God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
If you are not living in the highest flow, if do not know the unfathomable riches of Christ, if you do not know the height, length, breadth and depth of My love for you as experienced in Christ Jesus, if you are not filled to overflowing with My divine nature and My very fullness you have never worshipped and you do not worship enough. If you fill weary, tired, dried up and burnt out it is because you do not worship. It is in worship that I can anoint your head with oil, the oil of joy, and fill up your cup till it overflows. In worship there is refreshing for you and for Me. Do not be like the barren bush in the desert that never sees good when it comes. In worship you experience and overflow with My goodness.
How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, before the sons of men! Psalm 31:19.
Worship takes you out of the miry pit, out of the slavery of sin and death, on eagle’s wings to My holy mountain.
Even those I will bring to My holy mountain and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Isaiah 56:7.
And puts your feet on a height with a new song in your mouth.
I waited, waited for the LORD; and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, and He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear and will trust in the LORD. Psalm 40:1-3.
Worship is waiting on Me, ministering to Me as I minister to you because what you give to Me you receive back in overflowing measure. Worship is a divine flow of Spirit unto spirit uniting us in a oneness that is hard for the worldly minded, and I mean ungodly, to comprehend because it is above human understanding, ways, and thoughts because it is at My level. But I have raised you up there with Christ and seated you there in Him with Me. I am always calling you higher because that is the place where the unction of the anointing that is yours with the Holy Spirit in you, for He is the priest Melchizedek with whom I anointed Jesus as High Priest forever and He has established you in that same anointing as a kingdom, priests unto Me, My royal priesthood. And that anointing in you will rise up if you draw it up in worship and let it flow and it will bring you through any trial or tactic of the devil because the anointing lifts the burden and destroys the yoke.
My people are oppressed and depressed for only one reason, they do not worship Me enough. What is enough? When the anointing within that I have poured there through Christ rises up and overflows your cup and overcomes the heaviness and the listless spirit. It becomes a beautiful mantle of praise.
To comfort all who mourn, to grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified. Isaiah 61:2-3.
Worship makes you a convocation of the heavenly Zion and you come under that canopy of glory that takes away the web of darkness that Satan has woven over the minds of those who do not believe.
The LORD of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; a banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, and refined, aged wine. And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil which is woven over all nations. He will swallow up death for all time, and the Lord LORD will wipe tears away from all faces,
And He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; for the LORD has spoken. And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” For the hand of the LORD will rest on this mountain. Isaiah 25:6-8.
In Hebrew the word often used for worship is שָׁחָה (“shachah”) which means bow down, to prostrate oneself, to worship. It depicts the voluntary lowering of one’s body—usually to the ground—in acknowledgment of another’s superior honor, authority, or deity. The verb first appears when Abraham “bowed low to the ground” before Me, My Son and the Holy Spirit when we came to visit him (Genesis 18:2). That is the first time since I made man that someone worshipped Me. And what was the outcome? Sarah conceived for the first time in her life and she was 95 years old and Abraham was close to 100 years old. The promised child was waiting on them—once they had fully persuaded faith and worshipped, the answer chased them down.
Worship is your key to the supernatural, it opens the door to you and that door is Jesus. Worship is the safest place to be, it takes place in My secret place that is most high, lifted high in the strong tower of My Name. It is you with Me as I hide you in the secret cleft of the rock that is Christ. It is our place in the heart where revelation light shines bright within and I light the lamp of your spirit with the illumination of My Word. Worship takes place in the high place where you are seated with Christ at My right hand. It is the deepest place of fellowship and it is the place of eternal life. In worship love goes to work with healing, providing, prospering, and strengthening. Revival and new life is found there.
Worship begins with an act of your will, you do not generally begin to worship but by a decision of your will that you are going to sing praise and thanksgiving, and from there it goes down into your spirit where it is no longer in the mental arena but in the spirit and it is then you enter into worship where you hear My voice in the Holy of Holies. And it is there you enter My rest and life flows smoothly filled with supernatural joy unspeakable filled with glory. It is your wealthy place.
O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD, let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God and a great King above all gods, in whose hand are the depths of the earth, the peaks of the mountains are His also. The sea is His, for it was He who made it, and His hands formed the dry land. Come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you would hear His voice, do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness, “When your fathers tested Me, they tried Me, though they had seen My work. For forty years I loathed that generation, and said they are a people who err in their heart, and they do not know My ways. Therefore I swore in My anger, truly they shall not enter into My rest.” Psalm 95:1-11.
When you press into worship and go down deep in your spirit to join with My flow of grace and truth do not draw back by hardening your heart to My voice just when you are about to find the true path for your life, your wealthy place. That is what the Israelites I redeemed out of Egypt did. They came to the edge of the Promised Land but they did not worship but instead cried out in fear, grumbled and complained. They banned themselves from all that I had given them and chose to live a lie. And it cut their lives short. If only they had worshipped as Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah did when they faced a giant force of three combined armies advancing to take them down they would have conquered all their enemies without even having to fight. Just marching out worshipping.
I love you. Live in the highest flow. You have an open door.
