How will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? Hebrews 2:3.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Many people are living trapped by sin and do not know how to become free of their lusts, addictions, guilt, shame, depression, regrets, fear, and multiple other tormenting issues so that they have no true peace and no true joy. Both of which I sent My Son to give you. He came to lead you out of darkness to My marvelous light.
This all started with the first man and woman. When they sinned against My Word it caused fear and shame to come into them and the flow and glow of the glory of life turned to darkness as they hid from the light. Why? First, because they had gone against their consciences which agreed with My Words of life and convicted them in the inner witness. But instead of coming to Me to repent and be cleansed of that, they pulled further away from Me because of the accusations the very one who tempted them into sin was condemning them with for responding to his invitation to lawlessness.
Once sin begins it keeps begetting sin for the one who succumbed to the sin is now convinced he has lost all and might as well keep going down that dark path. Adam never came back to the light and he plunged the whole world into darkness, and if the light in you is darkness, how deep will the darkness be! He developed a sin nature and seared his conscience so that evil became the substance of his thoughts with no barrier up to keep the blessing in his life with which he had been blessed.
So through one man’s decision to act in lawlessness and be his own source death entered the world and flowed down to all his descendants. For once the seed planted in his heart changed from the truth to a lie, death came for lies cannot live forever, they perish as revealed, only truth is eternal for it never changes. The imperishable seed of My Word which I had planted in him when I formed his body from the dust of the earth and breathed My breath into him to give him eternal life had been reject by him and he now had planted a life that remade him and the corrupted seed passed to all his descendants. Death through him came to all people.
Why? He had separated from his source. Think about it. I spoke to the sea and brought forth the fish and sea creatures, I spoke to the dry land and brought forth the plants and trees and the many animals and insects. But when I made you, I spoke to Myself. I conceived you first in My heart and formed and birthed you by My Word spoken in faith.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be very fruitful and increase, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:26-28.
I made you out of Me, in My image and according to My likeness. I am love and you were created by love, with love, and for love. And love is eternal. Love never fails. Love is stronger than death. I am your source. Apart from Me, like a fish out of water or a plant uprooted, you can do nothing. But in Me, attached and secure, you can be very fruitful, with fruit that endures unto life eternal.
Adam and Eve knew Me and I had given them everything for life and godliness. There was no sickness, no pain, and no death. They had eternal life in their flesh. But their act of flagrant disagreement with My Word pulled them out of their source like a fish out of water. But the return would have been simple then, just come back to and join again in agreement with your source in love.
So to bring them to accountability, as they hid from Me, I asked them where they were and why they were hiding. I knew of course, but if they had just taken responsibility and repented, i.e., changed their minds from deception to the truth—from death to life, things could have been different. But they would not, Adam blamed Me and the woman, the woman blamed Satan, and he kept silent in his victory for the moment.
Mankind had gone from walking with Me in the spirit to walking apart from Me in the flesh. Satan, who had fallen with them from his place of the guardian cherub of Adam and Eve in Eden, thought he had succeeded in separating My family from Me forever. He had deceived them to align with the evil they had embraced. But for Me that was not the end of My relationship with you who are in My image and likeness, who I made to be one with Me, it was only the beginning of your journey back to your source.
And how did I do it? By forming a Covenant with man to raise you back up to Me by My Word and My Spirit. And My Word went to work and He began to manifest and My prophets picked up the Word and through a sequence of Covenants getting ever closer to the goal that I prophesied in the Garden of Eden, there came a day when the Word leapt down from Heaven to take flesh as One with you and undo the works of the devil and bring you home to rest again in Me, your source, your beloved, your Father, your Creator, and your friend. I have espoused you to Me forever in the everlasting Covenant He made with you and in Him you entered with Me.
Behold, the LORD’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; nor is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. Isaiah 59:1-2.
And that was where Adam put you, in the outer darkness, far from the center of the continuum of life.
Therefore justice is far from us, and righteousness does not overtake us; we hope for light, but behold, darkness, for brightness, but we walk in gloom. Isaiah 59:9.
And at first it got worse, no one was listening to My voice.
For our transgressions are multiplied before You, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and we know our iniquities: Transgressing and denying the LORD, and turning away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving in and uttering from the heart lying words. Isaiah 59:12-13.
So what was to be done to bridge that gap? There was no man born of Adam’s seed that had an eternal life to offer to pay the judgment on all of you for the eternal life you had lost. It had to be one like Adam when he was first came to be by the imperishable seed of My Word. I had to come down. I was in Christ, not counting your sins against you, but accounting them to Him, the perfect Lamb fulfilling the burnt offering, sin offering, guilt offering, peace offering, and the grain offering—the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world and puts you back in right standing with Me, so that you received My righteousness through His sacrifice. The divine exchange so that blessed assurance is yours. He came to bridge the gap and repair the breech. He came to cleanse and release you from all sin and give you a new heart wherein He could pour the gift of the Holy Spirit. The very essence and fullness of God in you, your hope of glory. He came to make you holy again as I am. I made Him to be wisdom for you and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30. Now you can fellowship all the time with Me in the abundance of life, which is eternal.
Now the LORD saw, and it was displeasing in His sight that there was no justice. And He saw that there was no man, and was astonished that there was no one to intercede; then His own arm brought salvation to Him, and His righteousness upheld Him. He put on righteousness like a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on His head. Isaiah 59:16-17.
And I had the answer. Covenant. To raise you up to be like Me again.
“As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the LORD: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your seed, nor from the mouth of your seed’s seed,” says the LORD, “from now and forever.”
Agreement with the truth. Agreement with pure love. Agreement with your source is the most beautiful place to be. It is a garden of delight within that no outer shaking can diminish or take from you.
The LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you will go, and dust you will eat
All the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall CRUSH you on the head, and you shall bruise him on the heel.” Genesis 3:14-15.
And so it came to pass in the fullness of time, when all had been spoken into the earth by My prophets, but the first one to speak what began the journey home to your source was Me.
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God. Galatians 4:4-7.
I love you and in the coming Life Lessons I will bring you back to Me, your source, and you will be refreshed and blessed, made entirely new. The encumbrances that have been weighing you down are about to fall off and you will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint. You will begin to enjoy the glorious freedom of My children as I carry you on eagle’s wings to My holy Mountain. Are you ready?
