How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O LORD, they walk in the light of Your countenance. In Your Name they rejoice all the day, and by Your righteousness they are exalted. Psalm 89:15-16.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Anxiety, worry, distress, and the cares of this world can come at you from every side. It makes some people overeat, some overwork, and others cower in fear and become paralyzed right where they are. Worry is an ugly thing. It will gnaw away at you inside and give you no peace if you give in to it. That is why I tell you NOT to do it.
If you want a life of righteousness, joy and peace, which is the flow you need to be in to grow and glow, you are going to have to deal with this issue and not let it keep on tormenting you. It will ruin your joy, which is your strength. And I am not talking about fleeting joy that only comes when everything is going your way and there are no trials on the horizon, I am talking about the joy in your spirit that no man can take from you because it is My joy in you that gives you peace beyond understanding no matter what is going on around you. Like My servant Paul, he even wrote from a dark prison cell where he was put for preaching the gospel, “I am overflowing with joy.” And Peter commended the early Christian community that they had joy unspeakable filled with glory even though they were undergoing heavy persecution.
When everything you are facing just seems to be too much, tears constantly come to the back of your eyes, and you are ready to give up, give in, and quit, I have the answer for you:
Just be happy. Enjoy the journey home.
Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4.
You are headed home to the Kingdom of Heaven, of which you are currently an ambassador of on earth. When you have fulfilled your time of duty, you have a future and a hope. You have an eternal weight of glory awaiting you if you just pass the test of time.
Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18.
For the joy that lay before Him, My Son endured the Cross and grave, despising the shame. He had the resurrection and the throne before Him and the catching away of the Church and His return yet to come. He had the joy of not coming home to Me alone. He was the firstborn of many brethren. You included. And that makes all the difference. Where you are headed and the assurance of victory makes the battle so much easier because it is already won in Him.
You have life over death, blessing over cursing, good over evil—your judgment for sin is paid and your sentence satisfied. You are seated with Christ at My right hand. You are above and not beneath. Get out from under the worry and there is only one way you will do it:
“For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace; the mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.” Isaiah 55:12.
You sow in tears but you only reap with joy. With joy you will draw water from the springs of Salvation (Yeshuah, Jesus).
Ponder these scriptures and understand you overcome worry with joy. And where is that joy? In My Words of promise and where do you find those?

In My Name they rejoice all the day. I spoke this to Covenant people. In My Covenant Names, which are all “YES” to you who are in Christ Jesus, you find My magnificent promises that make you partakers of My divine nature. And I am full of joy. In My presence is fullness of joy and the delights at My right hand forever.
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. 2 Peter 1:2-4.
I reveal who I AM in My I AM names and Jesus does the same. And He is the fulfillment of My Covenant Names for in Him you see all these Names performed by one like you in your midst. I AM the LORD (יהוה) (the One who is, was, and is to come) your healer, I AM the LORD (יהוה) your righteousness, I AM the LORD (יהוה) who sanctifies you, I AM the LORD (יהוה) your Shepherd, I AM the LORD (יהוה) your peace, I AM the LORD (יהוה) who looks ahead and provides, I AM the LORD (יהוה) your helper, your rock, your refuge, your fortress, and your stronghold, I AM the LORD (יהוה) your redeemer, and I AM the God (אלהים) of your exceeding gladness and joy.
But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:30-31.
For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 2 Corinthians 1:20-22.
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, self-control. These will all give you joy that is past human understanding because it is produced in your spirit with My Spirit, which I poured in your heart and is abiding in you forever.
When the cares of this life try to ensnare you down under to choke the seed of My Word in you, you must remember your position. When Christ died to sin once for all, you died with Him by substitution, and when I raised Him, I raised you with Him and sat you with Him in Heaven in the Holy of Holies at My right hand. All power of the evil one and all his forces are beneath your feet. And there is great joy in that seat above.
Your attitude in any attack is determined by you. And your altitude in a situation will determine your attitude. But it is also your attitude that determines the altitude you choose to live in.
I once told Moses to say to the children of Israel: “You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” Exodus 19:4-6.
On eagles’ wings. That is a high altitude. A realm above. And those who wait on Me will soar as with eagle’s wings, they shall walk and not grow weary, run and not grow faint.
Keep your mind above where Christ is seated at My right hand and not just on things below. If you do not lift your minds and hearts above, you will never see what I see and never be where you were meant to be. You will not be happy if you live way below where you are in Christ. I raised you up with Him and seated you with Him in Heaven. If you are not living in the supernatural by your awareness of Me and your meditation on My Word, then you will spend your life in the superficial and that is a waste of your precious time.
And snakes cannot crawl at high altitudes. Get on the Highway of Holiness. The devil cannot go there. It is too high. And it is filled with joyful singing.
You can live as high as you want each day. It is up to you. My servant John was always ready to go up to a higher realm like he did in that cave on Patmos. You must be aware of My presence with you even though you do not feel it to go up to a higher altitude.
Your attitude is your mind set. My Son put it this way: “The eye is the lamp of your body; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Then watch out that the light in you is not darkness. If therefore your whole body is full of light, with no dark part in it, it will be wholly illumined, as when the lamp illumines you with its rays.” Luke 11:34-36.
Shalom, shalom have those whose minds are stayed on Me, those who trust Me. It is the peace that passes understanding that comes from trust in My love for you as you hold fast to your confession of faith.
A high altitude is a place of light. It is above the storm. It is a place of rest in the midst of chaos. It is a place of peace where I am your rest. It is living in the secret place with Me, for I am the Most High.
Now, your mind set or attitude is who you are, not what you do. It is a state of being. It goes to your inner thoughts and to your very core. The place where only I can go. But I tell you often how to be to be the person I made you to be. And when I tell you to “be” something I also give you the grace and skill to “be” it.
I tell you to be holy as I am holy. I tell you to be strong and courageous. I tell you to be of good cheer. I tell you to be temperate. I tell you to be kindhearted. I tell you to be clever as snakes but innocent as doves. I tell you to be forgiving as I have forgiven you in Christ.
And when I tell you to be something, I give you the grace to be it. So when I tell you: “Just be happy,” I have anointed you with the oil of joy, just as I did Jesus, and you can be happy. In fact, He gave you His joy by sharing My Word with you so that your joy could be complete. John 15:11.
But you must work out what I put in you.
So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Philippians 2:12-13.
Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:2-5. And that is one of loving, humble service looking to others’ interests as more important than your own. Living for My glory in obedience to My Words.
I give grace to the humble but resist the proud. And the sign of the humble? Obedience. A humble person is obedient and teachable. A proud person rebels and is not teachable. They will not obey graciously for they think they know better. Proud people cannot be led by the Holy Spirit. Only the humble ones.
Mary was humble. Be it done unto me according to your word, was her motto. “Do whatever He tells you,” was her advice at the wedding feast at Cana. I could do great things for her and she could be led. And it led her to greatness, all generations call her blessed. But she returned all the glory to Me.
The attitudes that will take you to the highest altitudes are faith, hope and love, and the greatest of these is love. If you live to love and have the attitude of love—the mindset of love—then you will live at the highest realm for that is where I live, the realm of pure unadulterated love.
Think B.I.G., that is, beautiful in God, and you will soar on the wings of an eagle, the great eagle that swooped down from Heaven to take on your humanity and then soared back up to Heaven carrying you with Him on His mighty wings to share in His Divinity. My Son and your Savior, Jesus. And He is altogether lovely. Song of Songs 5:16. So let your thoughts be lovely, filled with love for Me and the people I have given you and you will soar on the wings of the wind, My Spirit. And He too, being one God with Me, is Love. Immerse yourself in Love and Love will draw you to higher realms.
If you live to love, you will love to live. And this is a mindset, an attitude, that you must cultivate. Plant the seed of My Word in your mind and cultivate it until it grows into that great tree to which all the birds of the air come to make nests and the animals find shade. When your attitude becomes transformed to that of Christ, and I have given you the mind of Christ, it is then that you will draw all people to Me. And that is because you will be at My altitude.
And My Spirit inspired My apostle Paul to tell you how to have the right mindset so you can soar at a high altitude, so here it is:
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:4-9.
I would like to point out something else that is very important in maintaining a happy life. If you look at the lives of those who stood out in doing mighty works of excellence to the glory of My Name, you will find a common thread of gratitude for My favor, gratitude for My presence, gratitude for My calling and gratitude for their assignment. You will find a sense of awe and wonder that I had entrusted them with so great a mission and such great honor. It was gratitude focused on Me, not just what worldly and secular philosophies call positive thinking. It is an attitude of faith, which is a joyful expectation that good is coming supernaturally into your life from Me.
Your attitude makes a tremendous difference in the harvest of your life and many of you need to change your attitude as quickly as you can. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW AND DO MY WILL FOR YOUR LIFE IF YOUR ATTITUDE IS ONE OF INGRATITUDE, DEPRESSION, DEFEAT, BITTERNESS, DISSATISFACTION, RESENTMENT, AND DOUBT. But if you have an attitude of gratitude, expectant joy, victory, sweetness, contentment, forgiveness, and faith you can be sure you are doing My Will and that will give you the joy of a satisfying life.
So if you are living a life filled with stress where you are barely hanging on, you need to sit down at My right hand in your seat with Christ and BE HAPPY. And that will come when you know you have the best and I supply for all your needs according to My riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Be thankful and you will be happy. And I mean doing the Voice of Thanksgiving. Do you remember how that looks? If not read 2 Chronicles 20 and you will get the idea.
