O LORD my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty, covering Yourself with light as with a cloak. Psalm 104:1-3.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
I, the God of all grace, have called you to My eternal glory in Christ. And I Myself will perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you to live in the majestic splendor of My Kingdom.
On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wonderful works, I will meditate. Psalm 145:5.
Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has your mind been able to grasp what I have prepared for those who love Me. I gave My apostle Paul a glimpse of My Kingdom that I have prepared for those who love Me and he could not find the words to describe the eternal weight of glory that he experienced. But for him it relegated the trials, temptations, and tests of this life as nothing in comparison to what awaits you who are overcomers in Me. And how do you become an overcomer (a victor) and more than a conqueror?
“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33.
In Jesus. For apart from Him you can do nothing but with Him you can do all things. It is life on the vine and when you are firmly attached to Him you bear MUCH fruit, fruit that endures unto life eternal.
See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. 1 John 3:1-3.
His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire. His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun shining in its strength. Revelation 1:14-16.
For we were not making up clever stories when we told you about the powerful coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We saw his majestic splendor with our own eyes when he received honor and glory from God the Father. The voice from the majestic glory of God said to him, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.” We ourselves heard that voice from heaven when we were with him on the holy mountain. 2 Peter 1:16-18.
Majesty. I am clothed in it and I have clothed you with it.
When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained; What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty (הָדָר (hādar) communicates visible magnificence—“splendor,” “majesty,” “dignity,” or “honor.”) Psalm 8:3-4
I live in majestic splendor. And so will you. And you can start now.
Do you know what Divine majesty is? It would be good for you to know for I have shared My Majesty with you. Would you not want to live in it?
Majesty, majestic—often David sang of My majesty and My majestic splendor, and of My majestic Kingdom. Majestic means big, awesome, noble, dignified, beautiful, and honorable. Majestic denotes someone that acts royally, not ordinary, but with royal dignity and bearing, never rude or obscene, kindly and glorious. And that describes love. And My love towers higher than the heavens and is deeper than the sea. Love is beyond boundaries and is gracious and merciful but just and fair. And I am Love. And you will see that My majesty is always described as brilliant, glowing, shining, and radiant. I am Light. Majesty is royal glory. And it denotes dominion and rule.
The word in Hebrew for “majesty” is hadar, and you will also see it translated as “beautiful, beauty, splendor, dignity, honor, array.”
I clothe things in majestic splendor, even now in your fallen and corrupted world you still can see vestiges of the majesty with which I formed it- beautiful high mountains, the dawn and the sunset, the blue skies and cloud formations, sparkling gems, waterfalls, colorful flowers with sweet fragrance, shining stars, and lofty trees. And I crowned and clothed you with glory and majesty and gave you dominion over the works of My hands. Psalm 8. But Adam lost that and death and corruption came to the world and all men through him, but Jesus has restored it. True glory and majesty for your body will now only be found in your glorious, immortal body that you will receive when My Son returns when He raises you up on the last Day, for though your spirits have been born again to their original majesty and glory so that your inner man is being renewed each day as you grow more and more into My image and likeness by My Holy Spirit dwelling in you taking you from glory to glory as you behold My Son through My Word, but you are still awaiting the redemption of your bodies, for flesh and blood as you are now cannot exist in the majestic splendor of Heaven where you see Me. I told Moses he would not be able to see My Face and live, for your earthly body cannot take in so much light and majestic splendor and survive, but I did tell him I would make all My goodness pass before him and proclaim My Name to him as I hid him in the cleft of the rock and covered him with My hand until I passed by. Exodus 33:18-23. My goodness in your life and My Name convey My majesty to you. David praised My Name as majestic, bestowing blessing and honor. I told Moses have the priests (Aaron and his sons) bless the people by asking Me to let My face shine upon them and give them shalom and this would put My Name on them so I could bless them. Numbers 6:24-26. And now by His Blood My Son has made you a kingdom of priests, a royal priesthood, so you should be invoking that blessing every day on yourself, your loved ones, your city and your nation.
I revealed My Name to Moses and when he spent time with Me hearing and writing down My Word his face became radiant with the reflection of My majesty. And you now have the written Word to spend time in with Me. Look to Me and your face will become radiant.
But do you see the shadow of the good things to come? First, I hid Moses in the cleft of a rock to show him My glory and majesty. And My servant Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, tells you that the rock is Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:4. So now, you who are in Jesus, are in the rock and I shine into your heart to give you the Light (the majesty and splendor) of the knowledge of My glory in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6. And you can behold His face with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror My gory and majesty, and the more you behold Him and believe in Him, the Holy Spirit within you transforms you from glory to glory into that same image! 2 Corinthians 3:16-18. For I give all who behold Him and believe in Him eternal life. John 6:40. I seal you in Him by the Holy Spirit of promise—the promise of the redemption of your bodies to majestic immortal splendor. Ephesians 1:13-14. Now do you see why in the Song of Songs I sing to you: “O My dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the secret place of the steep pathway (of the stairs, the path of ascent), let Me see your face, let Me hear your voice, for your voice is sweet and you are lovely.” Song of Songs 2:14. Arise, My beloved and come! You are on your ascent toward the goal for the reward of My upward call in Christ Jesus. The call to fellowship and to My eternal glory and majesty. 1 Corinthians 1:9; 1 Peter 5:10. A most majestic Kingdom is yours, I am pleased to give it to you who believe in and honor My Son and all I did for you in Him.
Start living on the outside who you are in your spirit. You are clothed within with royal majesty. The King’s daughter is all glorious within. Psalm 45:13 (14). But now you must work out what I have put in you with fear and awe lest you continue in your corruption and hide the majesty within. Philippians 2:12-14. When you come in a room it should light up with the majesty of My love that is within you and the darkness of evil, despair, anger, dissension, obscene talk, gossip, sarcasm, and backbiting should cease. When I arise, My enemies are scattered, and those who hate Me flee from before Me, as wax melts before the fire. Psalm 68:1-2. And I am in you, let My majesty arise! And for those who are righteous in Christ and sing praises to My Name, I am a Father to them in My holy habitation (which is you), making a home for the lonely and leading out prisoners into prosperity, raining a shower of blessings. Psalm 68:3-9; Ezekiel 34:26.
I have blessed you and given you My majesty within so that you may be a blessing to your family, friends, co-worker, fellow students, fellow believers, and every people group, land and nation. Genesis 12:1-3.
I have called you and formed you from the womb for the life of good deeds I prepared for you in advance. Will you not run in them? In My majesty and splendor? My majesty is above the clouds, but they are My chariot and on the wings of the wind I take flight.
O LORD my God, how great you are! You are robed with honor and majesty. You are dressed in a robe of light. You stretch out the starry curtain of the heavens; you lay out the rafters of your home in the rain clouds. You make the clouds your chariot; You ride upon the wings of the wind. The winds are your messengers; flames of fire are your servants. Psalm 104:1-4.
I love you. You are above your trials; they have no power over you, for greater is the One in you than the one in the world. Be a rider of the clouds with Me. And with the wind I send you messages.
