He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, and He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm; He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Psalm 40:2-3.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

To be fruitful to the maximum, trees and vines need to be periodically pruned. Pruning involves cutting away parts of the plant that are no longer effective or are detrimental to its overall well-being. It gets rid of the growth on the vine or tree that sucks life out of the plant without producing fruit, that is, it gets rid of the clutter, which is wasting the plants energy, impeding fruitfulness. Pruning removes dead wood, unproductive clutter, that sucks the life out of the tree without producing fruit. Pruning turns the tree back into a tree of life.

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He cleanses (prunes, purges, purifies) it so that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean (pruned, pure, purged) because of the word which I have spoken to you. John 15:2-3.

A pure life is a tree of life producing fruit in due season.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise wins souls. Proverbs 11:30.

An impure life produces nothing but trouble. As you note when Adam rejected My Word for lies and self-glory, seeking only himself, his life became one filled with thorns and thistles that hindered his fruitfulness and turned his life into toil to produce food. Genesis 3:18-19. He became impure for lies took him out of the light to hide naked in the darkness.

But Jesus came to save you from the impure and fruitless life of your ancestors. He came to save you and give you the Kingdom, to take you back to eat of the tree of life as if sin had never been.

Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:31-33.

What is an impure life? It is one of sin. The wages of sin is death. No life, just death. Death is unproductive. And it has to do with your mindset, is your attention below where the devil crawls in the dirt or above in the realms of light seated with Christ at My right hand?

And Jesus was saying, “That which proceeds out of the man, that is what defiles the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries, deeds of coveting and wickedness, as well as deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride and foolishness. All these evil things proceed from within and defile the man.” Mark 7:20-23.

What are you feeding your precious mind? Spirit food or flesh food? One pulls to purity the other to impurity. And purity leads to life in the Spirit, which is righteousness by faith, and impurity leads to death in the flesh, which is unrighteousness by sin.

For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace. Romans 8:5-6.

“It is written, ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’” Matthew 4:4.

And what is sin? Acts without love that take you out of  the spirit realm into the flesh realm, making your actions impure and prone to hatred. Pure love lifts up and makes whole. It is pure love, My love, that prunes you, cleans you, lets the light through the canopy of darkness of the weeds, thorns, and thistles you have been growing in your inner garden that turn your life into nothing but dry dust.

And that love is expressed in My Word, not in strife and ungodly conversation, which is not fitting for a believer, or indeed for any person I have made.

How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers. Psalm 1:1-3.

But it is not so with those who are wicked, i.e., with no Word in them, they are like chaff which the wind drives away. The way of the wicked will perish. Psalm 1:4-6.

Examine yourself to see if your life is fruitful or like a barren bush in the desert. If there is strife, obscenity, gossip, judging, scoffing, mocking, gluttony, excessive alcohol consumption, depression, fear, anxiety, complaining, offense, bitterness, guilt, shame, blame, regret, grief, and I could go, you need pruning and life giving water.

A pure life always takes you back to the Eden blessing and offers you the fruit of the tree of life. Why did Adam and Eve never eat the fruit of the tree of life in the middle of the Garden? I never forbade them to eat of that tree, they could have eaten from it any time with no repercussions. Why then did they never eat it? They were too busy putting their attention on the only tree of the Garden of which I told them not to eat. They were looking for the knowledge of evil. They focused their attention on death rather than life. It was the mind set on the flesh though they were in the spirit. The devil will always try to pull you out of the spirit into the flesh because in that arena he can take you captive to do his will, but he cannot in the spirit arena.

So what is your answer to living a pure life of fruitful and beautiful, amazing, awesome authority? A life above and not beneath. The head and not the tail, the lender and not the borrower, the generous giver who increases more and more and not the stingy taker who loses the little he things he has?

Get full of the Spirit and you will keep the flesh well in check to serve you and not waste your precious life serving it, for if you serve your flesh only it will destroy you. It is hostile to divine things, not understanding or seeing them with its five senses, it is foolishness to the flesh.

How do you get full of the Spirit? How do  you feed your spirit to make it strong and in control? How do you purify yourself each day and live in realms above with Christ at My right hand as you walk in dominion authority reigning in life through Christ?

You do it by feeding upon My Word but there is a fast track way to do this that fills you with My Spirit, takes you up into a higher realm and flow while still in the world, feeds your spirit making it strong, gives you revelation, shares My joy with you so your joy becomes full, purifies your mind and thus your soul and body, takes down all demonic activity, and always causes you to triumph.

David knew this fast track way out of every trial, adverse attack, depression, dark valley, or miry pit of despair or trouble he fell into. Jehoshaphat and the tribe of Judah knew it and drove out the spirit of fear and took down three enemy armies with it. Paul and Silas knew it to open prison gates, heal their wounds, and convert everyone in a jail, including the jailer and his household to the purification of their sins by faith in Jesus Christ. Paul also instructed you in it. And I know it and lead you out of slavery to freedom with it, surround you with it to bring you deliverance and I have a whole book of it from My heart to yours and it is the Song of Songs.

What am I speaking of? Here it is:

A Psalm, a Song for the Sabbath day (Shabbat): It is good to give thanks to the LORD and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; to declare Your lovingkindness in the morning and Your faithfulness by night, with the ten-stringed lute and with the harp, with resounding music upon the lyre. For You, O LORD, have made me glad by what You have done, I will sing for joy at the works of Your hands. Psalm 92:1-4.

First note the song is for the Shabbat, that is the day I set apart for resting in Me in sweet fellowship and it was a sign that is I who sanctify you. And now Jesus is your peace, your resting place in Me where all is righteous, for I made Him to be wisdom unto you, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.

And what was the result, the fruit, of singing praises to My Name as you declare My lovingkindness in the morning and My faithfulness by night with music and song, as you sing for joy at the works of My hands? Purified, anointed, enemies taken down, and fruitful, even to old age.

But You have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil. And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes, my ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me.
The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, he will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Planted in the house of the LORD they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still yield fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and very green to declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. Psalm 92:10-15.

Songs of praise and thanksgiving purify you and raise you to higher realms, for I inhabit, am enthroned upon, the praises of My people. Psalm 22:3. And My presence drives out all evil and  impure things. In My presence is the place you will be purified just by drawing close to Me. And you enter My gates with thanksgiving and you plant yourself like a flourishing tree in My courts with songs of praise. But not just any songs of praise, Word songs, Spirit sent songs from Heaven.

Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16.

Deliver me according to Your Word. Let my lips utter praise, for You teach me Your statutes. Let my tongue sing of Your Word, for all Your commandments are righteousness. Psalm 119:170-172.

Sing the songs I am singing for I surround you with songs of deliverance and I sing over you as one who rejoices at festivals.

The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; He will quiet you with His love, He will not rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with joyful singing.” Zephaniah 3:17.

You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Psalm 32:7.

And that is how I lead you from the impure slavery of sin to the pure promised land of the glorious freedom of My children, with joyful singing. You go out with joy and are led forth by peace.

And He brought forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with joyful singing and the joyful shout! Psalm 105:43.

And Moses wrote the song that he heard as I parted the Red Sea and they sang and danced the victory and what did they sing that was picked up by David and Isaiah so they sang it too?

“The LORD is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise Him; my father’s God, and I will extol Him.” Exodus 15:2 (Moses’ song).

The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation. Psalm 118:14 (David’s song)

“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for the LORD God is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation (Yeshuah).” Isaiah 12:2.  (Isaiah’s song)

Three witness that I am your strength and song and thus become your salvation. I speak to you in the day, but I sing in the night, that is light into your darkness.

The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime; and His song will be with me in the night, a prayer to the God of my life. Psalm 42:8.

You will have songs as in the night when you keep the festival, and gladness of heart as when one marches to the sound of the flute, to go to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel. Isaiah 30:29.

Are you in a dark place? Like David when he hid in dark caves from Saul? You can wake the dawn with your song. Go up to a new level and drive out the darkness.

My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises! Awake, my glory! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. Psalm 57:7-8.

Evil things take place in darkness but when you bring them into the sanctifying work of the light they flee. Songs bring in the light of Heaven and fill you with My Holy Spirit. And My servant Paul who was pure and filled with the Spirit from the day I called him and Ananias laid hands on him, tells you how:

And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to yourself and one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father. Ephesians 5:18-20.

You think of the prayers Paul prayed for you by inspiration of the Spirit as powerful prayers, and they are, but Paul sang them as songs.

What is the outcome then? I will pray with the spirit and I will pray with the mind also; I will sing with the spirit and I will sing with the mind also. 1 Corinthians 14:15

In Heaven there is constant song, it purifies the very air and it fills it with My light.

When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” Revelation 5:8-10.

And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God. And they sang the song of Moses, the bond-servant of God, and the song of the Lamb. Revelation 15:2-3.

Why do songs of praise full of My Word purify you, take down your enemies and all that would harm you, turn hopeless looking situations into victories, and left you out of dark places into the light? Because you become what you are looking at. Where your attention is fixed, what you seek first at any time, what you turn your eyes upon and what you listen to is what will make you pure or impure, joyful or sad, filled with light or filled with darkness, walking in revelation or in confusion, and determine whether you have success or failure.

The devil is sending fiery darts—thoughts of fear, sickness, poverty, death, confusion, jealousy, envy, offense, bitterness, and every unclean and impure thing your way constantly, seeking to draw your attention away from My Word, away from praise, away from thanksgiving. But if you won’t give them place, that is, your attention, but just shake them off as Paul did with that snake that attached to his arm out of the underbrush, or better yet put up your shield of faith, which is answering the evil things and extinguishing the fiery darts with songs of victory, praise, thanksgiving and grace all from My Word.

I love you. You can praise your way out of any problem in joyful songs of My Word. You can get your attention above and not beneath by songs of glorious praise. Just sing My Word and you will find yourself a whole new person. PURIFY YOURSELF OF ALL IMPURITY BY SINGING SPIRIT SENT SONGS FULL OF MY WORD! And this will make you very fruitful, even in old age, always pruned and cleared of clutter, and ready for every good work I have prepared for you in advance. Just follow My lead and I am singing precious plans that outnumber the sand, for they are forever, our song will never cease, and it is the Song of Songs and its all about you (and Me).
