Your words were found and I ate them, and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart. Jeremiah 15:16.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says
I send My Word to heal you and deliver you. Psalm 107:20. I have put My Words in your mouth, covered you with the shadow of My hand, and poured My Spirit out on you. I told you My Words are Spirit and Life and that they have eternal life in them. I have told you that man does not live on physical bread alone but on every Word that proceeds from My mouth. And I have told you that My Words are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh. And I have told you to renew your mind with My Word. And I gave you Jesus who is My Word made flesh dwelling and working among you. And He told you to eat His flesh and drink His blood.
It is very important to get My Word in you, it heals your body, saves your soul, and causes your spirit to be born again.
He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:20.
For they are life to those who find them and healing (health, medicine) to all their body (flesh). Proverbs 4:22.
Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21.
For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. 1 Peter 1:23.
My Word saves every part of you through and through, spirit (the eternal and innermost part of you, the inner man of the heart, the real you), soul (mind, will, and emotions), and body.
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.
And how do I sanctify you? Jesus tells you in His prayer to Me on your behalf, “Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.” John 17:17. I sanctify you in My Word.
You are already cleansed because of the Word which I have spoken to you. John 15:3.
Your spirit and soul are eternal, but your flesh is not. You will have an immortal and glorious body to house your spirit and soul forever, but now, while you are in the world, spirit and soul are housed in mortal flesh. This happened at the sin of Adam but is rectified in Jesus, My Word made flesh. He saved you in the flesh but the work was done outside time in the Spirit of holiness.
Concerning His Son, who was born of a descendant of David according to the flesh, who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 1:3-4.
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1-4.
I set a table before you in the sight of your foes and at that table I anoint your head with oil and overflow your cup. Psalm 23:5. I have set out a rich feast before you and brought you into My banquet hall and My banner over you is love. And what do I set out for you to feed upon at My table of plenty? The food that will penetrate every part of you to make you whole, to give you salvation, that gives you the life I planned for you of SHALOM and not evil, a glorious future and an unfailing hope that is the anchor behind the veil that holds you stable and secure, right at My throne of grace, and there is your banquet where you find, in Jesus My Word, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge that give you the skill to live your glorious assignment, the work I gave you to do.
Wisdom has built her house, she has hewn out her seven pillars; She has prepared her food, she has mixed her wine; she has also set her table; She has sent out her maidens, she calls from the tops of the heights of the city: “Whoever is simple, let him turn in here!” To him who lacks understanding she says, “Come, eat of my food and drink of the wine I have mixed. Forsake your folly and live, and proceed in the way of understanding.” Proverbs 9:1-6.
Do you know what the seven pillars are? Seven is the number of rest and perfection, but here they are the seven aspects of the Holy Spirit, the seven spirits, the seven eyes of the Lamb.
Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him: The spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD, and He will delight (spirit of devotion and piety) in the fear of the LORD. Isaiah 11:1-3.
Now listen, Joshua the high priest, you and your friends who are sitting in front of you—indeed they are men who are a symbol, for behold, I am going to bring in My servant the branch (shoot, sprout). For behold, the cornerstone that I have set before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave an inscription on it,’ declares the LORD of hosts, ‘and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.” Zechariah 3:8-9.
“This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the chief stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’” Also the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will finish it. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven will be glad when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel—these are the eyes of the LORD which range to and fro throughout the earth.” Zechariah 4:6-10.
And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. Revelation 5:6.
I tell you that I have given you My precious and magnificent promises that you find in My Word and in the Covenant Names I give you therein that you may partake of My divine nature and escape the lust and the folly in the world. But how do you partake? How do you eat My Word?
Your words were found and I ate them, and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart. Jeremiah 15:16.
Then He said to me, “Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.” So I opened my mouth, and He fed me this scroll. He said to me, “Son of man, feed your stomach and fill your body with this scroll which I am giving you.” Then I ate it, and it was sweet as honey in my mouth. Then He said to me, “Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with My words to them.” Ezekiel 3:1-4.
How did Jesus tell you that you partake and are cleansed? By the Word He has SPOKEN to you. How did My Spirit through the apostle Peter tell you that you receive the Word into you by which you are born again?
For, “All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls off, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word which was preached as good news to you. 1 Peter 1:23-25.
It was the Word you heard, the one that was preached to you.
How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces shalom and brings good news of happiness, who announces salvation . . . That all the ends of the earth may see the salvation of our God. Isaiah 52:7-8, 10.
Jesus told you that healing and mighty works happen in and for you according to your faith. So you partake by faith. But how do you get the faith that eats the Word and thus the promise works in you as you eat of the table of plenty—that is, become partakers of My divine nature with all My magnificent promises coming to pass in your life?
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word concerning Christ. Romans 10:17.
Hearing My Word concerning Jesus, which is in every book of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, sets your heart aflame with faith and gives new birth to your spirit.
A woman who had had a hemorrhage for twelve years, and had endured much at the hands of many physicians, and had spent all that she had and was not helped at all, but rather had grown worse— AFTER HEARING ABOUT JESUS, she came up in the crowd behind Him and touched His cloak. For she was saying and saying, “If I just touch His garments, I will be saved.” Immediately the flow of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of her affliction. Mark 5:25-29.
Hearing and speaking, and hearing it again and again as she kept speaking it to herself, made her eat that Word until she touched it and the power to heal in My Word went to work on her flesh as medicine. And what did Jesus say to her?
And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has saved you; go into peace and be healed of your affliction.” Mark 5:34.
The good news of your Salvation gives you faith that My Words promising healing, provision, prosperity, peace, joy, a steadfast spirit, a sound, controlled mind, wisdom, and all My promises as many as they be, are “yes” and “amen” to you in Christ Jesus, your Lord. Jesus is My great Amen to all I promise you and your “amen” to receive them all. Revelation 3:14 (“The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God”). It is on Him I have set My seal, that is, My guarantee of all in My Word for you.
And you know this because it was preached to you!
For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silvanus and Timothy—was not yes and no, but is yes in Him. For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 2 Corinthians 1:19-22.
For in Him your sins are gone as if they had never been, borne by Him, and you are righteous with His righteousness, which is My righteousness. Jesus and I are One.
But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30.
Be careful what you hear, for what you are hearing you are eating, and what you are eating is forming you, just as physical food becomes part of your body and by your body size and the health of you heart, people can tell what you are eating. You become what you eat.
I tell you to be careful what you are hearing in order to guard your heart from which flow the issues of life.
My son, give attention to My Words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your sight; keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them and health (healing, medicine) to all their body (flesh). Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life. Proverbs 4:20-23.
So hearing and reading My Word to yourself and speaking My Word, then hearing more preaching, but always checking back is it is accord with My written Word.
“For the ear tests words as the palate tastes food.” Job 34:3.
Do not quench the Spirit; do not despise prophetic utterances, but examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from every form of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22. If it is not from Me, spit it out and do not swallow it. My sheep know My voice, a stranger’s voice the will not follow. Why? Once you have tasted My Words, you know when it is a lie.
O taste and see that the LORD is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Psalm 34:8.
Tasting means testing before eating, but if it is good, then you eat. And My Word is sweet. It is life. It is about healing. It is about provision. And once you begin eating, you are in My refuge with Me and I can bless you. But how do you take refuge and eat the good? Read on in Psalm 34: Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. Psalm 34:13-14.
If you are eating words of fear, torment, anger, strife, envy, bitterness, unforgiveness, and the like they do not taste good. Spit them out and substitute My Words for them and eat well, eat and drink at My table until you are too full for eating any other words, so full that the devil cannot even get in to the table. But to be full you have to eat. If you are full of fear you have to know you are eating from the wrong table.
The Word that Moses tried to feed the Israelites that I redeemed from the slavery of Egypt did them no good because they did not mix faith with it. So to eat at My table requires you come with your faith to mix with My Word.
Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person. Colossians 4:6.
My apostle Paul understood this, he stated that it was the Word of faith that he preached, and that was to believe in your heart and speak with your mouth, which is the spirit of faith.
But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Romans 10:8-10.
That is how you eat My Word, hearing the Word of faith, and putting it in your mouth and in your heart. You have to come to eat with it already established in your heart by faith that My Word is true and I will perform My Word in your mouth. The double minded, the doubters, cannot eat because they eat a little and then take it out of their mouth and never get in their heart because they start chewing and then they speak the opposite at the same time they are trying to eat My Word.
Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. Hebrews 4:1-2.
Believe in your heart and speak with your mouth. Change your heart with Mine. A hearing heart changes your heart with Mine. The Hebrew word “Shamah” means to hear My Word, pay attention to My Word, declare My Word, and do My Word. And that is eating My Word and exercising in it.
As you eat, and eat, and eat, it will give you a new heart, it will change your stony heart to a heart of love, a heart in My heart, and you will become one after My own heart. David was a man after My own heart. How did he become that? He was the sweet psalmist of Israel. He ate My Word in song, in praise.
I will bless the LORD at all times, His praise shall continually be in My mouth. Psalm 34:1.
All day long and all night, he ate My Word. He sang of My Word as perfect, converting and restoring his soul, sweeter also than honey, the honey in the comb, and by My Words he was warned, and in keeping them he found great reward. Psalm 19:7, 10-11.
He ate a heart healthy diet by eating heart healthy food for My Word comes out of My heart to connect with and engage your heart so that our hearts become as one. I have given you the thoughts of My heart and the mind of Christ so we can be of one heart and one mind. Like the early believers.
Often you can do things faster alone, but if you will join in agreement and support with other believers you can do things longer and stronger. Empty seats will show at My table. Remember, it is a family style meal. And you never want to eat without Jesus in your midst, for I supply for all your needs according to My riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
I love you. Come and eat your meal, it is all prepared you just have to come with faith. Keep salt in your heart and never let it go flat.
So when they got out on the land, they saw a charcoal fire already made and fish placed on it, and bread. Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have now caught.” So Simon Peter went up and hauled the net to land, full of large fish, 153; and although there were so many, the net was not torn. Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples ventured to inquire of Him, “Who are You?” knowing that it was the Lord. Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and the fish likewise. This was now the third time that Jesus revealed Himself to the disciples, after He was raised from the dead. John 21:9-14.
And then what did He tell Peter to do for the new disciples that would join him in the church? Feed them, lead them all to the table of plenty that I set out before you in the sight of your enemies to give you the victory. You have to feed to fight.
Now when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Feed My lambs.” He said to him again, a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Shepherd My sheep.” He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was hurt because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep.” John 21:15-17.
The good Shepherd leads you to the table of plenty. Jesus feeds you, so go shepherd others to feed at the table too. Freely you have received, freely give.
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside healing waters of peace. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the dark valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:1-6.
