Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. James 1:17.
For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:10-11.
He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:20.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above coming down from Me, your Father, Creator and LORD. But how does it come down? Do I rain down the car, building, or spouse you are seeking? No. I send My Word and if you receive it and speak it (return it to Me) it does not return void but accomplishes what I spoke it for.
For everything you need a written or spoken word, from things as simple as if you got the reservation you wanted on the airline (you need a confirming word), for directions to get somewhere you have not been before, for instruction at school or elsewhere, when you call places inquiring if they have items or services you want, to assemble an appliance you ordered online, to life changing matters such as whether someone will join in a business contract with you, sell you their house, will marry you, loves you, or hates you. And the words you receive and speak cannot be just any word, for if you want a good thing and a perfect gift, it has to be My Word. There is life in My Word and you choose what you speak, death and life are in the power of your tongue. My Words are not idle words, they create and give life.

Isaiah 55:10-11. My Words are words of LIFE. All life has come from My Word and the Word is Me. I am My Word and My Word does not just beat the air, it has My power in it which can be unleashed in the receiving and speaking. Receive My implanted Word in your spirit when it comes to you, it has the power to save your souls.
I spoke all things into being and I have not changed, I still do, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.” John 1:1-3. You came into being and you come to know Me by My Word. And it is by My Word you are born again to eternal life. And you must join your word in agreement with My Word or My Word cannot work in you. Jesus is the High Priest of your confession, “confession” is the word “homologia” in the Greek it was originally written in. And that means speaking the same word in agreement with another.
My Words contain My creative power for they issue from within Me and I am in My Word. When you are in agreement with My Word by faith it is then the power is released in your life.
And what is My Covenant with you so that you can inherit all of My magnificent promises and see them manifest in your life and the lives of those around you? “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the LORD: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your seed, nor from the mouth of your seed’s seed,” says the LORD, “from now and forever.” Isaiah 59:21. For I have put My Words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of My hand to establish the earth and My righteousness in your land. Everything good comes from My Word. My Words are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh. Proverbs 4:22.
But how do you receive a Word from Me? First, you see it comes down from above, from Heaven, from Me, described as the Father of lights. What are these lights? These lights in the world are believers in the true Light that gives Light to every man. Jesus, the Light of the world, and no follower of His walks in darkness but has the Light of Life. Which is My Word—My Word gives light to your path and is a lamp to your feet. It is life to those who find it. It lights your lamp, your spirit, to rebirth by the imperishable seed of My Word. The opening of My Word gives light, it gives understanding to the simple. It enlightens your hearts.
And it comes down to you from Heaven like rain and snow to give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. But you who are in Christ have a shortcut to Heaven. When Christ died to sin once for all, you died with Him, and when I raised Him from the dead, I raised you with Him, and seated you in Him in heavenly realms. And I gave you the portal, an open Heaven, straight into the true Holy of Holies, My throne of grace, which is the center of all in Heaven and on earth. Everything comes from My throne. And in Christ you are there as easily as going to the Kingdom of Heaven that you access within you by My Spirit, who dwells in you as a sanctuary.
And what is the living water that comes from My throne? John saw it in the heavenly city, “Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb.” Revelation 22:1. And trees were planted along it that bore fruit every month and their leaves were for the healing of the nations. Revelation 22:2. Here we are again at that stream of living water coming down to you from My throne, and you, who meditate on My Word day and night, are like trees planted near a living stream that have put their roots down in the river of the water of life and are continually drawing in that water of the Word, of grace, and of the Spirit into your spirit—you have a live stream with a continuous feed that you have tapped into that will give you My Word for the moment day and night without ceasing.
And My Word will heal you and deliver you from your destructions. Psalm 107:20. I send it to save you. It is not just live streaming it is your lifeline. And My Word will pull you out of any pit. Psalm 107:20.
Come to Me first before you make decisions that set the course of your life and get My Word about it. I will light up a passage of Scripture that applies by sending it along the live stream from My throne of grace that you have tapped into when you put your roots in Christ. Rooted and grounded in love you will have a hearing heart. That is what Solomon prayed for when I asked him to tell Me what he wanted. He asked for one thing, a hearing heart. He knew from watching his father, David, if he could just hear from Me, he had it made in all matters of ruling a kingdom and being wise.
But later, to My grief, he hardened his heart to Me and his hearing heart became a deaf heart, tuned only to the lusts of the flesh. He no longer wanted to hear from Me.
I love you and I have given you My Word and My Spirit. Stay hungry for My Word. Never leave your first love. It has great reward. Solomon when he turned off his heart to Me, lost his joy and ultimately lost the kingdom of Israel into a divided nation. One hearing heart makes a difference for all of history. You know, think of Adam and then think of Samuel, Daniel, and Mary, but above all, think of Jesus. Be like Him, He is your hero.
