The LORD also spoke to Moses, saying, “When you take a census of the sons of Israel to number them, then each one of them shall give a ransom for himself to the LORD, when you number them, so that there will be no plague among them when you number them . . . You shall take the atonement money from the sons of Israel and shall give it for the service of the tent of meeting, that it may be a memorial for the sons of Israel before the LORD, to make atonement for your souls.” Exodus 30:11-16.
Then Satan stood up against Israel and moved David to number Israel. 1 Chronicles 21:1.
So the LORD gave a pestilence on Israel; 70,000 men of Israel fell. 1 Chronicles 21:14.
Then David built an altar to the LORD there and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. And he called to the LORD and He answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering. The LORD commanded the angel, and he put his sword back in its sheath. 1 Chronicles 21:26-27.
For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time. 1 Timothy 2:6,
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I told My servant Moses that he had to be very careful with census taking. Why? Because the people belong to Me not to the ruler of a nation. And if it is only to know how many can fight in the armed forces, it is better to trust that I will supply the men I need to win for you, like Gideon’s three hundred. Few or many makes no difference when I am fighting for you.
I told Moses the rules though. And I do not change. If you take a census you have to get a ransom (redemption) paid for each person counted so that no plague will break out among the people. Exodus 20:11-16. Why must they pay a ransom of redemption? To buy the soul back from a slave to a son. The price at the time of Moses was a half shekel of silver (the metal that represents redemption is silver and gold represents My righteousness). And the atonement money was given to the priests for the priestly service of offering the peace offerings and burnt offerings to atone for the sins of the people and the nation. A memorial for the sons of Israel before Me to make atonement for their souls.
Satan knew the rules and he had a plan to release the plague on Israel. He moved David to take a census of the people without requiring the ransom price (redemption) for each person. And you know the result. 70,000 fell ill when the pestilence hit.
Does this sound like something going on now? China announced last November they would conduct a census in 2020. The United States in the process of conducting a census. Korea conducted a preliminary pilot census beginning in November of 2019 and will conduct their official one in 2020. Satan knows the law.
But he does not let you know that there is a remedy. The ransom of redemption has already been paid for every soul on the planet earth from the beginning to the end of time. Whether people receive the redemption is a different question but that does not matter here. The price of eternal redemption has been paid. You have found the ransom. The plague must cease.
You can rebuke the pestilence, the plague, now. Simply say to the destroying angel with Me, “It is enough; now relax your hand.” 1 Chronicles 21:15. But you will note I commanded the destroyer to put back his sword in his sheath after David had offered the blood of the peace offering and burnt offering before Me on the altar.
He did not pay the half shekel of silver but the blood of the lamb. But now your redemption and every person’s on earth has been paid with eternal blood. Jesus gave a complete and eternal redemption, no one was left out. He paid the ransom for all. 1 Timothy 2:6. The price is paid, you have only to receive Him to be saved, but right now I am not talking about individual salvation, I am talking about eternal redemption has been paid for every person.
You were not redeemed (ransomed) with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 1 Peter 1:18-19.
When Christ appeared as high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. And He put His blood on the altar in Heaven and it speaks there louder than the voice of Abel’s blood. Hebrews 12:24. It speaks atonement and eternal redemption always before Me. Hebrews 10:12-14. A memorial for the sons of men before Me to make atonement for their souls. You should witness with the voice of the blood of My Son and speak out redemption. The ransom of redemption. Jesus came to give His life as a ransom. He redeemed you by His blood.
But there is much more. Do you recall who took the blood into the Holy of Holies to make atonement for the sins of the nation and for the people? The High Priest. My Son is now your great High Priest forever and He has released you from your sins and made you a kingdom of priests unto Me. Revelation 1:5-6. And you are called to partnership with Him in His priesthood. Have you never read, “And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” 1 Peter 2:4-5.
Do you now understand the directions on prayer of the apostle Paul? “First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men (apply the blood of the redemption), for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time. 1 Timothy 2:1-6.
Now is the proper time to overcome the attacks of Satan with the blood of the Lamb (the ransom for all) and the Word of your testimony. Revelation 12:11. I have put My Words in your mouth to establish the earth. Isaiah 51:16. All creation is groaning for and awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God to give it rest from Satan’s vicious attacks against it in storms, plagues, disasters, famines, wars, earthquakes, and evil deeds. And you can give it rest, just as Jesus did to the storm on the lake, but remember? He then asked you where your faith was that you did not step up in His Name and take care of His business on earth. And He will do it and I will give it the power and the unction.
Come then now, as My kingdom of priests, with your great High Priest, right into the Holy of Holies, and administer the redemption offering up in spiritual sacrifice to Me from lips filled with praise and thanksgiving for the Blood of the Lamb. Join with the heavenly voices singing the new song: “Worthy are You to take the scroll (fee simple title deed to earth) and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” Revelation 5:9-10.
It is not hard to turn what is happening in the earth now around. But you need to decree the law of redemption and you need to decree it for others who are not and who really have no knowledge that the redemption (ransom) price for them has been paid. Read what My Word says on this: “For then you will delight in the Almighty and lift up your face to God. You will pray to Him, and He will hear you; and you will pay your vows. You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways. When you are cast down, you will speak with confidence, and the humble person He will save. He will deliver one who is not innocent, and he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.” Job 22:26-30.
You who have taken Jesus as your LORD are clean—cleansed by His blood, by the Word, by My Light, and by the washing of regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Your hands lifted before Me are clean, the blood on your hands went on His and His blood washed it away. Isaiah 1:15-20. And you can offer up entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings on behalf of all men and call on the blood that speaks more eloquently than that of Abel that is eternally pleading atonement before Me on the mercy seat in the Holy of Holies in Heaven providing eternal redemption. Jesus ever lives to make intercession for you for He has saved you to the uttermost. Join with Him, for He is the High Priest of your confession, that is, the offering of the fruit of your lips before Me. And for are you offering? Just what My apostle Peter told you, spiritual sacrifice. You are applying and decreeing the redemption and ransom for all of the Blood of the Lamb that is continually making atonement before Me. And eternal redemption. You cannot lose it or remove it. It is yours. You have found the ransom.
When Satan wanted to destroy Daniel, he used a law of the nation that required the death of Daniel for worshipping Me. He used the law and the king could not go against the law. Now he is using the law of the census to release a plague if the ransom has not been paid. But you can stop his illegal activity and turn back what he has unleased, for you have found the ransom. Job 33:24-25. It has been paid in full for every person on the planet. I paid it with the blood of My Son. Enforce the note. It says: “paid in full.” The bill was nailed to the cross and cancelled as paid by the finished work My Son did on that cross. You are redeemed, ransomed, and free from the curse of the law. Declare it for yourself and others as agree with the High Priest of your confession (homologio in Greek, meaning speaking the same words) and agree with the voice of His Blood eternally on the altar in Heaven. And that is where your prayers go too.
