Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. 1 Timothy 6:17.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Today I will show you how to enjoy your life. I made everything for you to richly enjoy but too many people do not enjoy their life. They are stressed, not at rest, filled with violence and hate, led by lusts in and out, angry, upset, jealous, and generally depressed. What is the problem?
Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law. Proverbs 29:18.
Without a vision of the good things that I have given you in Christ and the precious plans that outnumber the sand that I have for your life, without knowing your purpose, plan, reward, and the power I put into you, you live unrestrained. Where there is no other reason to live than to die you have no higher focus.
But what cures a lack of vision? The entrance of My Word gives light and understanding to the simple. If you know Me, you will have vision of unlimited opportunities for growth that is not only for now but for forever. And I am My Word. The vision, the purpose, the plan, the reward, and the power are all in My Word. My Word is your food and your lifeline. My Words are Spirit and life.
“Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord God, “When I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, but rather for hearing the words of the LORD.” Amos 8:11.
And when there is a famine people will grab anything to eat to try to fill the void within—every whim of human doctrine or philosophy. But without My Word as the foundation there will never be revelation of truth and all will crumble and fall, tossed about by the waves of the sea. And without My Word there is no light and when the light in you is darkness, how deep that darkness will be.
When the wicked rule, the distress in the land is great. When unbelievers take the helm there is no direction that can give peace to troubled souls.
Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of mercy, grace and everlasting love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that He may come and shower righteousness upon you. Hosea 10:12.
It is time to seek Me for in Me, in My Word, are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Those who seek Me want for no good thing. Psalm 34:10. Those who seek Me understand everything.
Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the LORD understand all things. Proverbs 28:5.
You can have joy unspeakable filled with glory even in the midst of a den of hungry lions, Daniel 6:16-24, in a fiery furnace, Daniel 3:19-38, in exile on a deserted island, Revelation 1:9-16, chained in a jail cell, Acts 16:22-34, as a slave and a prisoner, Genesis 39:1-23, when the enemy just took everything you had, 1 Samuel 30:1-31, ruling a kingdom, 2 Samuel 5:12, facing three enemy armies that outnumber you, 2 Chronicles 20:1-30, chased by an army for thirteen years, 1 Samuel 23:14, Psalm 34, or facing death on the Cross. Hebrews 12:1-2. How is that possible? Vison, fellowship and sonship, but above all Covenant. It is knowing that I deliver you out of them all. Everything I named above resulted in victory for the one in that dire situation. They all came out better, more prosperous, and blessed than they had been before they entered the trial.
For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace. Isaiah 55:12.
You can be content in any circumstances when you have Me because you already have the victory. Jesus already won the prize and you can have it now for He has given it to you. You are in perfect protection if you are within the shield of truth for then you are free and more than conquerors.
But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39.
When you know Heaven is yours, Luke 12:32, and I am with you always, Matthew 28:19-20, Hebrews 13:5, there is nothing that can take you down. Isaiah 54:17. They thought they took Jesus down but I raised Him up to the highest place and I raised you with Him with everything beneath your feet. And there is nothing can take you down from there.
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.” Luke 10:19-20.
There are people who are like you in the Bible that got in impossible situations—imprisoned, tortured, persecuted—but never were stuck there and never were killed till they departed this life for the Kingdom by choice. No one could take them down until they permitted it. Why? They had faith in Me. They knew Me.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:4-5.
Faith that moved mountains, opened prison gates, stopped storms, multiplied provisions, hid you in My secret place, healed bodies, opened blind eyes, made deaf ears hear and the mute speak, and plucked your feet from the snare of the trapper. And you can have that same precious faith but only one way—through knowing Me by My Word. And what do you need to know?
We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. We love, because He first loved us. 1 John 4:16-19.
It is possible to live free from fear, torment, trouble and pain, all these things are in the world as part of the curse Adam opened the door to when he opened his life to the devil but when the devil brings these things into your life you can close that door. You are more than conquerors in Me, by My love as manifested in the finished work of Christ Jesus your Lord. He has already despoiled all the powers of the enemy and leads you in His triumphal train.
Knowing the joy of abiding in My love is always the victory that overcomes the world, for in Christ Jesus you are not trying to get through a problem by a new breakthrough, Jesus already took you through with Him and broke you through by shattering the gates of bronze and cutting the iron bars that held you by the anointing.
Let them give thanks to the LORD for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! For He has shattered gates of bronze and cut bars of iron asunder. Psalm 107:15-6.
And that is the secret of joy unspeakable filled with glory.
And though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls. 1 Peter 1:8-9.
There is a reason I have anointed you with the oil of joy, which is the same anointing that is upon Christ Jesus, it is your strength. My joy is your strength for I fill you with My joy in My presence. Psalm 16:11. I am your strength and song and I have become your Salvation. With joy you shall draw water, living water, from the springs of Salvation (Yeshuah). Sing to the well and it will always bubble up and quench every fiery dart of the evil one. The three Hebrew young men sang praises in the fiery furnace because they were accustomed to do it out of the furnace. David sang with joy in dark caves the same as he had on the hillsides of Bethlehem watching his father’s sheep, and he did not stop when he was living in his royal palace as king of all Israel and Judah. In fact then he employed 288 singers to sing praise around the clock seven days a week by groups of 12 every hour.
Have you found the pearl of great price? Nothing is too much to pay for it. The merchant of pearls who found it sold all he had and bought it and rejoiced for he had something of greater value than all the world could offer. He had it but the world did not.
My anointing on you flows without measure, beyond what you can hold, you will have to share it for it will overflow out of you in rivers to the thirsty world. You have the hidden treasure that is beyond measure—way beyond all you can ask or think. And He is yours now, you who have received Christ Jesus as Lord. The mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. In Him you and I are one and there is no snatching out of Me. I sealed you in Christ when you believed by the Holy Spirit as a pledge and Jesus will raise you up on the last day.
I love you. Share the joy of My love with oppressed and depressed people to set them free. Set the captives free with Me. Let us shatter the gates of bronze and break the bars of iron that rulers and principalities have set up to keep the good news of the Kingdom out of nations and households. And you shatter and break them by the anointing that is on you from Jesus as My royal priesthood. With Me, you can do all things and that is your joy that no one can take from you. And My joy is your strength and song. Do not forget the song.
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. 2 Peter 1:2-4.
