But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand. Psalm 31:14-15.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
My love for you is beyond what the human mind can understand, it has to be spiritually discerned what I have prepared for you who love Me.
Just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 1 Corinthians 2:9-13.
Spiritual things are foreign to the flesh since Adam separated My people from Me but it should no longer be that way for you who have been born again from above by My Word in Christ Jesus. I have put you in Him as His body on earth, the Church, and anointed you with the Spirit and given you Christ as your head to direct and lead you.
A natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16.
And even though Adam separated himself and his descendants from Me and broke My covenant it is all still there for you.
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath through Him. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation. Romans 5:8-11.
One man lost it all and One man restored it all.
For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.
Do not think your life is unimportant, it is of significance beyond all you can ask or imagine. That is why I tell you not to receive My grace in vain. Do not repeat what Adam did. He lost it all, but it is still there for you in full. The love with which I made you to be like Me, the Eden Covenant, in which we were one, the perfect man I made to partner with Me, is still there for you in Jesus. In Him, you can go again to that place of perfect oneness that was in the beginning before the treachery of the man I made to rule and reign with Me and the angel I made to serve him.
For I delight in loyalty rather than sacrifice, and in the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings. But like Adam they have transgressed the covenant; there they have dealt treacherously against Me. Hosea 6:6-7.
But understand, I never make you go backwards when you have missed it at a time in your past. When you return to Me, I put all that behind you and take you forward to a glorious future and hope that I have planned for you from the foundation of the world. The tree of life is no longer in the primordial place of Eden but in the heavenly Zion where the Highway of Holiness is taking you. I no longer just visit you in the Garden in the breezy time of the day. You are with Me always and everything I have is yours. There are no limits.
Adam had authority upon the earth, but in Jesus you are given authority in Heaven and on earth.
“And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20.
As one man corrupted the seed for all his descendants so that death through him descended to all men, so now One man who is God and Man, came and undid the work of the devil and brought you back in to Me as if sin had never been. 1 John 3:8. When I restore it is better than it was before, in both quality and quantity.
So now that you are a new creation in Christ and are in oneness with Me through Him, made sinless, blameless and beyond reproach by His blood, your judgment paid in full and your sentence of death and dust fully satisfied and behind you, how can you run the race to the heavenly Zion doing the life of good deeds I prepared in advance for those who are in Christ Jesus? How can you spend your time in the temporal as My ambassador of reconciliation for the Kingdom of which you are now a citizen to the utmost to finish the amazing assignment I gave you for your life of significance? And what do you do about all the time you lost in idle pursuits that you could have used for your Kingdom assignment but wasted and squandered like the prodigal son, either intentionally, negligently or just out of ignorance? How do you make the most of the time you have left until Jesus comes for you? The answer is simple but is all encompassing and will be the JOY of your life. You put your times in My hands.
But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand. Psalm 31:14-15.
You put your times, your life, your very self and all you are in My strong, loving hands and let Me lead you, guide you, teach you, instruct you in the way you should go, protect you, defend you, remake and shape you, provide for you, prosper you, and deliver you. When you put your life and times in My hands, all the seasons of your life, you are walking together with Me, working together with Me. You are not facing anything alone and your victory is assured.
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:57-58.
I am there for you. When you were lost, separated from Me and one another, pulled by sin into the darkness of a dry and barren place, I did not leave you there. And though you did not know Me, I was there as your healer and to give you life, breath, and being. I want you with Me forever, in My house, in My Kingdom. I want to care for you.
How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. They drink their fill of the abundance of Your house; and You give them to drink of the river of Your delights. For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light. Psalm 36:7-9.
So I came on a rescue mission and sent you the answer—your great good Shepherd and that has not changed. He will still be guiding you forever.
They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat; for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:16-17.
He is your Lamb of sacrifice that takes away all your sins, He is your great High Priest ever interceding for you and with you, and He is your good Shepherd that I sent to save you and bring you home.
For thus says the Lord (Adonai) LORD (Yahavah), “Behold, I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. As a shepherd cares for his herd in the day when he is among his scattered sheep, so I will care for My sheep and will deliver them from all the places to which they were scattered on a cloudy and gloomy day.” Ezekiel 34:11-12.
Jesus, and in seeing Him you see through to Me, looks at people with great compassion, as sheep lost without a shepherd prey to all the tactics of the evil one to take them captive to do his will. You have carried heavy burdens of idols, ideologies, sins, and shame, the regret of lost years and idle, unfruitful and even evil lives.
They stooped over, they have bowed down together; they could not rescue the burden, but have themselves gone into captivity. “Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, you who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you.” Isaiah 46:2-4.
But if you will put your times in My hands I can save you from all that.
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:27-30.
What does it mean to put your life in My hand? Let Me tell you:
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet healing waters of peace. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:1-6.
And there is a reason that Psalm 23 is right after the psalm that tells the eyewitness account of Jesus suffering the judgment for your sins upon the Cross that was written by My servant David one thousand years before it took place. What is the reason? I raised Him from the dead not to leave you orphans but to be your great good Shepherd now and forever.
Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20-21.
Safe in My hand your times will prosper.
‘Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10.
When you put your times in My hands you have nothing to fear from the past, the present, or the future. I inhabit eternity.
“When you cry out, let your collection of idols deliver you. But the wind will carry all of them up, and a breath will take them away. But he who takes refuge in Me will inherit the land and will possess My holy mountain.” And it will be said, “Build up, build up, prepare the way, remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.” For thus says the high and exalted One who dwells in eternity, whose name is Holy, “I dwell in a high and holy place, and also with the contrite and lowly of spirit in order to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. Isaiah 57:13-15.
I AM the One who is, who was, and who is to come. When you place your times in My hand, I take care of your past, your present, and your future. I am willing and able to make all things work together for your good. I am there in all your life and I can complete the good work I have begun in you if you will let Me.
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6.
I am at work in you to give you the ability and the strength to live a good, fruitful, and pleasing life.
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.
I go before you always to show you the way, each and every day. If you will look to Me I will order your steps aright and keep you from the snare of the trapper. And if you get caught I can pluck your feet right out of the net.
Now let Me tell you something that is clear but most people do not discern or they would be running to Me to put their times in My hands. Are you ready?
In the same Psalm where David sang he put his times in My hands and I preserved him from his enemies and persecutors you find another commitment into My hands and it is the words of Jesus on the cross as He gave His life for you. He knew what to do.
For Your Name’s sake You will lead me and guide me. You will pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me, for You are my strength. Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have ransomed me, O LORD, God of truth. Psalm 31:3-5.
Do you remember?
And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” Having said this, He breathed His last. Luke 23:46.
Do you see? He gave Me His Spirit and I raised Him with the Holy Spirit.
Let Me explain. When you give Me your life, when you commit your spirit to Me, I give you My Spirit, I pour Him into your heart, and I give My life to you! I commit My eternal life into your hands. I put My Will for your life and for the world in your hands to do with Me in the world. We are covenant partners when you give Me all you are and have and join with Me, I give you all I am and have.
And I give you My Spirit when you commit yours into My hand, and He leads you, guides you to all truth, gives you wisdom, teaches you all things, and puts you on the fast track!
And not only that I restore all the years the devil stole. As I did for Moses, 40 years wasted, 40 years of the most incredible miracles and years that were extraordinarily fruitful that created a nation that is with you today that preserved My Name and My Word for you.
You give Me your spirit, I give you My Spirit!
“This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’” Zechariah 4:6-7.
How do I restore you? By filling you with My Spirit and your life becomes full of the fruit of the Spirit, like a branch on the vine. I pour out My Spirit and renew the face of the earth!
How do you put your times, your life, your spirit, in My hand? You repent, you return, you rejoice in My forgiveness and love, and I restore and I fill you with My Holy Spirit.
You see this in the prophet Joel:
Repent and return no matter what you have done:“Yet even now,” declares the LORD, “Return to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, weeping and mourning; and rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the LORD your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil. Joel 2:12-13.
Now rejoice and I restore:
So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the LORD your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the LORD your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame. Joel 2:23-26.
And I fill you with My Spirit:
It will come about after this that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.” Joel 2:28-29.
I love you. I stretch out My hands to you all the day. Will you come and let Me take care of you? Forever. The time is near. Call on Me while there is still time to put your times in My hand so you will have a great reward forever.
“I will display wonders in the sky and on the earth, blood, fire and columns of smoke. The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be delivered.” Joel 2:30-32.
