“And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released (luo, meaning loose, untie, release) from this bond on the Sabbath day?” Luke 13:16.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
In seeing Jesus, you are seeing Me. And Jesus was always making lives that were unfruitful, fruitful, lives that were barren filled with abundance, and lives that looked like there was no hope to lives filled with hope. And hope does not disappoint.
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13.
I conceived all of you in the beginning on the evening of the sixth day when I made you male and female and blessed you to be very fruitful, that is, to bear much fruit. You were all conceived then, but not all were born then. Adam was then birthed into earth in the Garden of Eden when I formed his body of the dust of the earth and breathed into him the breath of life. And once breathed into by Me, your life is forever. All are alive to Me. Physical death only ends your time in the world as it is now but you step right over into My Kingdom.
After forming Adam from the dust of the ground, I formed the woman from the flesh I had made for the man. And after that, the amazing bodies I gave you could fruitfully produce after your own kind, but the breath of life, the spirit and the soul are from Me. As is everything that was made but there are different degrees of closeness and affiliation between Me and what was made. All My creatures are living and producing but only you are in My image and according to My likeness for I am Spirit and it is in your spirit that I communicate with you, in the deepest part of your being. Deep calls unto deep. My Spirit in your spirit enlightens you to My deepest thoughts and your spirit communicates your deepest thoughts to Me. That is why praying in the spirit is so edifying to you. The spirit goes right to the heart.
Do not neglect so great a gift as praying in the spirit. I am speaking of tongues. I would that you would all speak in tongues so that the fountain of living water from My throne can flow My joy and peace into your innermost being with the answers that you need.
Faith comes by hearing, but it is released by speaking and doing. But I am going to tell you something I have told you before, if you get filled up enough with something you cannot help but talk about it. Some people never talk to anyone about Me, you would not know whether they believe in Jesus or not, but then there are those that know Me, have had a personal encounter with Me and have gotten so filled up with My Word that they cannot keep it in. Like the woman at the well in Samaria. She was so excited and full of that she had met the Messiah and He had come all that way to that well just to speak with her that everyone in town that she encountered heard about it, and not in a monotone, quiet, dull way, but in an excited, enthusiastic proclamation of what she knew. She was overflowing. And it was effective, the whole town came out and asked Jesus to stay with them and not leave. So He stayed two days and they all came to believe.
From that city many of the Samaritans believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, “He told me all the things that I have done.” So when the Samaritans came to Jesus, they were asking Him to stay with them; and He stayed there two days. Many more believed because of His word; and they were saying to the woman, “It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves and know that this One is indeed the Savior of the world.” John 4:39-42.
One person full of love for Me can change a city, a nation, the world. That is why the one qualification I looked for in Peter to entrust the training of the first believers in the Way after I raised Jesus from the dead to him was how greatly he loved Me. “Simon Peter do you love Me more than these?”Jesus was full of love for Me and you, and He changed everything. It is excited, overflowing love that will win the world to Me and cover the earth with the knowledge of My glory as the waters cover the sea.
And Jesus came to make the blind see, bind up the broken hearted, and make the lame leap like a stag. He came to give you life, real life, not the phony substitute the world tries to call life—it is a life of empty show and anyone that lives it will end up just that, empty and dark.
So let us look at another conversation of Jesus that turned an unfruitful woman with no hope of healing into an upright, strong rejoicing woman. So watch Jesus showing you what to do.
Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. Luke 13:10. Here He is not out on the hillsides or up in the region of Tyre and Sidon among unbelievers. He has gathered with people who know My Word and have faith in Me. People who have come to honor Me on Shabbat. And Jesus has come to honor Me as well and keep My commandments. But even here, one of My people was oppressed by Satan, and she had put up with it for a long time. And none of the religious leaders had been able to set her free. But things were about to change.
There was a woman who for eighteen years had had a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent double, and could not straighten up at all. Luke 13:11. Luke was a physician and he has diagnosed the cause of this, indeed of all sickness, correctly, it was a demon spirit. When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, “Woman, you are freed (apolýō, which is from apó, meaning “away from” and luō, meaning “to loose, untie, release”) (this word is used for divorce as well, Matthew 1:19, 5:31,32, 19:7-9) from your sickness (astheneia: weakness, frailty).” Luke 13:12. Jesus loosed her from Satan’s binding. What you loose on earth shall have been loosed in Heaven. So Jesus cast out the demon of infirmity and then He laid His hands on her; and immediately she was made erect again and began glorifying God. Luke 13:13. So you seBut the synagogue official, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, began saying to the crowd in response, “There are six days in which work should be done; so come during them and get healed, and not on the Sabbath day.” Luke 13:14. But Jesus answered him and said, “You hypocrites, does not each of you on the Sabbath untie (luo, meaning loose, untie, release) his ox or his donkey from the stall and lead him away to water him? And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released (luo, meaning loose, untie, release) from this bond on the Sabbath day?” As He said this, all His opponents were being humiliated; and the entire crowd was rejoicing over all the glorious things being done by Him. Luke 13:15-17.
Jesus showed you very clearly where all sickness, pain, disability, and infirmity come from. Not Me. If it was from Me, He would not have cast it out and healed her. “And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released (luo, meaning loose, untie, release) from this bond on the Sabbath day?” She had submitted to the oppression of Satan for eighteen years and no one had ever cast him out. Do not be guilty of the same. Speak to things that are contrary to My Will and get them out. Do the works Jesus did in His Name. He went about doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. How did He do that? The same way that you can, “You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” Acts 10:38. I was with Him and I anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power. And the same is true of you who are in Christ Jesus today. You have the same anointing and the same Spirit and you have Him, Christ in you, your hope of glory. And whatever you demand of things in His Name, He will bring it to pass. And so will I. Jesus promised you this, “Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in My name, He will give it to you. Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full.” John 16:23-24.
Have you got infirmities, pains, symptoms, diseases—stop crying, begging, and thinking I am punishing you and lay your hands on them and tell them just what to do to line up, to restore, to be strong, to be free in Jesus’ Name. Learn from Jesus, your Teacher, and do as He told you to do. Rebuke pain, symptoms, disease and infirmities and speak to the part, commanding it what to do to be healed and free in Jesus’s Name. Do not think that sounds strange, look back at all the miracles of Jesus and you will see this is so. Every disciple should become like his teacher.
Jesus spoke to wind and waves, to death, to leprosy, to trees. Everything was created by My Words, everything was brought into existence by words and will change by words. Jesus answered the fig tree that it would never bear more fruit.
Do a lot of praying, I tell you to pray without ceasing but you must also do what I tell you to move the things contrary to My Will. There is a time to pray and a time to say. There is a time to speak to the problem and not just to Me or others about it. Faith is believing in your heart and SPEAKING with YOUR mouth. Do not be begging Me to do your rebuking for you. Submit to Me (that is, to My Words), YOU resist the devil, and he must flee from you.
And Jesus answered saying to them, “Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.” Mark 11:22-25.
Jesus was among you as one of you on earth for a short time and showed you what to do to bring days of Heaven to earth. And then He died and I raised Him up to make these things freely available to you. If you believe in Him, you will do the works He did and greater because He has come to Me, but the servant is not greater than His master, and He worked miracles by speaking to the problem. Be gone, be healed, be free. You must do the same, spiritual laws are there to work for you. Use them.
I love you. If you are willing and obey you shall have days of Heaven upon the earth. You have to command what is contrary to My Will or it will stay.
O LORD, surely I am Your servant, I am Your servant, the son of Your handmaid, You have loosed my bonds. Psalm 116:16.
