a gray area. It is clearly in the light.
The curse is evil and you should recognize it. It is sickness, poverty (lack of provision and prosperity), and eternal death. Sickness can be of spirit, soul, and body, and the same for poverty and eternal death. Woe to those calling evil good. Sickness and poverty are not from Me and were never part of My plan. The garden of Eden is My model for life and it was a place of no sickness, no lack, and no death. The same is true of My heavenly Kingdom and it is My desire that My Kingdom would come and occupy every area of Heaven and earth. My Son taught you to include this is your prayers.
And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.” Revelation 21:2-4.
Hatred is evil. You overcome hatred with love. Love never fails. The more of My goodness and love you receive into your heart the more the evil and hate will be flooded out until not a vestige remains. Do you see? You overcome evil by pouring in good until it floods out the evil. Let the knowledge of My glory, which is the exercise of My power in love bringing about goodness and driving out all evil, covering the earth as the waters cover the sea. Let Me flood the earth with My love through you, let the rivers of living water from My throne create a well spring in you that will overflow out upon the parched and burdened earth, dragged down under the corruption of the curse which Adam unleashed into the world by sin.
In Jesus, who is the expression of My goodness for My glory is shinning upon you in the face of Christ, I have reversed the curse to a blessing for He took the curse upon Himself in the flesh and released the blessing upon you who have received Him.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”— in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13-14.
I want you free from all evil. I will teach you to discern it but I do not want you to KNOW it. In other words I want no evil to dwell in you for it will take you captive and reduce you to its slave. It will change your nature from My image to a distortion of the proportion to which you allow it to be your master. You must resist the devil and all evil to stay in the light of life and stay out of the slavery of sin and death. And how do you do that? You submit to My Word as truth and you answer every one of the devil’s lies and anything that is of the curse (sickness and pain whether physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or a combination of all those, poverty and lack, and eternal death) with My Words of truth that contradict them and prove them false. Thus no weapon formed against you will prosper and every word raised against you, you will prove false, for your righteousness and vindication are from Me.
When Satan attacks you don’t sit back and let him run your life with the things of the curse which you have no business permitting or entertaining for I have gone to great lengths in Christ to redeem you from the curse of the law of sin and death. You must rebuke his activity, for he is a liar and the father of lies, even infiltrating the church to say sickness and poverty please Me! I hate them with a deadly hatred. They are enemies to My plans for you of SHALOM (health, prosperity, abundance in every area of your life) and I am putting them all under the feet of My Son, and thus under your feet as well for you are the body of Christ on earth. You should be enforcing the blessing and driving out the curse everywhere your feet tread.
Read Deuteronomy 28 and I will set out for you very clearly what is the blessing and what is the curse. My Will from the start is pure blessing. Never forget that and be deceived into calling evil good and good evil, no matter how holy it sounds. It is obedience I desire and not sacrifices of your own invention. Some people are even deceived enough to offer Me their illness which they are bearing as their “cross” as if I gave it to them to carry. How dare you attribute the things of the curse and of evil to Me when I have told you and have shown you that you were healed by the stripes of Jesus and that He bore your sickness, grief, pains, sins, guilt, shame and blame. I made Him who knew no sin to be sin on your behalf so that in Him you might become righteous with My own righteousness. And My blessings are upon the head and the dwelling of the righteous. When you apply the blood of the Lamb the destroyer cannot enter your dwelling place. Resist him with the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. You must answer and never receive from the devil. That is submitting to Me (My Word) and resisting him by standing on My Word, casting him out in Jesus’ Name, and the casting your care and restoration on Me, and then with confidence giving voice to thanksgiving and praise for My answer of goodness. And he must flee from you, taking the curse with him.
And finally, you must seek peace (shalom wholeness in every area of your life) and pursue it. Practice peace no matter how challenging or overwhelming the trial may seem. With peace you can take it down. You overcome by staying calm and taking authority over the evil speaking out the truth of My Word. Rebuke the evil, like Jesus did fevers, storms, death, and unproductive fruit trees, and rejoice in Me as your healer and provider, sanctifier, savior, and redeemer, and know beyond a doubt that I have already provided you with the answer and the way out.
Great peace (double shalom) have those who keep their minds stayed, anchored, and established in Me and the truth of My Word. All My magnificent promises, as expressed in My Covenant promise names, are “yes” to you in Jesus. Do not forget one of My benefits but take them all with confidence. Psalm 103:1-5.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
Rejoice in Me and your problems will be easily trodden down under your feet. In Christ Jesus I have given you the victory and always cause you to triumph. I have conquered evil with good. And as My Son told you, all goodness resides in and comes from Me. When you have Me, you have good, and that makes you an overcomer and more than a conqueror. Win the world by love. Love never fails.
I love you. Do these three things with Me by My strength and power residing in you by My indwelling Holy Spirit and you will walk on the heights. For My Spirit will always lead you above and not beneath.

But I will make you more than walk, I will make you soar above.
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary. Isaiah 40:28-31.
