A wretched man I am! who shall deliver me out of the body of this death? Romans 7:24.
By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. 1 John 4:17.
Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted, being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, overflowing with gratitude. Colossians 2:6-7.
And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. John 15:4-5.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Excessive self occupation is really your biggest problem. To be self occupied does not bring joy but death. It also makes you envious, easily offended, anxious, and selfish. Most people who commit suicide only needed to solve one problem—excessive self occupation.
Who will free you from this body of death? I do it for you through Jesus Christ, your Lord. Romans 7:25.
Get your eyes off yourself and put them on Jesus and you will have joy unspeakable filled with glory. Hebrews 12:2. As He is so are you in this world. 1 John 4:17. And so are you before Me. Galatians 3:27-29. When He died, you died, and when I raised Him, I raised you with Him and I seated you with Him at My right hand, triumphant and glorified. Ephesians 2:6. For I have already called you, justified you and glorified you in Christ. Romans 8:30.
In Christ, you are holy and blameless before Me from before the foundation of the world. Ephesians 2:4. With Him, your old self was crucified, so that your sinful body with all its addictions, depression, lack, sickness, lust and selfish ways might be done away with, that you might no longer be in slavery to sin but alive to Me. Romans 6:6-11. So do not think of yourself as miserable and subject to sin but as dead to sin and living for Me in Christ Jesus, free and filled with grace. Romans 6:11; John 1:16.
Get ahold of this by taking hold of Jesus. He is your source of supply. He is the Aleph Tau, the Alpha and the Omega, the A to Z. If you have a need, draw it out of Jesus. He became poor though He was rich so by His poverty you may become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9. He emptied Himself for you to receive all He is. Philippians 2:7. In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:3. He let Himself be squeezed dry so that the heavenly dew with which He is filled floods the dry ground of your soul. Of His fullness you have all received, grace upon grace. John 1:16. Feed on Him, He is your bread of life. His flesh is real food and His blood is real drink. He is your High Priest before Me who is able to save you completely and satisfy all your needs. I supply all your needs according to My riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
He has come to serve you and not to be served—to give His life as a ransom for you. When you need joy, you can take His joy. John 14:11. When you need peace, you can take His peace. John 14:27. When you need healing, you can take His healing, 1 Peter 2:24, by reaching out and touching His power, Luke 5:17, Mark 5:29-30. When you have sinned, receive His righteousness, which is My righteousness in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21. When you have bad thoughts, take His beautiful thoughts as if they were yours before Me. 1 Corinthians 2:16. When you need a miracle, take His ability and faith to work the miracle, for Christ is in you, your hope of glory! John 14:12-18; Matthew 28:18-20. If the demon is trying to agitate you, take My Son’s Name and cast him out. Mark 16:17. I have given you His Name, and there is no other name given to men by which you are saved.
All you who are thirsty, come to Him and drink! John 7:37. And if you answer His invitation, rivers of living water will flow from within you out to a thirsty world. With joy you will draw water at the springs of salvation! With joy you will draw water at the springs of Yeshua! Isaiah 12:3. When you drink from the Rock (Jesus), the water He gives you will become a spring within you leaping up to eternal life. John 4:14. The indwelling Holy Spirit that Jesus baptizes you in when you come to Him and receive the living water.
Jesus is My gift to YOU. John 4:10. And if you but knew My gift to you, then you would ask Him and He would give you life giving water.
Have you enjoyed the Gift of God? Have you taken advantage of My greatest gift to you? I gave you My Son and through Him I gave you My Spirit to be in you and with you forever. In Jesus I gave you EVERYTHING. All I have is His and I have made you joint heirs with Him.
I so loved you I gave you My only begotten Son that you might not perish but have eternal life. He came to give you abundant life, life that overflows with all the good things of My Kingdom, for He is your key to them all. In Him I have opened the windows of Heaven and poured down a blessing you cannot contain.
When the Word became flesh and dwelt among you the angels exalted and rejoiced with you over the gift that had come to earth from My Kingdom. Over the fields of Bethlehem they sang and declared to you: “Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all people. For today in the city of David a savior has been born for you who is Messiah and Lord!” Luke 2:9-11.
And Jesus is the way to Me, right to My glorious throne of grace where you can come with confidence and receive favor and grace just when you need them. Hebrews 4:16.
But there is more, much more.
If you have received Jesus and confessed Him as Lord, if you have believed in your heart that I raised from the dead, and if you have heard His voice and opened the door of your heart at His knock and let Him in to dine with you, then you are saved and you are a new creation in Christ. And you are My righteousness in Him.
And you are in Christ.
“In Christ” means you have a new identity. One new man. The new you. Jesus, the perfect person, is now who you are before Me. He is your true identity. There is no longer Jew or Greek, male or female, for all are one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28. And all I have is His and all He has is yours.
Your identity before Me has changed. You are no longer a sinner trying to keep My Commandments on your own efforts. I am not looking at a struggling you—trying to be “good” when none is good but God alone. I am looking at you in Christ. Now your history is in Christ. When He was condemned and died for your sins, I put you in Him and you have already been punished and justified. You can never be punished again. It is a finished work. You are dead to sin, it no longer has any power over you. And when He rose you rose. And when He was glorified, you were glorified. It is only waiting for you to walk in it in the fullness of time.
Now to judge you, I look at Jesus. As He is now, so are you to Me in this world. He is your sin offering, your guilt offering, your peace offering, and your burnt offering.
So as you have received Christ as your Savior, now receive Him as your true identity before Me and draw on Him to be everything you desire to be. Learn to see yourself in Him as I do—more than a conqueror and clothed in glory—My beloved in whom I am well pleased. That now is you who are in Christ. And you are filled with My power by My Spirit which Christ has poured upon you.
I think now you will understand what My apostle Paul, who understood grace, meant when he wrote: “With Christ I have been crucified, and live no more do I, and Christ doth live in me; and that which I now live in the flesh — in the faith I live of the Son of God, who did love me and did give himself for me.” Galatians 2:20.
And you can do all things in Him. In fact, you are to do the works He did and greater. Identify with Him. I have called you into partnership with Him. He is your great High Priest interceding for you to the uttermost. You can bring people to the new birth for you are in the days on the other side of the cross, the resurrection side and He is with you.
I love you for you. I do not love you because of Jesus. I gave you Jesus because I love you. In Him, you are precious and pure in My sight. As far as your sins and failings go, I remember them no more. You have been justified in Jesus. You have a sinless, faultless, pure identity in Him that is beyond reproach. I was in Christ reconciling the world to Myself, not counting your trespasses against you. Certainly not for His sake but for yours. Take advantage of it. Do not let Him have suffered and died for you in vain. Take your eyes off yourself and draw on the riches I have given you free access to in Him. All My promises to you find their “yes” in Him.
