For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came to be through Jesus Christ. John 1:17.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
I want to make your life beautiful, the most beautiful life ever lived. And the way I make every life beautiful who will receive it is by My grace. If you will receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness you will reign in life through Christ Jesus your Lord. Romans 5:17.
Grace is a very special gift. You cannot make it yourself, you can only receive it, and you receive it only one way, by faith.
Grace came through Jesus. He is My gift to you, manifesting My great and unfathomable love for you (it is higher than the sky and deeper than the sea), and through Him comes grace to you. And from His fullness you have all received grace upon grace.
Grace is divinely imparted ability to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received, for in Jesus I have called you to My glory and Kingdom. Grace empowers you to live godly and do good. Grace makes you extraordinary, excellent, and powerful in goodness, bearing fruit that endures.
How does grace do this in you? It makes you a partaker of My divine nature. Grace is My life poured into you. It is My divine ability imparted to you, enabling you to be god-like from the core of your being. It removes evil from your heart.
And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. Ephesians 2:1-10.
It eradicates the reason for the flood at the time of Noah from within you, taking you from corruption as children of evil deserving of wrath to being incorruptible children of light, My children, again in My image and according to My likeness deserving of favor. My grace does not just make you better on top of your sin nature but removes the sin nature and makes you perfect in Christ.
By His will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all . . . For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. Hebrews 10:10;14.
Untouchable by the evil one.
For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace. Romans 6:14.
The law that I gave you through Moses was to curtail sin from the outside. Law is restraint, a deterrent, against a desire to do evil. But grace is different. It is received as a gift in your innermost being and works out by removing the desire to do evil, the evil nature of the spirit of disobedience, and replacing it with My nature which is pure goodness and love and has no desire to do evil, in fact, it is so foreign to it that it just cannot penetrate or enter in.
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-14.
A person who has opened completely to My grace cannot be tempted by evil because there is no room for it to enter. It is abhorrent to the divine nature that you share with Me by grace. A child is in the image of the parent.
We know that no one who is born of God sins; but He who was born of God, God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him. We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. 1 John 5:18-20.
Against one who only produces good there is no necessity for laws to curtail that. Laws are in place to keep people from being harmed in their person or property by others. Grace changes your nature, you are no longer a sinner but a saint, holy, blameless and beyond reproach before Me because Jesus became sin for you and gave you His righteousness.
And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:21-22.
There is cause for rejoicing here. I have Myself qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light. For by the life, death, and resurrection of My Son Jesus, I have rescued us from the realm of darkness, and transferred you to the kingdom of My beloved Son, in whom you have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He paid the judgment against you of an eternal life in the flesh for the eternal life you murdered in the flesh by taking all your sins into His flesh and suffering the penalty and taking your sentence in your place and stead.
The devil comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, and that is precisely what he did to Judas and to Adam, and to everyone who takes his deceit into their hearts. Think about it. He deceived them both with visions of power by taking in a knowledge of evil into their hearts, though they had the good of My Word with them, and then the devil drove them into remorse and fear, causing them to murder their lives with their own hands by partaking in what would destroy them by their own consent.
Be careful now that you are saved that you do not get deceived a second time and be taken captive to do his will. He tries to clothe his wiles by mimicking My Word. He will use the words “love,” “choice,” “truth,” and “liberty,” in ways that totally pervert their true meaning, for, though disguised to mislead, those words really mean “lust,” “captivity,” “lies,” and “slavery.” But with My Words and grace you can easily escape his snares and take him captive. You can check his moves every time and have checkmate in every round, just as Jesus always did, for grace gives you the answers, the wisdom, and the discernment of spirits, that is, the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, and the discernment of spirits, which are all grace endowments of the Holy Spirit in and upon you. Just as Jesus is My gift to you that saves you, the Holy Spirit is then the gift I give you who are in Christ and saved by grace to live godly lives.
For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. Titus 3:3-8.
Jesus was My plan of salvation (Yeshuah is the Hebrew word for “salvation,” so Jesus is His Name for you), He came to save YOU from your sins. He came to set you free of evil within and without, that is, to destroy the work of the devil and untie you from your yoke of the slavery of sin and death. He loosed you of the burden of sin, which was to heavy for you and robbed you of joy and an abundant life, and set you free to the glorious freedom of My children. He gave you back your dominion over the earth which Satan had taken from Adam by misrepresentation and deceit. He gives you back the abundance of Eden as if sin for you who are in Him had never been.
Grace makes sin as if it had never been for those who receive it. It puts you back in My image and according to My likeness to rule and reign in life as was My plan from the beginning. Yes, grace came to be in Jesus. My very own life in you, flowing into you by the gift of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is grace, He is your peace, and I have made Him to be wisdom unto you, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. All in one wonderful Name by which you are saved. For whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Where My Spirit is there is liberty. True freedom is given by grace, for as long as sin is your master you are a slave of sin, but My grace is sufficient to set you free from every form of evil.
Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit; do not despise prophetic utterances. But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from every form of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-22.
And you do not have to do this on your own power and merits, no, you can do nothing without My grace for without it there is still evil in your heart from your birth from Adam’s corrupted seed, but My grace will pull that seed out and plant the imperishable seed of My Word in its place and that is all you need to begin a new life by My grace. I will complete the good work I have begun in you if you will walk it out with Me.
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.
For I have a good plan for each life that comes from Me, a life triumphant and fruitful forever abiding in Me. And where you abide is the flow that will produce the fruit of your life. Be careful where you abide, and it is your thoughts and words that determine that. You can tell a tree by its fruit.
I love you. Plant your life in Me by putting your roots deep down into Jesus and drawing up My life through Him by the gift of the Holy Spirit, grace upon grace upon grace, as I lavish My grace on you forever.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. Ephesians 1:7-8.
